My recent stay at the hotel was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient service. The hotel’s elegant ambiance and impeccable attention to detail created a truly luxurious experience. The heart of the hotel lies in its exceptional staff. Hajar, the Guest Relations officer, deserves special recognition for her outstanding hospitality. Her warm smile and genuine care made me feel like a valued guest. Furthermore, the receptionists, Badr and Fatima-Zahra, were incredibly professional and efficient. Their friendly demeanor and helpful attitude made the check-in and check-out processes seamless. The valet parking service was also top-notch, with the staff demonstrating exceptional professionalism and care for our vehicle. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights of sleep. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional especially the lady who checked us in and out ( unfortunately can’t remember her name) and Hajar in guest relations who went out of her way to make sure I had what needed and was looking for. Breakfast was good and staff there were also great.

Our second twin room was rather small. Our room that was upgraded to an executive suite was good sized and large bathroom but unlike the other room did not have a bidet or the likes in it. Food on the rooftop restaurant was not particularly good.

Best hotel that we have stayed in while in Casablanca. We arrived earlier and were able to check in and were upgraded to a suite! That suite is fantastic! The beds are nice and soft. We slep great. The ensuite living room/sitting room was fantastic. It was equipped with a nice size TV (as well as another in the bedroom), comfy couches, a nice Nespresso machine, and a complimentary water bottle. Bedroom had nice King bed, TV, and mini bar (not free items). Loved the bathroom, jet tub, and amazing shower gel. Check-in staff who assisted was Fatima E, who was really sweet and super helpful. The rooftop pool and outdoor eating area were really nice with a great view.

We wanted to book spa services, but they were booked both days. We were told by the Spa staff that we would receive a call later that day (day we checked in), but they never called. The bathroom doesn't come with a shower. My husband is a shower guy, but I love love love a giant tub. So, while I was pleased with the tub option, he was bummed about not having a shower. The tub does have a handheld shower head, but it is not stationary.

The location was fantastic, right next to the tram line which was convenient. The room was clean and large with great views from the room and the bathroom.

My only complaint would be from when we had dinner in the hotel next to the pool. There was a man who seemed to be some sort of management who stood and barked orders at all the staff micromanaging everyone. At one point he was arguing with a server. The staff were attentive and friendly and did their jobs well. This man had no place being there with his negativity. He didn't help anyone just stood around bringing the mood down and making everyone uncomfortable. He needed to go back to his office and let the great staff do their jobs.

The Staff in all facilities were so welcoming and amazing. Reception: ABIR checked me in and out and she was so helpful and understanding. even when I was all over the place, she helped me to get things done. She's really a good face of the hotel. The men on the gate: So helpful and guided me whenever I had a question or request. Housekeeping: Extremely nice and responsive. big shout to them Breakfast Team: They really a good people to start your day with.

Gym wasn't that good. Breakfast can have more options.

Amazing hotel, really good location and one of the best staff ever. For the duration of my stay, Lovely lady Hajar from minibar took really good care of me, and went extra mile to ensure I was comfortable. Downstairs, Tarik on the gate also helped me with my luggage and got me taxis whenever I needed it.

The property didn’t have Shataf/Bidet Spray. It must install it. The massage center didn’t have any male masseuse. The breakfast didn’t have that many variety.

Excellent location, great staff specially Mrs Hajar in the guest relations. She was very kind and professional. I really wish her all the best in her career with the well branded Movenmpic hotel .

Location, express check in, well organized. Great conecerige services. Ms Hajar from tge guest relations is always there to sort out any issue immediately

The hotel is located in central area, the staff are kind and supportive. I would highly appreciate the lady at the front disk (Abir) for her great support and hospitality.

The hotel is located at a busy central area nearby the metro station. It takes time to access the hotel from the surroundings due to the traffic specially at peak hours. The view is very normal nothing interesting. The breakfast doesn’t offer variety of options.

it is in the city centre and near to all atteactions

in the Room everyday the house keeping staff doesn't replenish tea and milk. also we don't get water bottle after first day. All over the world they keep 2 bottles of water everyday I have been travelling to many countries and this is happening for the first time.

We changed our first room and the second one was spacious. Overall we had a great experience, especially with the help of Hajar, the guest relation, who took care of everything. From entering the hotel to our rooms, she was there for us. Thank you and we'll definitely be back.

Our stay was short, we only stayed one night as we had to travel back.
