Excellent central location, but far from the beach area. Great atmosphere inside the building and the corridors, lots of plants, big garden, wooden decorations etc. Good wifi.

Bathroom was horrible. You cannot take a shower without making everything else wet as there is no separation between the shower and the rest, furthermore the toilet is like max 1 meter away from the "shower area" so you have to pack away toilet paper, dry clothes, etc. Basin is also too small for the tap's length so water tends to end up on the floor.. At least 2 days out of 4 the neighboring house was doing bbq or I don't know what exactly, but the whole area was full of smoke and we could not use the balcony..

The room at first sight is very beautiful. The shower was super. Location is very centric. Staff was the best part, they were accomodating all our requests and advising us stuff to do.

We had the first room with garden view, privacy is not the best. You have one curtain to cover the huge window door. Rooms are very sensitive to noise. If there is a party nearby, we got it one day, it is hard to sleep. During the night hours ants were coming to the sink (only in the bathroom). There were lot of them. The staff give us a repellent and it works for one night.

The location is great, super close to centre and all restaurants and transport. Staff was really helpful and friendly, they let us do a late check out for free. We wanted to watch the sunset and they let us use the rooftop, it was only us there and we really enjoyed it. Really nice interior in the room and loved that the room numbers were Mayan drawings, so we only found out what number we are after we asked the staff. Overall a really nice place, great value.

We were in the family room on the third floor. Everything was massive.. There were two giant king size beds. Beds were very comfortable. A super large TV with free Netflix and Disney+. Sofa, coffee table and a small refrigerator. Staff were extra extra friendly.

Only comment I'd make would be to install some hooks to hang the towels? We were hanging the towels from door handles, There was also s large cupboard space but again, no rail or clothes hangers? Lastly, I'd suggest they add a breakfast table and chairs. They have the space.

Big clean room with massive bathroom. Bed and pillows were okay. TV with Netflix. Best shower of all the hotels in mexico we've stayed at and much cheaper. Friendly staff. Nice garden. Great location. Hotel is on the main street so you hear some noise but it didn't bother us.

Our room was not very private because it has big glass doors and other hotel guests/staff walk right in front. We would recommend picking a room with balcony upstairs. Lots of mosquitoes but that is the same in all of Tulum. The staff gave us a spray and that helped.

Great location, on the main street and just across from the ADO bus station. The staff were super helpful and friendly. There was always someone at the reception desk and they were happy to answer our questions. There was a fridge in the room.

We might have just been unlucky with the room, but our balcony was just a terrace looking onto a shared area. It was also a little noisy at times, I think due to being in the main road. Don't let this put you off though as we still slept well.

A hidden little gem right off the Main Street , but quiet! I absolutely loved this place. The staff was so friendly and warm and I felt like a true valued guest. The room is very large, the bed was comfortable and I loved the garden and the overall vibe. Definitely my new “spot “ to stay while in Tulum.

Nothing - for me it was one of my best stays in Mexico so far! And the friendly and warm staff makes a big impact on the overall comfort and quality of a stay so bravo to all the staff!

Super spacious room, completely renovated, great shower / bathroom in general, two minutes from the ADO bus stop "tulum", super friendly and helpful reception desk staff, beautiful garden. The bad reviews here and on google are from the days, the hotel wasn't renovated, I guess, now is everything new and just amazing. Colectivos are leaving directly in front of the hotel for ruins and other places.

Steps from collective buses, and restaurants. Room for our luggage. Quiet air conditioner. Clean, quiet, and well worth our money spent.

A couple things to know: Doable for us, but the bathroom is maybe 12"-14" step up, and, the bed is a few inches higher than a standard bed - may be difficult for someone with leg issues. Also, not all balconies have a hammock.

The best location in Tulum Downtown. Very close to restaurants, bars, bus station, ADO terminal and banks. Bedrooms are huge and the beds are super confortable! Staff is super nice!

There is no hot water during the time we are staying. Staff said it would be fixed, but it didn't´t. But it was not a big issue, as the weather was very hot in Tulum.
