The room is well decorated and has everything you need! The parking is on the street, watched by security guard. Only issue is the communication when checking in as we weren’t provided with apartment number and code but the security guard was very helpful and was able to whatsapp call the host. Adrian, who was the listed host, was also quick to respond we told him this and offered an hour at local spa- we just didn’t have time to check it out.

Great space! We had one of the larger units with 2 balconies. It was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was great and the security helps call for taxis. During the day, there was English speaking concierge. Estephania helped book our tours and bike rentals. Amazing service!

Water from the shower was leaking out and since we don’t get extra towels, our bath mat was constantly soaked. Other than that, there is a certain scent in the complex and I think it is due to the material of the floors etc. The rooftop pool was beautiful but the water is not heated so just be aware. Wish there was something to do on the balconies except for sit like a little pool or jacuzzi . A room downstairs had a private pool!

The pool on the roof was amazing and the kitchen had all the essentials (sponge, soap, trash bags coffee maker). The room was beautifully designed and very spacious. Would recommend to stay at this place if you have a car since the hotel is kind of far away.

The building is build in an open shape which makes you every sound in the hallway. sometimes guest were really loud, screaming and yelling. Next to the hotel is a construction zone where the workers were drilling around 8-9 hours which is really something the hotel can’t do anything about it. Thankfully the construction workers were doing it during reasonable hours. From around 9 am until 5pm.

The place was very nice, the staff were very helpful and available 24/7. She helped booked our tours and activities last minute and he was always able to get us a taxi. He even gave us taxi fare as we didn’t have any pesos on hand to properly pay the taxi (we paid him back). Everything was really great.

They are doing construction next door and it was hard to sleep some days with all the noise. The power went out one day and we didn’t have WiFi, cable, or any water in the sink or bathroom, but that wasn’t there fault. There was nothing they could do

they cleaned the room only if you pay extra. why should we make worries about room cleaning when we are in holiday? why??? i would prefer to pay extra 300 pesos in the cost of the hotel from the beginning instead of texting to someone and arrange the cleaning in my holiday!!! this is a big no….

after I book .. I need to open PayPal account.. because they want 200$ deposit.. and everyday need to text to owner that we want to have new clean towers for our room.

New facilities, nice quiet location, clean and spacious, kitchen was equipped with coffee maker, blender, and all items needed for cooking.

The TV wasn't as intelligent as I initially thought--it took a while to manually configure the TV and the second time I simply couldn't figure out the wifi access. But all in all, I have no complaints about the property, only one of the bumpy roads leading into the neighborhood...

loved the modern style. upstairs pool area beautiful and there’s a comfy massive bed

the appliances were very few. only wine glasses, the kettle was quite dirty and could’ve done with more kitchen appliances

The apartment was well put together and comfortable, nice bathroom and all you need in the kitchen for a short stay. Nice to have a little outside space too and the pool was a great bonus

Lots of construction noise in the daytime but can’t be helped at the moment in Tulum

Very nice rooftop for sunbathing and pool was amazing. Very nice green nature around! Everyone was friendly and the apartment was nice and big. Kitchen had everytying we needed. Location was amazing, Fresh Market and cafes near.
