Honestly I don’t really understand why this place has so many bad reviews, it was clean, quiet and comfortable. For €65 a night you get a room, a pool and excellent all you can eat breakfast buffet. Whilst I was there only one restaurant (farrah) appeared to be open, Saturday was a big buffet of lots of Moroccan dishes and a chef in the corner making pasta dishes like spaghetti bolognaise to order (all delicious) and Sunday was a set three course menu again all delicious. (Both nights were about 250 MAD each) The pool bar is also great, pizzas, salads, burgers etc. again all delicious and reasonably priced (a big margarita pizza 70 MAD). I Didn’t have any alcoholic drinks but there were beers and cocktails on offer.

The only draw back is the rooms are a bit tired, some cracked paint, the safe in mine didn’t work and the aircon made noise but not cold air I suspect because I stayed in Moroccan winter they’ve shut the air con off, which wasn’t a problem cause the windows open and aside from some cars going past it’s a quiet area. The WiFi was a bit intermittent (I wouldn’t rely on it to do work, but it was fine to stream Netflix on my phone). Also there were no coffee / tea facilities in the room but again not a major issue.

Everything was great and they took extra care of us, happy to accommodate any requests, including any room arrangement preferences we communicated prior to our arrival. We were in a quiet time of the year (end of January) and not at all busy, so extra appreciation for the restaurant team as we had both breakfast and dinner included. They do a plentiful evening buffet on some nights, otherwise it is a la carte selection between a few choices for a 3 meal dinner, all great. Thanks again!

The water is paid extra but is not expensive.

The hotel is in a great location, the hotel staff is friendly as well. As for the rooms, they were quite good, bathroom's great, two really comfy beds. It had everything you needed. Also, it was really clean, which is something we really like to see. As for the breakfast, it had everything, a classic buffet, so you can't go wrong with that. All in all, we liked our stay

Just the one dinner restaurant was open, understandably given low season, but it was a buffet and quite expensive.

The Staff was wonderful. The place is beautiful. It is close to the center and airport. Swimming pool and garden are wonderful. Room was clean daily. Everything was perfect .I have to say thank you to the receptionist who bring me back the jacket from the tour guide. You are awesome!! Thank you all!!

Poor wifi Generally needs some renovation around the hotel.

Staff all so friendly & helpful. Pool and gardens are lovely, lots of shaded areas. Breakfast each morning were superb. Public areas were air conditioned. We used the Spa & again the therapists were fantastic. The Treatment area is in need of refurbishment. Bedrooms and bathrooms are also very tired and need a total refurbishment. They were exceptionally clean. Bed linen & towels changed daily.

Hotel needs a revamp.

The location is excellent close to Jama el Fanaa and close to manara mall so you can experience a little bit of madina and also enjoy the mall. The property is clean and I enjoyed the hammam and massage. Azad was the best in assisting us with everything we need. Thank You

Great sized rooms (we had the bungalow). Pool was nice and staff was helpful. We visited during a busy time of year and the hotel property was perfectly kept up, clean and safe. The front desk manager gave us great suggestions on places to eat & visit.

Mix up on whether we had already paid the city tax.
