It’s at the very southern end of Beach Road, the property is beautiful and located on a cenote. I enjoyed it very much but the club scene is intrusive

Unfortunately….it’s a Tulúm problem. All these big clubs on Beach Road think they can play music all night long and disturb the others who are trying to sleep. I had no windows only screens so I heard club music until 8am on NYE. There should be a 2am club cut off.

The cabins are quite rustic and tiny but very enjoyable in their storybook-like setting. There is a covered porch with mosquito netting all around that provides additional seating space. The location is by a cenote, and the family greatly enjoyed dipping into it every chance we got. The place and cenote are secluded, usually, there was nobody else bathing. Another property under he same owner (Dos Ceibas) provides an outstanding breakfast in a high-end beach resort. The beaches at Dos Ceibas are beautiful and endless. The location is at the far end of the town, which in my opinion is awesome as you escape the traffic and you get quick access to the Sian Kaan reserve.

This is not something the hotel has direct control over, but some units are a bit noisy at night, a generator on a neighboring property can be heard thumping all night long. What a shame, really, you are out in the middle of nature, and you have to listen to that intrusive noise. Without that generator noise, the hotel would have been one of the best stays of my life. The bike rental at the Dos Ceibas hotel! They provide awful, terrible bikes! The bikes they brought to us were both barely ridable and a hazard. Do not rent there. Go out on the street and find blue or pink bikes. Will cost about the same. Tulum is a clear example of how car dependency destroys even the most amazing beach town.

- The man from the staff and the lady that cooked us breakfast in front of us were really sweet and helpful. - The cenote was an amazing bonus, the property provided free kayaks and we watched a beautiful sunset from them. - There was a fireplace outside and it was amazing to be around fire during our last night. - There were mosquito nets on all beds. - Available tap water outside the room. - They provide free entrance on Dos Ceibas beach, which is just a 10 minutes walk - The whole property was just amazing, from the room to the garden and there is absolutely nothing to complain about.

- If you don't have a car it's pretty far from everything (but there are taxi or colectivo) - The electricity is a bit unreliable and sometimes they need to put a generator on which can be noisy (from our room we could barely hear it, but there are some rooms closer to it, so it might be a bit noisier

Beautiful cenote, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, lovely gardens, very restful end to my travels. From what I understood, the nature has been very intentionally preserved in this property so a good choice for the sustainable traveller.

It is further down the road than some other properties but also better value for money. It’s not beach front but it is paired with another property with beach access and the cenote is a different vibe, very peaceful. You do have to walk or drive to another property for breakfast but the breakfast is exceptional and with beach views.

very friendly and helpful stuff! Would recommend checking out the bar/restaurant next to the hotel.

It looks better on the pictures then it does in real life. The chillout area at the cenote is not very clean/welcoming.

If you want to be in nature then this is the place. We took pop up mosquito nets coz unsurprisingly there’s mosquitoes with it being in the jungle (how other people are surprised is crazy 🤣) the lady on reception was amazing too. Breakfast at Dos Ceibas was really good as was the beach there. Had to cut our stay short unfortunately but do highly recommend for something a bit different

The electricity went out for a bit at night but I whatsapped the property and they got it back on quickly. This is an eco lodge, this kind of thing is to be expected!

The place is beautiful, it is amazing having the cenote at the end of the path to jump into. It is outside of the main strip which is good if like us you are not that interested. The cabana was lovely and clean, we loved having our own balcony and hammock and it really felt like a get away. The staff were super helpful and supported us to hire a scooter, I would encourag you to have some form of transport if you want to explore the local area including the reserva.

There was a slight smell outside of the hut but nothing that bad.

The room was lovely and the cenote at the back is incredible for a morning and evening swim. Staff were super friendly and helpful as well. Mosquito nets and a circulating fan above the bed keeping things cool. Hammock to chill and free internet too. They provide towels, shampoo and soap to wash and a wooden keyring on your keys in case you drop them in the water 😂

That I didn't find this place earlier

This place is in a wonderful quiet location. It’s basic yet beautiful, with the cabins tucked away in the trees. The outside terrace was great, we enjoyed swimming in the cenote, and overall it felt like a real get away. The property is simple but comfortable. Breakfast is served at the sister hotel a 10 minute walk away and well worth the effort for the beachfront views.

The cabins lacked a few creature comforts, but we understand it’s under new management and in the process of being improved.

At the edge of the Sian Ka'an natural reserve, this place makes you feel already inside of it. A nice relaxing place to sleep and chill swimming in the cenote. Completely isolated from the crowded and fuzzy street, keeping a great location for going partying if that's what you are looking for. Great balance!
