We had a two bedroom suite with kitchen dining space and sofa area. It was clean spacious and relaxing. Plenty of space for us all. Three TV’s so no fighting over what to watch. The showers are good and strong and there is air conditioning in the bedrooms and communal space. The property is a short walk to the main town and ADO bus station there’s no need for a taxi once you know your way. The staff are friendly and helpful. They gave us tips on which supermarkets to use and arranged for us to have washing collected and returned within 24 hours at a very reasonable cost. They also arranged for several taxis as necessary for us. The pool was somewhat smaller than we expected on the rooftop, but adequate for a dip when sunbathing. it is a roof top/infinity type so not one for kids to be playing in. There are toilets on the rooftop and a shower too. Blue towels are provided in addition to bathroom towels to use for the pool/beach Our suite had a patio with furniture and a jacuzzi. There was also a coffee machine with ground coffee and sugar for our use which was great. if we came back to this area of Mexico we’d stay here again.

if I had to pick at something, it would be a greater selection of saucepans! the little one we had wasn’t big enough to boil pasta for three. Really though that’s me looking for something to say! it didn’t spoil our trip at all.

-Everything else! Rooms were huge and I didn't realise it was 2 bathrooms when booking so this made for a lovely surprise. -No keycard, so no lost key after a night of drinking. -Very quiet & chill -A special shoutout to both Abraham & Brenda. Nothing was too big or small for them to help us with. Always a friendly face in reception. -English Netflix!

-It was alot further away from the beach than expected, the taxi put us back 500MXN one way. Pretty much had to get taxis anywhere we wanted to go including dinner in central Tulum and the supermarket. -Wish there was a mirror in the bedroom.

What an amazing stay! The staff were so helpful and friendly (Diego, Brenda, and Edgar in particular). Bike and scooter rentals made getting around a breeze and as active people we appreciated the ability to rent on site to go out and grab food or head to the beach for the day. The neighborhood is under development but there are plenty of amenities, coffee shops, restaurants in easy walking distance. The rooftop pool area is beautiful and never too busy. The kitchen is suited for easy meals and the room was quite spacious.

The kitchen is well equipped but could use a few more items like a cutting board and some dish cleaning items. The wifi is a little choppy at times but for the most part worked just fine.

Thw staff were incredible!! Super handy having a WhatsApp to contact them on.. couldn’t fault them at all! The pool felt like a private pool & Rooms we spacious and comfy!

Still in an area that’s in the process of being built up.. so there wasn’t much around the hotel! and there were building works everywhere (couldn’t hear them so didn’t disturb in that way.. just a bit of an eyesore)

Very nice and affordable accommodations in a very nice part of town. Suite was spacious and comfortable. Pool was excellent! Kitchen was well stocked and everything worked. Front desk staff were super helpful. Only one issue and that was spotty WiFi which was spotty throughout Aldea Zama. Unfortunately that meant no TV in the bedrooms but the living room TV was just fine. Very good value.

I was sick and needed an hotel just for an afternoon in order to wait for my pick up to arrive, the staff was so friendly to let me check in in advance and quickly prepare a room for me. Hotel was clean and confortable. From the corridor I could see very nice apartment rooms.

My room window could not be opened (it was located on a side of the hotel).

Spacious apartment, quiet location, free bike rentals, clean room and helpful stuff (available on WhatsApp), laundry upon request

We would appreciate more equipment in the kitchen and blanket on the sofa otherwise pretty solid and good value for money.

Lovely very large room. Great Staff. Very large comfortable beds. Roof top pool a nice bonus. Great if want to be semi self sufficant.

Location is good but helps if you have a car. Lots of building work going on in the area and location will be amazing in a couple of years. No on site bar or food.

I loved the area, where we could easily walk to restaurants in a pedestrian only zone.

There’s a lot of construction going on in this relatively new development, so it’s very noisy during the long working days. Also several things didn’t work - hot tub jets, coffee maker, a fan … nothing horrible, but a bit inconvenient.

Very nice small hotel. Super friendly staff. Nice roof-top pool. Free bikes which are very practical mood of transport in Tulum.

Location in the halfway of Centro and Zona Hotellera is excellent in principle, but the area is badly under construction and seriously lacks for services. It is also inconvenient to walk in the surroundings after sunset and taxis in Tulum are quite over-priced.
