loved the room size the cleanliness the service breakfast also was great !!

well at the end of our stay i had a driver deliver some items that were left behind on a desert trip and he sent me the picture if him leaving them there but when i requested them the front desl staff told me they did not know where they were so that is not very profesional i cant imagine if it was something super important and they just did not want to bother to look. i was in a hurry to get to the airport so i could not wait around but they dudnt 3ven go check they just said "no its not here."

Located in a safe & quiet area, outside the old town but close to the airport & train station. Breakfast very good, only the bread products were not fresh. Tea offered daily in the reception area as a welcome. The heated outdoor pool was fine, the gardens well kept.

Some details in the room (balcony door, bathroom) were not fixed, although asked twice, TV operating only TV channels, spa services & taxi drivers outside the hotel offering very expensive rides. Limited time for sports activities (we had to wait till 15.00 to get a basketball).

The swimming pool was amazing. The room was so nice, clean and big. The bathroom was spacious too. The breakfast tasted good too and there were lots of seating options. Location was good, close enough to everything, e.g. 10 mins from both Jemaa El Fnaa and the airport. There are nice restaurants too near Menara Mall which are like a 10 minute walk away. The spa ladies were really lovely too.

The air conditioning didn’t give out any air and when we called the reception about it, they said that it doesn’t work. A bit misleading as ‘air conditioning’ is listed on the room details. The weather was in the late 20s too so quite hot..

We liked the location of the hotel. We liked the food - we only had breakfast there. The room we had was a standard double room no balcony facing the pool/ gardens so it was quiet.

The heated pool was not really heated until the end of our stay. I presume there was a fault with the heating pump as I saw people working on it.I would say pool was only heated 1 day out of the 7 to a level that made it pleasant to be in. I didn't like the cost of dinner which was about £20 per person quite a lot considering a meal out for 2 in a restaurant was around £25 to £30

The hotel is well located from everything. Reception employees are helpful and very friendly. The breakfast is good, omelette stand and morroccan pancakes/crepes stand, with the lovely lady who is making them ! Thanks to Houssine the manager of the restaurant to be very nice and always helpful. He is a lovely employee who is working hard ! The Spa is good even a bit pricey but clean. I had unfortunately a bad experience with a massage I have booked, the lady who did the massage was a joke.. instead of an Hour massage (700 dirhams) she gave me half hour and asked me to relax and sleep while she left! I thought it was a joke, she barely even did a massage ! So I talked with Jawad, this lovely man at the reception and he apologised. He also do your hair ! he is fantastic and very professional! Hard worker compared to some of the employees in the Spa! I tried the Hammam with Scrub, they could do 15min more for the price… (30€ for 30 min ) The cleaning in my room was not really good.. except making the bed everyday, nothing was clean. No sleepers, no vanity set, towels, robes, nothing like a 5 stars should provide to you. The excursions are classic, if you ask Fadh the employee to do something different it seems complicated or impossible.. so I gave up. The swimming pool is good, one pool is a bit heated, and the service restaurant at the pool is correct and employees are nice and friendly in general ! Which is great ! The towels for the pool are always clean. I have tried the Italian restaurant, the waiters are very nice and very professional. The food is good and not too expensive. The dark point was the Wifi, it was terrible to connect to the Wifi, the hotel is not properly equipped about the network and it is really annoying to get a phone call or simply use your phone. They should definitely work on it and find a solution. A little advice regarding the taxis : don’t take the taxis on the right of the exit of the hotel..

Breakfast good and big variety, and in a good location too for restaurants etc. Pool areas lovely and plenty of sunbeds, I've seen some reviews saying there were problems with people reserving them but I saw the animation team removing them if people were reserving before breakfast. Room was brilliant, spotless and huge! Bed amazing, one of the comfiest hotel beds I've ever stayed in

Some of the staff a little rude at breakfast I found, one shouted at me when I asked for a spoon! Not the people clearing the tables it was more the waiters on staff. Other than that can't fault it really

Concierge were very helpful and arranged for a personal taxi to take care of me and give me a safe tour of Marrakech Concierge also booked reservations for me at restaurants I selected Concierge took money back from a taxi driver who had overcharged me Lovely smell inside the hotel reception area Excellent sun-lounging area by the pool - nice scenery with trees Gated location with a police car patrolling outside

At check-in payment had been made by booking.com but the transaction had not been posted which caused confusion for them TV remote was not working and shower gel ran out in the first night

Large resort: 3 pools: good size rooms etc. Including - shallow pool for young kids; Pool bar where you can buy food/snacks/drinks; Very close to local amenities: restaurants: mall: supermarket etc; Restaurants also on the resort; Rooms - comfortable and good size. Good value for money.

Breakfast buffet - a bit repetitious and often very busy; People reserve sunbeds v early despite hotel policy preventing this; No milk in the room - so you can only have black tea/coffee in your room unless you buy your own milk.

Breakfast was good but need more organisation as it was a lot of people and many things was missed, like mugs, teas glasses, big queues, to get one Msammen needed to wait 10min, to get an omelet have to wait another 15min, hot section was bad a part of scrambled eggs. Roast potatoes looks boiled. Staff was helpful and the lady was cleaning the floor during breakfast time was dangerous as was no signs set to make people aware of wet floor.

Organisation, queues for 30min to get an omelet and Msemmen, wet floors during the service without signs. Coffee was really a disaster.

Spacious room, clean, balcony with a pool view, suitable parking. Location is good, 20 min to Koutoubia Mosque and still very nice and calm surroundings. Beautiful garden with pools inside the complex. Taxis available , more expensive than in Fez for exmp., but still affordable (Negotiation is a must). Buffet breakfast and dinner quite OK, with acceptable price. Choice of restaurants around the pools. Helpful concierge staff.

Facilities are getting tired. Strange thing is that they take all of your towels before 9 a.m. In our case it was during breakfast time. They turn it back after 3 p.m. Meanwhile you can only dry yourself - somehow. I've tried several times to ask the cleaning staff with no success.
