The Riad was beautiful and eventhough most of the time we were out, we loved breakfast time as we get to engage with Khadijah who serves us our breakfast daily during our stay! She made it feel like we're home and made sure that we were fed before we go along with our day! The riad has a terrace where you can see an overview of Fez and the medina, where you can also chill after a long day out and star gaze or bird watch in the morning. Abdul was also soo very accomodating and understanding! And when he's busy he will let us know that if anything he's within reach! We felt taken care of and would definitely recommend out friends and family who's keen to stay in Fez while they're in Morocco! Alhamdulillah, thank you!

The property is inside Medina, so it is very authentic. The staff is great, super helpful and gave us lots of advises. They organized a trip to Chefchaouen, which was great, but we definately overpaid for it

It was super cold in the room (even though it was not cold inside the Riad), the bed was hard and there were a lot of noise. Also, there was a smell in the bathroom, but you can expect it in such old building. It is hard to find a Riad, and it is not pleasant to walk back at the evening

Beautiful riad, really nice terrace on top. The staff is really friendly and helpful. he gave us really good tips about the Medina (we would have been much more scammed or lost without them). on our day out we had to leave really early and he was so kind to pack breakfast for us. They also allowed us for an early check in

the rooms have little natural light (as is the case with most riads). the shower clogged a bit and there is a bit of noise from the street.

Very charming riad full of character with beautiful tile mosaics everywhere, good location close to Bab R'cif, one of the few things one can always find again when one gets lost in the medina. Amazing value for money, hot water in the shower! Special thanks to Jawad, who helped us with everything, picking us up when we came, organizing laundry, serving tea on the roof top and personally sending me off very, very early in the morning with a petit taxi to the train station!

Nothing!!!

The hospitality provided by Abdul Fattah and Khadija was outstanding. They made us feel at home immediately and looked after us throughout our time at the riad. Abdul Fattah gave us a lot of tips and advice that helped us make the most of our time in Morocco and he went out of his way to help us with everything we needed. The food cooked by Khadija was also the best we had in Fes. We ended up having most of our dinners at the riad and the team made sure we had something different every time so we can try various Fes specialties. We really enjoyed meeting Abdul Fattah and Khadija and couldn’t thank them enough for their kindness!

Abdul and his staff were amazing, really nice and helpful !!! Was making all the time tea for us and was helping us with everything we needed Location was right in the medina close to the main gates but not that close to the Main touristic streets so a bit uncomfortable walking alone at night time. A bit cold in the rooms at night night during winter

Unluckily the bathroom had a bad smell but I think is a common thing in the hotels because of the sewer system

The location : you are in the oldest part of the medina and it's easy to find your way to the riad. The rooms are decent size, actually comfortable size if you are 2. We ordered diner and while we though 15 euro per person was expensive, this was actually the best dinner we have had in Morocco. You would pay much more in Marrakesh for touristic place food which is crap. The manager was friendly. He came to pick me from the train station which was great because you can overpay as a tourist.

The pillows are too high. There should be a high and a normal pillow.

Great traditional riad in the medina. Has all the interior design you want, rooms were comfortable with lots of character, shower had plenty of hot water, AC worked very well. View from the roof was good. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Just watch your head coming in the front door.

Wifi in the room was a bit weak, odd that it was through the staff and not a hotel account.

This ancient riad right near the beginning of the medina has a lot of character and you can tell it has quite the history, even down to the worn floor tiles. It's a beautiful place with a fantastic terrace view, and Abdul and Ottmann took excellent care of us from arrival to departure - making sure we had a Moroccan SIM card, offering to book tours and transportation for us, and meeting us at our taxi and then escorting us back when we were leaving. Abdul was very caring and graceful, even when we had to last-minute cancel a trip to Chefchaouen because we got ill - he took care of us and offered to go get us some medicine, though luckily we were feeling much better the next day. Also, the lady chef who only speaks Arabic (I'm so sorry but I don't think we ever learnt her name!) is such a sweetheart and is an amazing cook! The food was wonderful and we ate there every night of our stay, and I don't regret it one bit - and the breakfasts were also filling and delicious. Mint tea is served at your request and we loved that and the food so much that we've been longing for it ever since we got home! The rooms are all different in size and decor, which I really loved. The toiletries listed as being included are small sachets of shampoo/conditioner, so if you'd prefer to bring your own hair stuff as well as soap/shower gel, definitely do so. The entire experience made us eager to return to Morocco one day and do more exploring, though we will never forget this first time and this beautiful riad.

The accommodation is beautiful and very comfortable. You really feel welcome there! Especially big thank you to Yaouad who was incredibly welcoming and helped us with so much on our first days in Morocco - taxis, SIM cards, best sight-seeing spots and more! Thank you! Additionally, the local cuisine dinner they offer at the riad is very filling and delicious! A wonderful stay!
