Our recent stay at Hivernage Secret Suites & Garden in Marrakesh was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in the beauty and tranquility of the property. The lush gardens and elegant decor created an enchanting atmosphere that made us feel instantly at home. A special mention goes to Rabi and the rest of the staff, whose hospitality and attention to detail truly made our stay unforgettable. Rabi, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to help. Their dedication to providing exceptional service was evident in every interaction. In summary, our experience at Hivernage Secret Suites & Garden was outstanding. The beautiful property, exceptional hospitality from Rabi and the team, and the amazing food all combined to create an unforgettable stay. We look forward to returning and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Marrakesh.

Nothing to dislike

Everything. The room was lovely. Junior Suite is not Junior in any way, absolutely perfect… huge bed, room cleaned wonderfully well and nice balcony. The pool was great, options for shade and sun at all times. The staff are on a completely other level. They deserve more than 10/10. The genuine friendship we felt from Hisham, Abdul and Brahim made this trip feel like we were staying with family. Hisham and Abdul even helping me when I had an infected nail after a day at the waterfall. Hisham seemed to be there whenever we needed anything and even when we didn’t know we needed something, he had it! He truly did make our week there so very special. Brahims knowledge of activities was very helpful. We cannot recommend this oasis enough.

The only thing, and it’s very tiny, is the sunbeds do not recline making it impossible to lay on your front if you want the sun on your back. There are plenty of ways to get the sun on your back though so all good.

Our stay exceeded expectations and the service we received is the best we have ever experienced, especially from Hicham! He was extremely attentive, quickly noticed what we liked at breakfast/lunches and we can say it wouldn't have been the same stay without him. We were very pleased with our room, it was a great size and the bed was the most comfortable we have stayed in! The Wifi is also the best we've experienced, i understand each room as its own router so you're always in reach of connection. The location was great, only 10 mins from the airport, 5-7 mins in the taxi from some really nice restaurants (or 15-20 min walk) and 10-15 mins taxi to the Medina / Jardin Majorelle. We hope that we have a chance to come back to stay again in the future!

We had the best stay here. Our room was huge with 2 bathrooms! The pool area was great it never felt too crowded and was clean. The location was perfect for us away from the medina but close enough to walk/get a cheap taxi when we wanted to go into it. There’s a few good restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance and the food in the hotel was also good. It was our 3rd time staying in Marrakech but this hotel was by far the best we have stayed in. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were always happy to engage in conversation and give tips!

Everything was great but it we had to pick, maybe the breakfast could be a little better but that was just a minor thing.

It is a peaceful little gem with an excellent location (35 minutes walking distance from the medina and slightly less from Gueliz). If you prefer to take a taxi, there are many available on the boulevard that is close by. Relaxing on the terrace/garden/pool after a walk in the buzzing medina is much appreciated. The staff is accommodating, very helpful, and willing to please you. You have the service of a hotel in a private house, with a nice representation of the Moroccan handicraft in the room.

Some areas could be refurbished, being a little bit outdated.

Secret suites honestly blew me away. The hotel and the rooms were beautiful and we walked into rose petals and fresh flowers on our bed as we came for our late honeymoon. The wonderful staff were just amazing. Ishram was the kindest man and just knew, even before we did, what we needed or wanted to make our stay that extra bit special. I have and will continue to recommend this hotel, and would love to return and visit the lovely staff again one day. I even shed a tear when I left! Don't hesitate, just BOOK IT!!! The Hivernage Secret Suites & Garden literally lived up to its name - a secret find that is an oasis on its own with peace, privacy, and serenity, set amidst a beautiful garden. Due to the small property size, the staff to customer ratio is excellent and I love the personalised service, especially at breakfast, quite unparalleled. And always feel so welcomed when we come back, and being greeted at the door! The breakfast selection is also decent, and dinner good as well. All the food is traditionally Moroccan, including the Mint Tea. The suites are also super big and has everything I need (and want) - from a relaxing corner, separate bath tub and shower area, powder area, separate sink, first time I don't have wonder where to put my toiletries and makeup altogether. Thank god the air conditioning is cold enough in the room.

I think the cleanliness could be slightly better - noticed a few things over my course of ten nights stay, which however, I think if you stay a few nights, you probably won't notice anyway. The chambermaid is creative in her folding and display of the towels though. Everyday different, definitely thoughtful!

Excellent stay. The two of us really enjoyed the location and the hotel itself. The hotel is a 30 minute walk from the Medina and in a really nice, safe neighborhood, and perfect for escaping the busy center. There's loads of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance and so there's plenty of options for eating out. You can easily spend the day sitting by the pool in the heat if it's too hot to go out and spend a lot of time sight-seeing. Breakfast is fantastic - and enormous - you will not be hungry. The staff were all fantastic. Incredibly helpful and chatty, and were really happy to help with anything they could. The facilities are good too; room was a really good size with a balcony, and the roof terrace has everything on it you could need to lounge around in the sun. Would highly recommend this hotel for a couple looking to see the sights and also have some time to relax in the sun.

Our stay at this hotel was fabulous! A real oasis of peace in a very good area, close to ATMs and malls. The services were extraordinary! We sincerely thank the guys at the reception, the waiter, the cleaning girls, the chef and the whole team that works there. Simply wonderful! One of the best hotels I've stayed at. We felt extremely well at this hotel. I recommend with all confidence!

We stayed room 101 for one night in September 2024. It was fantastic ! The welcome was warm, the room was perfect, the little garden and swimming pool were perfect to relax. The hotel is in a part of the new city, about 4 km from the Medina and very close to the airport. It was nevertheless quiet and discreet. The welcome was efficient and all the staff very friendly. Thanks a million !
