Great location! literally behind the ado bus station which is ideal and close to everything you could need! staff also very friendly and you can buy tickets to some places such as casa tortuga at reception cheaper than the normal entry price! Cute hotel and feels modern

Could be a little loud at night by the bus station and also our shower on the first day was cold. Also pool could do with being a tad cleaner but we still went in and it was nice!

Nice location, nearby you can find restaurants for breakfast and dinner, small market for water etc, laundry place and so on everywhere by walking 5 mins. AC was working nicely, there is no refrigirators in the room. We wanted to make up our room a couple of times but they just make up the bed, they didn’t change towels and so on for 7 days. I would expect more cleaning tbh. Free parking was available but it was more like street in the front of building. Warning: in the first night, we stayed in the room with street view but there is a huge bus terminal in front and the voice was very discomforting, we wanted to change our room in the 2nd day and we found it. Inside rooms are not loudy.

Small but very nice hotel, perfectly located in the center of Tulum, right behind the ADO bus station. The room was spacious for three adults with comfortable beds. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants and bicycle and scooters rental close the hotel.

It is not really a problem, but something to consider if you come with heavy bags: there is no lift, so be prepared to carry your stuff upstairs. So far there is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood.

well located just off the main road, comfortable beds and clean room, bathroom was also nice. very minimal Design, friendly staff and we could park the car right in front of the hotel (on the street, it doesn’t look like they have any other parking, so it is just out front but they note down the license plate). next door is the bus terminal, and a hostel with a tasty churro stand). we rented bikes one day but they were really run down so we got a small discount.

as everywhere in Mexico it was a bit noisy, but manageable. one thing that was missing was some kind of chair or hangers for things like towels.

the hotel is very very nice, pictures are realistic. rooms are big, beds comfortable, AC and fan working well and hot water. we had an issue with the room (deluxe) and they moved us to another room (king) super quickly. I would recommend it!

it advertises private parking, but in reality there are only two parking spots and they are still on the street (no gate), we had to park the car on the street because the spots were always taken. it’s quite safe so nothing happened. if you can’t sleep with noise, ask to be placed in a garden facing room. the first night we slept in a room facing the street and there is a ADO bus terminal just in front so all night long you hear buses going in and out. they gave us another room and it was very quiet. swimming pool doesn’t have much light

Beautiful place with a very nice staff. Nice shower with hot water. Amazing location, the ADO bus station is right around the block and there are great restaurants nearby. Also, they offer a towel renting service for just 25 pesos per towel which was very convenient.

The floor wasn’t super clean. Also, when we asked for new towels (you only get maid services if you ask for it explicitly with a sign, which we were not aware of) I had to replace the ones I got because they had stains, and I ended up getting one that was torn. Our original towels were okay so I might have just had some bad luck.

- when we arrived, there were no towels in the room. But after a short consultation with the front desk we got towels and everything was fine. - they rent out bikes for a period of 24hrs. When we wanted to use our rented bikes the next morning, they were gone/rented out to another guest

I booked this at the last minute and late at night due to transportation problems. This hotel and its staff (especially the very kind person who staffed the desk overnight) were super accommodating and took a lot of stress off my shoulders at the end of a long day of rough travels! It may sound like a small thing, but the best thing of all was the availability of a room on the ground floor and near the entrance. This was a godsend for me because I had two giant suitcases that I had been dragging around all day, and I was exhausted. I am very grateful that the room was made available for me. Also, the bed was exceedingly comfortable. It was easily the softest, coziest mattress I have slept on in 6 months of traveling through Mexico.

The male receptionist in the afternoon/evening was very nice. The room was beautiful, great location, beautiful hotel full with lush greenery. Just a short walk (3minl from the main street and ADO bus station (1 min if you sneak out at the back of the station).

We wanted to rent a scooter with them, agreed on a price, just went to the room to get our stuff and after returning, they said the price has gone up, because the scooter provider doesn't have the scooters anymore and they have to rent somewhere more expensive.

The location was central and right next to everything while not being too overwhelming and right on the main street - which was perfect! It's basically parallel to the main street and felt really safe, next to some food places and basic shops. The shower pressure was great and it was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable with sheets to suit both those who run hot and cold. The staff were also really friendly and consistently helpful and couldn't have been any better!

The evenings could be quite noisy (although that's probably unavoidable with a very central location) and our window looked directly onto reception which meant it wasn't possible to open it for air and sunlight while having quite enough privacy. The pool area rarely gets full sunlight, which suited one of us who burns easily but the other had to go elsewhere for poolside sunbathing. The hot water went down for part of a day but the staff were quick to resolve it as soon as we mentioned it!
