The comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Firstly, the hotel's unreliable Wi-Fi was a significant hindrance to my business trip. Constant disconnections and high latency seriously impacted my work productivity. I suggest the hotel explore different service providers or opt for packages without throttling to improve the internet experience for hotel guests. Furthermore, the noise from traffic made it challenging to sleep at night. Installing double-glazed windows could significantly improve the situation and enhance the overall guest experience.

Breakfast is very good only coffee machine in the breakfast not good taste ulso the orange juice the first day is very good next day Mix water with it and I tell manager ahmed he say this time not orange time

It’s a beautiful property well located and the housekeeping staff and restaurant staff were outstanding. I had a wonderful dinner there and two very very good breakfast experiences.

On two occasions, the front desk was not able to give me change. I paid the city tax and they did not have enough change so they owed me 4 DM which I never got. Upon check-out I asked for change for 200 DM and they didn’t have it. I wanted to tip the Bellman, but I was not going to give him 200 DM and his whole attitude changed after that. I spent over 20 years in the hotel business and it’s little things like that that need to be cleaned up and you should be aware of it

This must be one of the best mid-priced hotels in Casablanca. For two people, a junior suite gives you ample space, comfortable beds, well appointed shower rooms, and a large kitchen space, including a full-sized fridge The breakfasts are outstanding, The staff are friendly and competent. The location is excellent. The centre of Casablanca is a comfortable walking distance away. The main tram route has a stop very close to the hotel for those wanting to go further afield. We will stay there again, next time we are in Casablanca.

Luckily when we travel abroad, we always carry cereal bowls, eating utensils, sharp knives, cutting boards, etc. So we were able to make good use of kitchen, including the microwave. But it was disappointing to us that, despite the size of the kitchen, the hotel provided no eating utensils, no plates, no tea cloths, no washing up liquid, no........

Very spacious and comfortable rooms, welcoming and attentive staff, nice breakfast, beautiful roof terrace.

The hotel was supposed to arrange a driver to pick us up from the airport, however he didn't show. So we took a taxi. No big deal, but a bit dissapointing.

Spacious and nice room,good level of cleanliness, great water pressure, relatively good breakfast ( staff needs a bit more training), kind housekeeping staff, friendly and professional reception staff- we had to extend our stay for one night and was done stress free. It is a good hotel, not sure the five stars rating is deserved, though, but every single of these reviews are in the end, subjective. After staying at a few different hotels in the country, all varying stars and classifications, I can say that this one is not memorable, but it did the minimum well. There is potential and room to improve, so hopefully they will do just that and not settle for being ‘just enough’. However, if I comeback to Casablanca, will use it again.

Very thin walls - noise from the room next to ours as well as the outside traffic came through; we chose the place after reading other reviews about this, so was expecting it.

When we checked in they said that each room is for one person but the reservation was made for one single and one for two person. Therefore they charge for an extra guest. Never saw in all my travels that the hotel charge for the "second" person in the room Eventhough when I made the reservation I make it one single one double room. This was non acceptable but I didn't have any choice other than paying. The beds were not very confortable, the room view (not that is important but) was not good at all. But the best part of this stay was the breakfast This was very good.

That I was charged for the second person (while I made the reservation I indicated) in my room.

First it was the front desk personnel. The wonderful man (sorry I forgot his name) was attentive, helpful, and always with a smile. The man that welcomes you at the entrance was exceptional too. The hotel is just beautiful and the room was very spacious, clean, and just perfect for us. We are tall and need space and felt super comfortable. The breakfast fantastic, with a great variety and great taste. The hotel and personnel exceeded our expectations.

Cleanliness, comfort, proximity to local attractions. Their included breakfast was great (try the Amlou - the Moroccan Almond butter made with edible Argan oil and raw honey). The Hotel’s staff was extremely hospitable and helpful. Special mention to Ahmad the bellman who is such a wonderful young man who went above and beyond taking the initiative to help us at every turn for no purpose other than genuinely being there for visitors to the hotel. Just a tip when you’re in Casablanca, always take what they call the “red taxis” and ask that the Taxi’s meter is on otherwise you’ll pay a lot for private prix-fixe larger white taxis.
