The hotel is really nicely designed. The rooms were spacious and the showers very nice. We used both patios: one for our breakfasts, and one when we had tea at night. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We were a big group with four rooms. The room I stayed in smelled like cigarette smoke: Some of the smell coming from the room's trashcan that someone must have used as an ashtray, and some coming in through the door.

the staff were exemplary from porte, receptionst, chambermaids and restaurant staff. Wonderful breakfasts buffet with great service. No lining up for tea or coffee or waiting in fron whilst your eggs are being prepared. Wonderful smiling service and the best baguette toasted bread I have tasted in my life.

The only comment I would make is that there was not a clothes hook behind the bathroom door, Great towels but you were forced to fling them on the bathroom floor. Most guest presumambly do but I like to hang my towell up

The bed was very comfortble and the sheets/duvet were lovley and soft. The bathroom was great too, clean spacious and modern. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast good too, they are not wasteful. They put out just enough on the buffet and refill as needed. A fair selection available and good table service.

Two bath towels and an extra toilet roll is needed in the bathroom. Only one available.

The room was clean and beautiful! The staff was amazing - we didn’t have enough cash for a taxi ride to the airport, so the receptionist kindly helped us call a cab and chipped in so we could make our flight. The restaurant ambiance and waiters were great as well!

The receptionist Asma was very helpful and friendly. The room was extra comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and nice. Room service is quick. Chef Samir is happy to cook home made food that was super delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was exceptional especially the staff, room size was great and breakfast was wonderful. Big thanks to everyone and see you again soon.

Breakfast is good (food and restaurant). Bedrooms are standard but comfortable.

Restaurant from downstairs a bit noisy & equipments in the bathroom were light

The service was excellent and the staff Samir was very helpful! I will never forget staying at this hotel!

The elevator stops sometimes

It's a very good hotel in Casablanca. not being super luxury, but the balance between price and hotel is VERY GOOD. And the hotel is also well located and convenient to arrive.
