The variety of food at the restaurant is rather limited.

The hotel is very clean and nice. The breakfast and the staff is perfect. The bed was one of the best. Requests at the reception were no problem, the staff was always very professional

The only thing we didn't like was the toilet in the room, as it was water everywhere after flushing

Cleanliness. Staff is very welcoming and polite. It is in the city centre however Casablanca's city centre area is a bit far from the old medina and especially HassanII mosque is far from the city centre. Bathrooms, rooms, bed linen, and everything was very clean. It's a small but nice hotel. Nada at reception was very cooperative and guides guests on their queries. For South Asian or Indian food, there is Bollywood restaurant just across the street, which may be less than 10 meters. There is a currency exchange house right next building and a grocery store. Tram Station is just 40 meters, may be.

The credit card payment machine wasn't working due to their connectivity issues for the whole of 1 day that I stayed.

Hotel was great. Location, breakfast, service, all was great

My only problem was the air conditioning was not controllable. The air draft was going directly on the bed. So either it was freezing when the air was on or hot as I would stop the air. The technician came twice but somehow did not understand what I was asking. I finally installed myself a towel to divert the air draft off of my bed. The hotel need to look into these air conditioning. My friend in the other room had the same problem.

Comfortable and spacious room, good city views, nice bed and good wifi too.

Very little storage space. Strange to provide a decent size suite yet have only minimal storage for clothing: just one very small wardrobe and nothing else, not even drawers. Reception staff are probably the least engaging hotel staff we’ve ever met…more interested in chatting amongst themselves than talking to guests. The receptionist is often hiding in a cupboard probably to avoid talking to clients.

On business travelers oriented hotel, it has comfortable beds, silent rooms (no noises from the floor or neighbors). Great location, close to city center and to the Hassan II mosque it only costs about 15 drh with a petit taxi. Across the street is shell petrol station and Hotel Mövenpick for orientation (taxi drivers know where Mövenpick is but no idea where Best Western is). The breakfast for extra 10€ is ok but nothing spectacular. When I came down at 8:45am eggs, cheese, sausages and juices were all done and took at least 15 mins to refill it.

The receptionists (at least 3 of them) appear to speak English but when you ask them a particular question which is out of the standard, you realize they understand every 5th word you say. So beware. But they are all very nice. They let me in the room at 8am after my overnight flight.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is good, quite central to all the main attractions by taxi. Good restaurants close by.

The AC didn't work. Asked for repair but it never happened. Luckily it was nice weather so we could open the windows. The hot water was only warm.

1. Overpriced according to the room quality 2. If you are booking for multiple days stay, keep in mind you will get complementary items only for the first time. As a result we had to buy water bottles for the second day of our stay. 3. Quality of breakfast can be improved.
