Ikram was amazing, such a friendly welcome and she had arranged for our room to be ready before 9am as she knew we were coming from an overnight transport, which was an excellent service. We cannot thank her enough!! Room was comfortable and the whole hotel was really clean. Breakfast had good choice. Room service staff were all lovely and the food was great.

There was a man (bald, small moustache, neck tattoo) who seemed to be senior management wandering around in an unironed shirt having a go at staff, on one occasion shouting at them over a silly poster in reception telling them it was not being looked after properly and had only been there for 2 days. The poster was pointless and his attitude was an embarrassment. Breakfast staff could be a bit more friendly and helpful.

A huge thank you to Zainab and Younuss for their hospitality during my stay at Longue vie hotel. This hotel is amazing, so accommodating and they go above and beyond. Everyone was so friendly, staff were brilliant, their food on the rooftop and breakfast was delicious! Mocktails were perfect. The spa was amazing, and very comfortable! The rooms were so spacious, and modern. The hotel is close by to everything, and staff always help if you need it. Mohammed at concierge was super friendly and always going out of his way to help me if i needed it, whether it was assisting me to the closest cash machine or to getting me a travel adapter. Highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it! I would definitely come back to Marrakesh just for this hotel and especially Zainab and Younuss at reception. They were definitely the highlight of my trip! They can help sort out your itinerary planning from activities like quad biking or camel riding to transport! Our Honest Review of Longue View Hotel – 7-Night Stay Me and my wife stayed at Longue View Hotel for 7 nights, and this is our honest review. At first, we were a bit unsure about booking because there weren’t many reviews, but honestly, we’re so glad we took the chance. This place is a hidden gem! For the price, the hotel was spotless—super neat, very hygienic, and well looked after. The staff were just amazing—always smiling, super friendly, and ready to help with anything. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team; no matter how messy we left the room, they cleaned it thoroughly every single day without fail. Breakfast was a real highlight for us. We have to mention Mr. Nour Eddime, the manager, who made our stay even more special. On our first day, we mentioned how much we liked the cappuccino and Berber whiskey, and without us asking, he made sure we had them every morning for the rest of our stay—even when the hotel was fully booked! That level of attention really stood out and made us feel so welcome. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would 100% recommend Longue View Hotel to anyone. The staff were just fantastic, and the whole experience made our trip feel extra special.

The only small downside was that there wasn’t any air conditioning. Coming from the UK, we found it a little hot at times, but the breeze from outside made it manageable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the warm, friendly, and helpful staff made us feel so welcome, thankyou to the porter who helped us with our bags to the room, reception, parking attendants, security and the cleaners (our room was spotless) and every other member of the team! A very special thank you to Mr. Youssef Manssouri, whose thoughtfulness truly made our experience extra special! After realising it was my partners birthday he and the reception sang happy birthday and MR. Youssef personally arranged a beautiful room decoration. He decorated the room with petals spelling out “Happy birthday Luke”, balloons, a stunning bunch of flowers and a lovely cake, macaroons, fruit and nuts creating the most perfect atmosphere for celebration. It was such a lovely surprise for my partner and added a personal touch that we will never forget out of his own kindness. The attention to detail and the care shown by the staff truly set this hotel apart. The hotel was very clean, rooms were flawless and very well maintained! We would definitely return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and truly special stay. Thank you again to everyone, and especially to Mr. Youssef, for making our time here so extraordinary!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, everything was even better than expected! The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making the experience truly enjoyable. The hotel itself was a great place to stay, offering comfort and convenience in every way. A special thanks to Youssef, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He was not only kind and reliable but also brought such a fun and positive energy to our stay. His attentiveness made all the difference!

Absolutely amazing service, spotlessly clean and delicious food!! One caution, this hotel is located on a very busy road!....However, once you have safely crossed, you are next to the beautiful train station building. The hotel taxi drivers are also fantastic. I didn't go to the spa in the end as there were availability issues with the treatment I wanted. But never mind, it's an absolutely amazing place, I'd love to go back one day.

The hotel is located on the main road with periods of heavy traffic so be prepared to hear a lot of noise from outside.

This hotel was exceptional! The staff were all fantastic and friendly from the doormen, to reception and restaurant staff! Our room was brilliant, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great with a lot of variety of fresh food and fruit and also an omelette and pancakes stand which were made in front of you by the kind chefs. The location was great, just a short ride to Jemaa el-Fnaa via taxi which you easily flag outside the hotel and walking distance to Gueliz for shopping and restaurants. All in all, I would really recommend this hotel, good value for money and you won’t be disappointed!

The hotel was clean and classy. Staff were always prompt to attend to our needs and went above and beyond to cater to our requirements. Will definitely be staying there again when we next visit Marrakesh. The roof top swimming pool is perfect for overseeing the busy street view of the city and nice for catching a tan (there is no awkwardness about wearing swimwear round the hotel so my wife never felt uncomfortable in her bikini) Lastly the hotel spa was sensational.

Personally there are no negatives, just a heads up! Rooftop pool bar doesn't serve alcohol - which we understand could be due to religious reasons.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy with excellent service. Breakfast was very good, and the service was attentive and efficient. We had an issue with our room and we were moved to a beautiful suite which was fantastic. The customer relations manager Yosef looked after us so well and I have to say he is excellent at his job. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back and would 100 % recommend this hotel.
