A wonderful unique independent hotel. Absolutely beautifully decorated, charming, spotlessly clean, and so pretty. Very friendly staff, breakfast is very good. We only ate in the restaurant one evening and it was very good as well, but it is very high end pricing for their food.

I expect to have an extra water bottle in my room if I ask for it. This was very disappointing as I drink a lot of still water to keep hydrated when I travel. I have never known a hotel to say when you ask for an extra bottle of mineral water in your bedroom ' you have to pay for that'. We said we were happy to pay for the additional water, but each evening they still only left one bottle in the room, so we had to keep asking them! We booked a walking guide with the reception, and the guide Mohammed was a little disappointing, and we felt he was only taking us to the shops where he was getting a cut of what we bought, and we didn't see all the sites as advertised on the hotel guide. Just 2 minor points, but worth noting.

Gorgeous place, every detail is unique, I even liked it much better than El Fenn hotel (Instagram spot)

I wish that staff would be more interacted. Even little things matters, like another plate of biscuits on a second day of stay or we had a cattle, but we didn't have any tea or coffee in our room. This hotel is quite pricy, and we felt less welcomed for some reasons, than the other we stayed for a few nights before

Authentic decor and beauty of the grounds. Small yet intimate and personable staff met and often exceeded our expectations. It felt like a safe harbor in a foreign city. Leila in the Spa took excellent care with services, listening to our individual needs. Aziz was beyond amazing for pool service and lunch, serving with grace. The hotel kindly accommodated our request to stay an extra night for the same rate and did not make us move rooms. The pool was tranquil and inviting with comfortable and luxurious day beds all around. The hotel manager showed us 2 types of suites that would comfortably accommodate our family of 4. We travelled with our two teenagers and felt that they were safe on the hotel grounds at all times. We cannot say enough this enchanting boutique hotel and spa.

It would have been great to have a Hammon experience with Spa services. I spent several hundred dollars at the spa and would have enjoyed the use without an additional charge.

This is a truly heavenly place: an oasis of beauty and comfort. The pictures don’t do justice to the gorgeousness of the hotel. Everywhere you look there are lovely touches that make this place extra special: petals in the fountains, scented oils, ornamental plantings. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere with such attentive, warm and professional staff, all of whom seem happy. Nothing was too much trouble for them, from making up a fire in our sitting room when the weather got a little chilly, to making restaurant reservations and advising on the souk. The spa is excellent, and the hammam well worth a try. Breakfasts are magnificent, with great range including eggs made to order, home-made yoghurt and Moroccan pancakes, and as much freshly squeezed orange juice as you can drink. Dinner is equally wonderful, and the cosy snug with its fire and leather chairs a perfect spot to enjoy a nightcap after supper. Thank you to all the staff for a truly magical stay.

Hard to find fault, but if I had to pick something, I would say the lack of plug sockets by the bed was mildly annoying, and the shower very low—anyone over 5ft has to crouch.

I had the pleasure of staying at Dar Rhizlane recently, and I can confidently say it was a truly enchanting experience. The photographs online, although beautiful, simply do not capture the full extent of the hotel's splendor. At every turn, you're greeted with exquisite details that elevate this place to something extraordinary – from petals delicately placed in the fountains to the subtle aroma of scented oils wafting through the air. What sets Dar Rhizlane apart is undoubtedly its exceptional staff. Rarely have I encountered such a perfect blend of attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism. Their genuine happiness is palpable, and their willingness to go above and beyond is truly commendable. Whether it was lighting a cozy fire in our sitting room on a chilly evening or offering invaluable advice on navigating the souk, nothing seemed too much for them. The spa is a haven of relaxation, and the hammam is an absolute must-try for a truly indulgent experience. Breakfasts are a feast for the senses, featuring a delightful array that includes made-to-order eggs, homemade yoghurt, Moroccan pancakes, and endless servings of freshly squeezed orange juice. The dinners are equally exceptional, and the snug, with its inviting fire and comfortable leather chairs, provides the perfect setting for a nightcap post-supper. In conclusion, my heartfelt thanks to the entire staff at Dar Rhizlane for crafting a truly magical and memorable stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this oasis of beauty and comfort to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience in every sense.

While it's challenging to find fault, if I were to nitpick, the lack of plug sockets near the bed was a minor inconvenience. Additionally, the shower's height might pose a challenge for individuals taller than 5ft, requiring a bit of crouching.

The hotel is truly exceptional and the photos simply don't do it justice. The breakfast spread is splendid and the lunch/dinner menu is good also . The rooms are super comfortable and well equipped .Staff led by Fatima are warm and very accomodating for whatever your needs are , be it trips the the Atlas Mountains, Hot Air Ballooning or guides for the souk (we tried them all). The environment of the hotel is truly beautiful with the birds, the orange trees , the poolside and the outside dining areas which are cool even on warm days. The hotel is in a leafy suburb so its quiet and good for a strolling out in the evening . Taxis widely available with easy access to the city and all it has to offer. Truly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in !!

Dar Rhizlane has it all !

The friendly staff. They were so warm and welcoming. It made the whole experience very memorable. Would definitely like to come and stay for a longer period. The ambience was incredible and the whole property exuded a sense of warmth and welcome like no other. Just fantastic overall

Faced a little difficulty with the bathroom , a shower curtain or glass to prevent water from spilling over would be helpful. The separate toilet from the main bath was little uncomfortable. But nothing to prevent us from coming back!

Could not rate this hotel more highly. Beautiful setting a 20 minute walk from the Medina (we weren’t keen on staying in a riad). It’s perfect for people who want to authentic feel of a medina riad yet having the luxury and tranquility of being outside of the hustle and bustle of the old city. Fatima provided excellent service, constantly tending to our asks. The Oriental suite is situated on the ground floor with its own beautiful garden, double shower, working fireplace and super king size bed.

Everything - I never usually rate a hotel after visiting but I must say everything was perfection.

- The hotel is very beautiful. It is a wonderful mix of nature (flowers and birds) with beautiful and well decorated facilities. - Our room was great. Comfy bed and bedsheets, beautiful bathroom and very nice views of the hotel and the neighborhood from our window and balcony. - We loved the bathroom smell when we arrived. It would be great if the cleaning team could replace more often the oil in the diffuser during our stay. - Very good cleaning. Cleaning team really makes a great work to maintain the room in perfect condition. - Hotel is located in a very calm and safe neighborhood. You can easily walk to one of the Medina entrances from there.

- As already told to the manager, we were a little bit bothered with some flies flying around our table during our breakfast. Nothing that spoiled our stay, but it is a problem that the staff can solve to improve even more the client experience in the hotel facilities. - Our room's bathroom had 2 showers, but one of them was presenting some problem in the mixer (we couldn't adjust the temperature, mixer was working only with too hot or too cold temperatures).
