We miss absolutely everything about Suenos!! It was so peaceful despite it's location, and we got an extra upgrade which was so lovely. The grounds were beautifully done and so well kept, including the beach. The staff were incredible, seeming to know what you wanted before you did! They were very attentive without being intrusive. Guillermo in particular was amazing (and happens to make the BEST margaritas!). The rooms are spacious, extremely clean and well maintained. We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing luxurious stay in Tulum.

The whole area is extremely expensive so the hotel was inkeepng with this compared to most destinations, but you didn't feel like the staff were pushing to sell you more or force a tip unlike the local restaurants and bars

I have stayed in many places around the world but Sueños is truly special. From the minute you walk in and feel the sand under your feet, you feel a sense of tranquility, a sense of home. Yara who runs the place pays attention to detail and is super friendly and helpful and the same goes for Mirz, Chefs Jose Luis, Rafa and Ivan, who’s a master at making passionfruit mezcalitos. Don’t leave without trying one! And there’s Lobo, a German shepherd dog who first barks at you and then remembers you and is a sweet, gentle soul. I had the best stay here and almost don’t want to recommend it so that it stays a secret gem. There are so many hotels in the Tulum hotel zone, but if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting right by the beach, then look no further. Thank you Sueños!

There are a TON of hotels on the beach in TULUM & I found it overwhelming to pick one especially due to high prices. Despite liking to party, I don’t want to sleep next to a night club and at the end of the day picked this property due to quiet reviews. Ironically there was a wedding one night next door, but the music didn’t disturb us - the property has an overall very chill relaxed atmosphere, so much at times we felt like the only people there! The staff all learn who their customers are and are very helpful. Best part was laying in my hammock or on the bed, having the doors open and having the ocean breeze on me. Absolutely wonderful view from our room!

Only complaint was when we checked in the front desk staff was very receptive, but after that was hard to find anyone or get any help. There was a retreat towards the end of our stay and they seemed more focused on them than other customers.

Staff was really helpful and welcoming, location is great and the place very beautiful ! Breakfast was pretty good and served untill 11 am which was perfect if anybody needed to sleep in or attend a yoga class or else! The food served at the restaurant was fresh and delicious ! Overall a great cozy place!

The A/C ,as in many other properties in Tulum , was available only after 6 pm and turned off around 8-9 am which is an inconvenience as the sheets and comforters did not have enough time to dry during the mostly humid days ... it could be an inconvenience for anybody who needs a nice dry bed! sheets were nice and soft but comforters really heavy... they might think of something lighter which will not attract so much moisture and also does not weigh as much!!

The rooms are small - not much room to hang out beyond the bed - but we spent most of the day outside. This time of the year - the shoreline is filled with seaweed - copious amounts. The hotel worked hard to clear a path for guests

beautiful property, feels secluded and private away from busy street with lots to walk to. rooms were great. staff was fantastic and so kind. breakfast was really nice. we were there during the end of April and felt like we had the place to ourselves. even though the weather was great. beach beds were great. pool was nice.

The hosts are extremely welcoming The food is gorgeous , fresh , and typical … bravo to the and the service is superb , rooms extra clean and finally à special thanks to Arsen who was always so kind, very professional and competent , and of great advice. Hecontributed to make our stay a wonderful experience ..

Breakfast was delicious and we opted to stay for lunch and dinner several times since the food was exceptional. Our server and bar tenders were so nice and very accommodating. The receptionist was great too! The grounds were so well maintained by the staff and patrolled by the resident GS Dog.

Hard to say "Didn't like" The beach was beautiful (except for the seaweed) but could have had more covered seating and the chairs were not very comfortable. Not enough seating around the pool

Nice and affordable hotel in Tulum. They have gated parking for your car just across the street. The staff and the manager will do anything to make your stay as great as possible. Rooms are nice with movable beds. Food is great. Wifi is excellent. The beach is nice to spend the day. You have a couple of good restaurants in walkable distance.

Breakfast portions could have been bigger.

What a great hotel, the staff was very accommodating and the rooms were great right on the beach. was quiet yet right in the heart of the action on Tulum beach. breakfasts were great and the bar was a great place to unwind.

initially we reserved the beach suites but those were rather dark however the staff moved us to a higher floor and we had a wonderful stay with our three kids for a week
