I booked a Teepee here for 2 nights before moving to a micro room for 3 the teepee was so much better! Although there was less space it was much more comfortable the bathrooms were lovely and constantly cleaned - they were spotless the teepee is decorated nicely and the bed is super comfy there is an AC unit which works perfectly to keep it cool the location is perfect - right on the beach and so many freee activities included./ yoga, meditation, cinema night etc. I’d already extended my stay by 3 days but I wish I could’ve stayed longer!!

noisy - bring ear plugs (I did and slept just fine with them) the noise isn’t from Selina, more from Ámbar across the street there are frequent power cuts (it is in the jungle!) this didn’t bother me at all, but be prepared to shower in the dark just briefly! they get it back working almost immediately though every time and was only ever off for like 10 mins most

I booked a last second trip to Tulum/Selina and got upgraded to a large room!!! It was SUCH a pleasant surprise, it made my trip! The staff is incredibly friendly, you can tell when staff is happy working at their job. Very centrally located, I would love to come back again! Th restaurant was actually great and guests get 20% off. Totally worth it!

The two guys selling drugs all day standing at the pool deck by the stairs to the beach. We all know they are there, cmon guys. Also, the AC is facing the bed, so I got the cold air on my face all night. Lastly all the windows have curtains except the glass on the sides of the door (which face the bed) so between the air on my face and the light at 6:30am I could not sleep much.

I really liked the location. It was beautiful, directly on the beach. Having breakfast in the morning at the restaurant with the ocean view was really beautiful. The stuff was very friendly.

I exeperienced staying on one of the teepees and it is situated a few steps away from the water (teepee 1-4) which is absolutely relaxing and an adventure. Security for 24/7 which I feel safe all the time. The bed was comfortable, the a/c was well working despite the weather was hot and humid. the shared bathroom was always clean. fresh towels and cleaning the room was done daily. Mia beach club/restaurant was situated in the property and the energy was great and some parties at night time was nice as well. the beach itself was clean and everyday they took care of the sargassum. Overall, it’s worth the money if you want to stay in the hotel zone.

the lounge chairs are already broken and outdated so you feel different from the people who are hanging out at the beach club but It didn’t stop me from hanging out at the guests only area because it’s more relaxing and quiet plus it’s for free. a small mirror inaide the teepee room would be a great adition. avoid the teepee 1-4 if you’re not in the mood to party at night bcuz you will not be able to sleep from the banging music but in my end it wasn’t a problem. ask for teepee 6-8 which ia situated at the back of the property and closer to the shared bathroom.

it’s staff and food

The hotel is very good, and very well located next to the beach, and with restaurants and shops nearby. It has its own Beach Club (Mia), with exceptional DJs shows during the afternoon and night. If you like electronic music, check what artists are playing. The first time I came, I saw Monolink's show, and it was amazing. I stayed at the shared bedroom, and the room was clean, the bed was confortable, and the shared bathroom was clean and spacious. The hotel has a good sized swimming pool looking to the beach, and you can also sunbathe at the guest chairs on the sand. The staff was very kind, and if you choose to have the breakfast included, you won't be disappointed.

The shared bedroom is next to the Club, where the DJs play. Therefore, it will be very noisy during the night, until 2 or 3 am. So if you came in order to assist to the show, it won't be a problem... but if you don't, take that into consideration. During the night, I also heard a loud sound from the air conditioner. If the hotel can do something about it, would be great. I strongly recommend to bring (or ask at the reception) for ear plugs.

The property was beautifully styled, perfectly maintained and couldn’t be a better location! The staff were incredible and payed close attention to every detail. Our room was cleaned spotless every day! We will certainly be back.

The only negative about this hotel is that the noise level in the rooms is quite high until about 3am. The on site beach club plays music very loudly from 8pm-3am Thursday-Sunday. So, if you are a light sleeper that goes to bed early, you may want to be cautious staying here.

Very special setting, directly at the beach and in the middle of the hotel zone. Clean and enough space in the shared bedrooms, including a terrace.

If the 10 person bedroom would be full, it could get tricky with only one bathroom. But as we were only two pp in the room it was easy.

Beautiful location along Tulum beach. The property itself is absolutely stunning and you once you step out of your place, you are on beautiful sand. The location is perfect and pretty much walking distance from all the main famous beach clubs and restaurants including Taboo, Tantu, Bagatelle and Bonbonniere; as well as being next door to MIA. You get access to sun loungers outside the premises and MIA beach club parties (only Thursday and Sunday) which normally can be quite expensive. We had the family room between 3 which was more than enough space. The place was clean and exactly as described from the pictures. There is free water and coffee available 24/7 from the front desk and bottled water/snacks to buy as well. They have a beautiful library and cinema room available and different activities including yoga and massages along the beach front. Would 100% recommend this property and would return again.

There was an occasion where I needed to borrow a laptop/PC for only 2 minutes urgently for work and the staff were extremely unhelpful regarding this - not even recommending an internet cafe to use. I would expect more from a hostel environment with a 'work lounge' The shower pressure was quite poor.

Best value for money in Tulum for your stay, however micro room was not as advertised - it didnt have a large window. Staff were great until you asked them to do anything slightly above their duties. Morning yoga was lovely and so was the beach although main area has minimum consumption!

Micro room was not like the photos but smaller and when we asked to be moved to a room which looked like the picture we were refused! Also it is loud because theres a club on site. None the less it is the best value stay in Tulum
