The room was perfect!..Super clean & comfortable..Very nice balcony to chill on…Location wise it was a short walk to the main street…Staff however were exceptionally friendly, welcoming & gave us advice on where to dine & party..I Highly recommend this property if visiting Tulum….Expect noise the weekend from Music Festival being held near by.

Amazing stay, the rooms were clean and the bathroom was amazing with a rain head shower. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool area was fun to relax, the pool is not as big but it’s nice to have to chill. The electricity did go out twice during our stay, there was a generator that started after 10 mins. Just be mindful if this happens, as the water will not work.

The toilet cannot flush toilet paper due to drainage system so just be sure to empty out your bathroom trash as often as needed. No designated area in the room to hang your bathing suits and towels especially coming from the beach, that was the only issue I had.

The space of the 2 double bed room was great, towels arranged with art form on bed. The shower was one of the best we had. Upstairs pool area was a quiet nice place to lounge, but water very shallow. Coffee supplied in the morning was a nice touch, but no breakfast option so we went out to the local restaurants in Tulum. Bike rental was convenient, air conditioning great and big large windows to look out over the street below. The usb charging cable socket was great, had lots of plugs, connections and Netflix.

Upstairs pool area could do with a few hammocks to relax (in the shade). It would be helpful if the staff spoke a little more English. The hotel had lots of conditions, such as no using the towels outside the hotel. This was the one that was tricky for us as we had to buy towels for the cenotes with only backpack space in luggage.

It's a really great hotel located just far away that it quiet during the night, but only 5-10 minutes of walking, and you're where everything is happening, additional 5 minutes and your at the bus station. The staff was really helpful and friendly, and the rooftop pool was amazing. Large room, a good bed, a safety deposit box, and fridge/minibar.

The wifi was not working for a day, which was annoying, and the water was not running for 8h after a night of thunderstorms and heavy rain. However, I believe that both of these things were out of the control of the hotel. So I don't really have anything which was bad.

The room and pool were amazing! Pool towels were provided upon request as well as additional bathroom towels, service was speedy, housekeeping was provided each day as well as plenty of drinking water.

Wifi did not work our first night and the morning of our second day. This was fixed after discussing it with reception in the morning. It was an interior room, so there was no window for natural light. There was construction happening on a shared wall of the hotel. We could heard banging for hours from 7:30am. It literally sounded like it was happening right next to our heads. Reception could not provide any earplugs, information about when it would stop, or do anything to help with this. Our stay would have been perfect if not for this noise and lack of support.

The room was very modern and nice, and large, with a balcony overlooking the street. I was very impressed with the size and quality of the accommodations. Wifi was very strong and consistent. A/C was very strong. Location is easily walkable to downtown Tulum restaurants and shops, without being right in the middle of that.

AC was strong, but the air con in my room was positioned so that it blows directly over the bed, requiring me to wake up during the night repeatedly to turn it off when too cold and then back on again when too hot. Room was normally quiet and not near a noisy part of Tulum, however, neighbors across the street blasting loud music at night requiring me to wear earplugs to sleep.

There was a little smell in the rooms (maybe because of the airconditioning?), they don’t serve breakfast (but we knew that on beforehand, and there are severas breakfast options within walking distance).

The staff.super nice. Loved the towel figures left on my bed!! Ah. Warm coffee or tea everyday.Good WIFI. The location is fantastic, 2 blocks from the Market with my green juices. 4 blocks from main Ave Tulum. Tons of rest within 10 min walk. The laundry 1 block away. Economical. The ROOF POOL. My favorite meditation place!!!!

Excellent location in the middle of Tulum town. Safe to walk around at night. Lovely pool. Very clean. Well stocked mini fridge with reasonably priced drinks and snacks. Staff very helpful. Room with smart TV and Chromecast. Good aircon in room. Lovely clean bathroom with big shower. Would recommend if staying in Tulum.
