OMG this was booked at last minute because we had book a condo in Playa Del Carmen that turn a nightmare. This hotel make our vacation like a cherry on the sundae. Our room was right in the front of the pool and ocean view. Just a few step from the hotel, lots of restaurants and shopping! A nice dolphin cove to see them without paying. The beach was super clean, calm and lots of chairs. We will definitely come back!

Accommodation is excellent. It has a great location right on a nice beach suitable for swimming and snorkelling. Near about 100-200 meters from the shore is a coral reef, where you can easily swim and snorkel (you will see corals, various fish, mantas ...). You only have to go on other coral reefs by rented a boat with a guide, and here you have it right at the hotel beach for yourself! (this is a big advantage for Mexican conditions) The ground floor rooms have their own large hot tub on the terrace, which you will appreciate when it always cools down after a storm and rain ... Near the hotel is a promenade full of good-value restaurants. You will see dolphins and seals from the restaurant. (there is a training ground for dolphins and seals)

We had two rooms. One (101) did not have a separate entrance to the pools, or to the garden and to the sea. We had to walk around the reception, but that's not a problem. A bit complicated breakfast system. If you have a pre-ordered breakfast (for example, American, which are the most expensive) it is problematic then change them for others (even cheaper), which are on the menu. I do not recommend booking a room with breakfast included (if possible). Food and drinks at the hotel are overpriced compared to prices right next to the hotel. It is a pity because if the prices were only a little better, more hotel guests would use them.

It is a great option to go with kids because the beach has no waves at all. I could teach my kid snorkeling in one day without any danger or stress. Also you can practice paddle board and kayaking in a very relaxing beach. Apart from Hotel amenities, by just crossing the street you can access dolphin water park and even if you do not want to spend money on the park you can eat in any restaurant there watching the dolphins in front of you. Many restaurants with amazing food. Specially Italians, loved all of them.

Pools were dirty, even I understood rainy days make it difficult to maintain clean. Our swimsuits got stains due to chemicals used in the pools. However, staff was quite nice and help us to get our clothes to the laundry with no cost

Beautiful, clean and safe beach. Sizable swimmig pool with a lot of loungers. Weekend breakfast is a buffet, weekday was american but we were offered switch to pancakes for the kids which was very nice touch. Rooms are spacius with great hammock and even jacuzzi on the balcony. Staff was nothing but kind and helpful. Very charming "food court" area with plenty of restaurants and view onto Delphinarium just outside of the hotel.

Some of the concerts in outside restaurants were really loud but they got quiet later during the night (10-11 pm). We had small ant issue which was solved by housekeeping.

Just some feedback for the hotel, so they can improve & become even better: - The staff get lazy sometimes with cleaning the beach, that means there is some sargasso sometimes. While it’s not necessary, if they clean it 1-2 times during the day. Really remarkable… and such a missed opportunity!!! - Service level of the staff can be improved, for example: prepare change & pin for the payment when delivering room service, so they don’t have to walk back again and again.. Much more time & cost efficient and a better customer experience. - The Building itself is a bit outdated & need some maintenance

The property was lovely. rooms were spacious and clean with a wonderful view. Pool and beach were fantastic and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

The property offers amenities that we were not made aware of when we checked in or online. The website should include this info. I booked activities outside of the property because I was unaware that they were available

THe hotel was amazing, the breakfast was Rico....the room was well laid out and beautiful....

We had the 2 bed setup.....They should be queen size not matrimonial....My wife and daughter slept in one bed and I sleep in the other....and even sleeping diagonally my feet hung off the bed. I am 6 foot tall....

The location at the beach is convenient and it is not noisy so you could sleep well. The water is calm and the beach -restaurant serves good snacks and drinks. Fast check-in and check-out. Hot water in the bathroom is quick to come, which is a bit rare in this region.

The room is a bit old and our room looked upon a concrete bridge. At breakfast they never prepared the eggs well. Eggs were overcooked both mornings.

Location is terrific. Love the style of this hotel, felt like Mexico. Room layout good, nice porch, good AC, large shower with great water pressure. Breakfast was delicious. Great pool and swim up bar. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
