very nice location and the mosque view from the room is amazing! the Concierge ( don’t remember his name ) was very kind. thanks to him!

the cleaning service was bad. the room was not well cleaned which is not very expected from a 5 stars! when I arrive, the welcoming was cold, the lady at the reception did not want to work and she was not happy to be there obviously. she did not explain any thing about the hotel, just gave the key and bye. that was bad.

It is always a pleasure to stay again at the Kenzi Tower Hotel. I have been warmly welcomed by the staff. A very comfortable and quiet room was provided to me. Very well located in the centre of Casablanca. A special Thanks to Manal for her personalised welcome and for having responded to all my requests quickly and with efficiency. Excellent hotel for Business trips or holidays.

They are currently refurbishing the restaurant at the 28th floor which may be noisy depending on the floor you are staying (renovation works should be terminated around Sept. 2023). Personally I was fully satisfied by the room provided to me.

First of all, I want to thank Mr. Younes very much for his and professionalism in his work, and for his warm Moroccan hospitality. This is my second visit with my family, and thank God, I liked Mr. Younis with his good manners and his dealings with us. I also thank the sisters Zakia and Fatima from the houskeeping, God willing, for their excellent handling and professionalism. I thank all the hotel staff, and God willing, we will visit soon.

Location, staff.

The sky28 lounge was closed for renovations. This information was not mentioned in the site or by the hotel , which is very disappointing. There was complete cut of water for 6 hrs , guests were informed, however this should not happened. Slow service!! Old furniture and spotted carpet. Some interns in room service should be taught to not get so closed to guests . There was no DND sign available.

Spacious room. Helpful staff specially concierge. Comfy vibe all around. I was there less than 24 hours but would return for a longer stay. Good central location - walkable area, with shops and restaurants close by and Medina (old city) not far.

Bidet didn't drain fast enough. No electrical socket near bed for laptop etc. Qibla direction in bedside table was incorrect - I reported this. I did order dinner: Vegetable soup, chicken pasta, Moroccan salad and apple caramel pie - at best it was ok, nothing to write home about. Also not sure why they asked me to pay for it in cash.

The Hotel is well situated with cosy spacious rooms, good room service, walking distance from restaurants, shops and offices. The staff is very kind and helpful. The roof top bar has a spectacular view, one should definitely visit.

My only disappointment is the lack of variety for in-room dinning and the breakfast, being not a beef and pork eater, choices are quite limited.

The staff was absolutely lovely, polite helpful and accommodating, and this is a very nice looking hotel. We arrived very later as one of our flight was delayed severely the staff was very good in helping us out.

One of our rooms had a weird smell, a bit musty, and windows could not be opened, one of the main reasons for staying here was the view of the mosque, one of the rooms had no view at all and the other you could barley see the top.

Central location directly within Casablanca City. Ideal for business trips or to explore the city. The hotel is comfortable and clean, the hotel staff was always friendly and helpful.

There is a nice big office desk to work at but there have not been any electrical power sockets nearby this desk to plug in electronic devices. Not really a big deal, but this should be improved.

One of the best service ever! The room service is available all night and the food is comparable of Michllen stars. I forgot my bag in the room after check out with all my passport inside it, when I called they make me fell super relax and when I arrived back in the hotel they were two professional ladies waiting me with it in front of the door. I have asked their name cus they almost make me cry, one of them was the cleaning lady, and when she cleaned the room she found my bag, and directly talked with the receptionist and put it a side for me. My best regards then is to Kadili Fatiha that she was extremely professional, nice and friendly with me and my husband always!! Thanks again to Kadili and Zakia you have make my stay simply perfect ! It is in the city centrum and it has a beautiful view. The room was clean both of the nights I stayed here. Food is tasty, the staff are very kind and welcoming. If you have any issues they will resolve it in no time. I drove from Norway to Casablanca and I was pleased to hear they also have an electric charger in the garage. Not that I needed it, but it is very convenient.

Due to it being in the center you will hear the traffic.
