Extremely friendly staff who were quite helpful with any requests and assistance was given in a very professional manner. The grounds are very nicely laid out and it was literally just a few steps past the restaurant down to the beach. Very nicely laid out beach area, comfortable, and quiet in comparison to many of the other places in the surroundings.

I would suggest to the owners that they offer more service in the beach area. I think people would stay there longer and order more - good for everyone ;-). Also some lights down at the restaurant and the beach area would be nice. Not a fault of the property itself - but the constant level of background noise might be a problem for some - the street is noisy, dance/trance music is constantly heard in a distance, the air conditioning of the surrounding places is quite loud. It wouldn't deter me from return to Tulum, but something people should be aware of before they travel.

Location and facilities were amazing. walk right up to the beach, with beds to use. the bedrooms were a dream and very spacious.

service wasn’t the greatest. Though breakfast was included it was only one option, you had to pay for everything else. the staff didn’t seem too proficient in service, forgot about us multiple times after we made requests(food, drinks etc) we realized the property was great for laying on the beach but service and food was best elsewhere…which is great Tulum has many options.

If You are not in party mood then this is Your place :) Of course You can go out, walk 100 m and You will have a party but Silvana with nice small beach is Your getaway !

Great location on the beach. A lot of restaurants in the area. Good breakfast. Friendly and nice staff. Will not hesitate to chose again.

I love the place, amazing location and staff! Very clean, whatever we needed everyone was happy to help. We loved the older man at the reception which help at night to get new born turtles to get to the sea ❤️ amazing people with big hearts, maybe not 5* hotel but experience we had was worth more then thay. Beautiful, quite place like a paradise!

Hair dryer could do due to salty water and small fridge but when we ask for travel fridge and ice, there was no issues.

The staff was amazing and very tentative!!(Nico at the front desk the security guard and the cleaning lady's were awesome!!!). If you are hungry the front desk has a menu and will server you in your room or the beach all day :), the location was beautiful as it has its own private beach !!! The room was bigger then expected and had all the amenities that you would need to enjoy your stay !! Would definitely come back !!

This place is very pretty and the staff is friendly and attentive. We really liked our room. It was spacious, clean and had cute decoration. The location is great (in front of the beach and lots of bars and restaurants in the area) and the parking garage was convenient. We also loved that this hotel operates with solar panels and tries to be eco-friendly. I think this is a great place for couples, but if you are traveling with friends, this is also a nice place to stay at.

Unfortunately, the beach was not like in the pictures because it was seaweed season and the water instead of blue had a reddish / brownish color, but we can't blame the hotel for this. So, I would give a 10 to the property.

I just live it !!.... can't wait to come back. Definitely a place to remember ans feel alive, the room was cute and comfortable. The bed was the best !!

There's no signal, the internet connection is bad and unfortunately that's a problem if you need to keep in touch with the rest of you world.

Location is the best so far. The staff is very kind and helpfull, especially the guy at the deskfront. Sometimes we had problem in the english conversation with others. Do not expect any luxory but in Tulum the most important thing is beachfront location, and this one provides you peaced and relaxing vacation in the middle of the party area.

There should be beachbar improvements and better seaweed cleanings.

Comfortable beds in small rooms. Small hotel in hot spot of Tulum Beach south. Lovely beach front beds and access to gorgeous white sand beach. Nice breakfast included.

Maintenance needs: Continue to touch-up paint. Keep up with dead leaves on paths. Repair wooden decks.
