we booked a trip to Marrakech last minute and chose Four Seasons. It is exactly as we expected and we have enjoyed greatly. First of all, the service is fantastic: staffs are friendly, responsive and considerate. Secondly, the heated family friendly pool/club, the child care facilities are amazing, we didn't even want to leave the hotel! In addition, the location is perfect: close to most of the attractions and the airport, it is also right next to a beautifal shopping mall. Thanks for giving us a wonderful vacation!

Like said in other comments, it is not a brand new hotel. So would be nice if the hotel could fix/upgrade their facilities. For example: the door stop is gone in our room, the shower head holder is loose, there is no usb portal in the room etc. For some reason our room service did not clean our bathtub and refill amendities for 2-3days, i called and this was fixed.

There were two amazing pools with lots of room. Perfect for sunbathing. Excellent spa facilities available even without booking a treatment at the spa. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful grounds to explore. Live music in the evening. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. The decoration is beautiful especially the lanterns. Easy to contact concierges via WhatsApp or their Four Seasons app. I felt safe in the resort.

Had to ask for a dental kit where it should have been provided. I think as a resort there should have been more activities available on site to do.

Absolutely everything at the Four Seasons Marrakech is just perfect but what makes it so special is the staff- in every area of the hotel they go above and beyond, always smiling, to ensure guests have a wonderful time. The rooms are spacious and well equipped - Housekeeping is attentive. The extensive grounds and facilities ensure a relaxing environment. The pool area is luxurious and again staff extremely attentive. We used the spa a several times during our stay. The environment is so peaceful and relaxing and treatments are of a high quality. We could not recommend this hotel resort enough.

We loved everything about our hoilday..the staff at the hotel the hotel was amazing my wife is a vegan plus has allergies not once see was ill and they really went all out for you..we have stayed in the best hotel in the world and four seasons are very good.

The only thing was the price at the time when I booked in iv paid double.and the next day it was on half price which was bit up setting went there with all the full hearted the only thing which left a bad taste

The pool! The reception staff & poolside staff were amazing. The location is easy to get into the main town for sightseeing. A lovely hotel, but the spa unfortunately wasn’t up to Four season’s standards, it was good but not great. Positives: The decor is lovely and beautifully designed, but the lounge seats in the spa were rock hard, not comfortable to relax in pre or post spa. I usually have a daily massage, but after one spa session I chose to go get massages outside the resort for the following days. So, in summary: a great location, great pool & a calm environment- enjoy a very leisurely pace & you’ll enjoy your stay. But not a great/ spectacular dining destination nor the most memorable spa experience vs other Four Season hotels. However, it is still a great get away & worth staying if visiting Marrakech! So, specific negatives aside, a great relaxing resort style Four Seasons, with some standout staff at reception & poolside making it a great stay. We look forward to coming back and the feedback is specific just for guests who had anticipated staying mainly within the grounds for an entire vacation of on-site dining & pampering. Hope this is helpful. P.S: loved the greenery and calm throughout the grounds.

The food & drink service at the main restaurant/bar was slow. Having said this, the poolside staff were the best!! So, we ate & drank by the pool & had room service mostly, simply because the service in the hotel building restaurant/ bars was just too slow/ too hierarchical. Unfortunately the pool restaurant doesn’t open until mid morning, which is a pity, as they’re very efficient and responsive. Room service was excellent.

The room was very clean and well equipped with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The adult pool area was amazing water was always a lovely temperature and all the vegetation made it a tranquil environment. Perfect for a relaxing break.

The room was noisy with sound travelling from rooms above and corridors far too easily. The pool area was superb however, sun loungers were uncomfortable padding too thin on wooden beds. Was always difficult trying to get service around the pool as staff were not circulating around the pool area enough instead just hovering around the restaurant. More simple food options suitable to eat around the pool are would be great.

Architecture and pools and nice rooms

The birds in the cage cannot fly in their cages. A terrible sight. If they want to keep birds, they would need to put them in a large volière in the garden. Putting birds for decorative purposes in a cage where they cannot fly is absolutely miserable for a 5 star hotel and has to be a thing of the past.

My 13 year old son and I spent 5 days at the Four Seasons in Marrakech and would have liked to spend another week there. The team is extremely helpful and attentive and everything is beautifully spaced out. Our room was spotless with a beautiful, large bathroom. The two pools never felt crowded. I have 2 treatments at the spa - both of which were very professional and carried out in a serene environment.

We liked it all! Breakfast was pretty busy, but it was lovely to see families with grandparents and small children enjoying themselves.

Great location from the airport and to the city centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food served was very nice no issues or complaints. The concierge was always helpful in booking transfers, excursions and outside restaurants. Spacious and nice rooms with comfortable beds. The main pools are large with pool service and a pleasant way to spend the day.

Everything was really perfect, the hotel and staff exceeded my expectations. The pool is incredible and their small attention every 30 minutes with ice cream and drinks by the pool is incredible. Thank you!

The pizza in the room service wasn't the best. Expect from that, I could really not find anything bad to say, unfortunately. Best hotel in Marrakech for sure! Will come back as son as possible and will recommend it to everyone wanting to come to Marrakech
