it’s in a great location close to everything within walking distance. The rooftop view is definitely the selling point.

Its definitely not ADA compatible. All of the pools are hard to get in and out of if you’re older, drinking or have injuries. no steps or ladders for any of them which really is a disaster waiting to happen. The step down is pretty steep and the pool design is crazy, it has 3 different levels which is so bizarre. it’s beautiful but the design was not thought out well.

Location is great, just one block from the ocean one way and one block from 5ta Avenida the other way. The room had all we needed, a comfortable bed, a separate living area, a small kitchenette and a full size fridge. There are glasses and some cutlery that is definitively welcome. The rooftop pool and hot tub were perfect for us (not deep) and very relaxing. The front desk staff were attentive and helpful.

It is a bit loud because of the proximity to bars but it was tolerable. We asked for our room not to be cleaned, as we have a toddler that takes naps at irregular times and we prefer not to be disturbed. Also the cleaning was not properly done. Said toddler broke a necklace and we kept finding beads over the days even after they swept and mopped the floors.

Perfect location - very central. Very nice pool on the rooftop. Modern and clean room. Value for money!

Only a small window in the room. realised when you book “good deals” through booking, then you don’t get the best room (no views). The rooftop with pool is nice, but the furnitures are not very maintained. Holes in the fabric in the couches. The sun beds are not comfortable. It is very noisy from the night clubs; but that was not an issue for us since we don’t go to bed early and like to go clubbing as well.

Is close to the ocean and the roof is great. Bar and pool

We have a issue. Some rooms dont have a power electric course the rain for tow days and the staff can't change to another rooms. We have to wait for tow days out of electricity after the problem was resolved. This is the only issue I have to comment.

Location is great! Room clean, AC working properly, water pressure perfect, hot water, clean towels, huge bed, did not hear noise from the clubs, great pools and rooftop, you can leave your luggage if needed, wifi works amazing in the whole building

Bathroom shower was moldy, it looked nasty, so I felt uncomfortable showering because there was green stuff around the water dispenser, so I felt I was showering with dirty water. No hair dryer or iron for clothing.

The rooftop bar and pool was good with pretty good prices too, the bed was pretty comfy, staff were pretty nice and accommodating. And the location was so close to the beach and everything.

Everything was good, the only downside is that one of the nights we stayed (a Wednesday) we were woken up at 4am by someone blasting music so loud and partying, we’re assuming they came back from a night out and decided to bring the party to the hotel. This went on for about and hour or 2, and the phone in the room wasn’t working to call the reception and we were too tired to go downstairs to tell them, so we literally had to sleep with pillows over our ears which was pretty sad. But everything else was great.

We loved the location of this hotel. It is right by several night clubs which you can hear beginning at 9pm until 2 am. If you are a very light sleeper, this may not work. I didn't mind and could sleep through the noise. The breakfast that was included was a nice perk. The location is right by many dive shops, many restaurants, taxis are readily available. There isn't a beach super close but it's only a 10 minute walk to nice sandy beaches for lounging. The pier is close. Overall we were very happy with our choice. We walked to Walmart and stocked up on snacks, lunch foods and beverages. We took a $5 taxi back with our groceries. The upstairs pool area is very nice. The bar is very reasonable. Loungers are sometimes hard to find together but it still worked well and the views are amazing. Highly recommend if you are looking for a condo type of hotel vs a US chain.

The noise at night from the night clubs was a little loud.

The Appartement and the amenities like bar, Pool and washing salon were amazing. Great views from the pool AND whirlpool. Staff was helpful and cleaning personnel was great. They don’t have a restaurant there but If you book your stay including breakfast they’ll give you vouchers for a nice bakery around the corner (only for one drink and a croissant, so double check if the fee is worth it)

We were lucky to have a nightlife curfew at 1am due to COVID-19 at so we were able to sleep afterwards - otherwise the clubs around the corner would have been extremely loud

No hot water for 2 weeks in my bathroom, see only Luke warm, but we had 2 bathrooms. Only 1 key per room. Had to leave our room key at small check in desk that almost anyone could see. Otherwise a great stay

The location is great, everything is really close, beach and bars... Very nice and clean apartment.

First of all, they said that both rooms have king size bed, which is not true, so we had a problem, as we traveled as two couples, and one of the rooms have separated beds... The staff was not helpful at all, nothing is done by their side at all... The really beautiful rooftop with bar can only be used in certain hours(from 9 - 22)... If you mind the long night hours noice, avoid this place(we didn't have problem with that)...
