We were looking for a place in the nature, avoiding any big cement buildings more adapted to Tulum? Co.Bañitas offers this feature. Real wooden and simple huts with comfort. What you see in the pictures is what you get, don’t expect luxurious or fancy. We stayed in a room with own bathroom, loved the shower outside (no roof) within the trees. Breakfast is very good. Cristal prepares for you every morning, thanks Cristal!

Cristal, the lady responsible welcoming you highly suggested to put earplugs at night. Unfortunately there is a big power generator from other properties (hotels) next door and it is extremely noisy 😞. We followed Cristal’s advice and we could sleep well. To go to the beach you get access through the hotel 2 Ceibas 5 mins walking. A very positive point, room is provided with drinking wa potable water, meaning you don’t have to buy plastic bottles. Thanks for this !!

Located close to everything, doesn’t have a direct access to the beach but has a very good beach club across the street, very very helpful personal, Nicole was giving us recommendations and helping us out❤️. a real jungle feeling! breakfast was small but made with love, different every day. Drinking water is available in the room.

problem of the many hotels- dusty loud road nearby, generators may be a bit loud- easily solved with earplugs. Shower water was salty. Generators are off during some of the the night hours, so your fan in the room is not working- was not a big deal for us, but for some guests in hotter season it could be.

Very cute little area in the south part of tulum outside of the city, tons of beach clubs, restaurants and shops and near the biosphere.

You are on the jungle side of the road and because of this there are lots of mosquitos. My private room/bathroom had a mosquito net but a friend I met, his shared room did not. It’s also somewhat difficult to access the beach from here as there’s no public access but sometimes you can ask nicely and they will let you through..you can also pay a minimum on food/drink and get access and use their chairs etc. in the biosphere some are more affordable and feel more like the “old tulum” in my opinion..

We enjoyed every moment of our staying at Co.Bañitas. Our host Nicole is a super nice girl with hints about the surroundings and is ready to help if something is happening with the accommodation.

The beds are quite smaller than my size 187 cm (6.2 feet). I was with my feet in the air, but no worries about this, I've managed my sleep. For any future quests, be aware there is a jungle and be prepared for heat and mosquitos (bring your repellant or buy one from a close pharmacy, there are a lot of them, ear plugs if the noise of generators is uncomfortable for you - any place on that street has one).

I was happy to find a nice bungalow-style place to stay for a super good price compared to all the insta influencer luxury resorts on the ocean side. The beautiful beach is just across the street (and across a resort). If you are not a good sleeper, the earplugs provided by them should help you out. :) We were there in off season so luckily not much thing was going on hence not much noise from others.

The breakfast was minimal - but at least some bites to start your day with. If they’d put just a little extra effort to it, would be a perfect stay. :)

Poor wifi. The noise of electrogenerator for providing the Electricity was terrible, impossible to sleep.

The location of the property is in a quiet zone and close to the beach. Nicole was very nice and always was accommodating to our needs. We stayed in a tent and the room was better than expected, the guests were respectful of the quiet hours. I would totally stay there again. We had to leave early, and they rushed to serve breakfast before we left.

The payment was supposed to be made through the app and I had to do it at the property instead, the exchange rate was not very convenient for us.

The hostess was very nice. Breakfast was light, for me it was satisfactory. I really like the concept of open ecological cottages. The cottage was clean, even the bathroom. It would be a nice place.

It would be a nice place. But maybe we are hypersensitive, and I understand that this is a problem of the whole hotelier's area, I was very bothered by the generator, which roared in the vicinity all day long. I heard it all night and I didn't get any sleep.On the website it says that the sea is 50 m away. Which is actually true, but by air. You can get to the beach through the road and through the hotel which is about 300 m away.

It was really cool, just like the Fotos. There were moskitonets everywhere so there were no bugs or anything like that in the room even though it's right on the outskirts of the jungle, honestly surprising! Salema from the reception was super nice and helpful as well

This place has a lot of soul and character. It’s a good choice if looking for a budget hotel in a great location. Loved the room and the fan was really effective for cooling the room, as good as having air conditioning. Amazing shower. Loved the decor. Attentive host, who helped me sort out travel plans.

Broken mosquito net with three big gaping holes which meant getting bitten. This was semi fixed so there were only two holes but I was very taken aback that there was no proper mosquito net. The door also didn’t shut so the only way to properly shut it against the mosquitos was to put a chair up against it which was a nuisance.
