Anas has been incredibly helpful and professional from the day I arrived, treating me with respect. The other staff members were also exceptional, consistently going above and beyond. A special thanks to the lady who cleaned my room every morning, she did a fantastic job! The room was extremely comfortable, especially the bed, and was always kept clean. I really liked the location, very safe.

The breakfast was quite disappointing, with very few options available. For a 4-star hotel, the quality should be much better. Many of the coffee cups were chipped or not properly cleaned. As a result, I had to have breakfast outside the hotel.

Staff were friendly and multilingual. They assisted when my booked taxi did not arrive and also helped to book my boarding pass. The location was quiet and safe. Not too far away from taxi ranks and Marrakech stattion. The room was clean and a good size.

Breakfast items were not labelled and as someone with an allergy this was hard to navigate. I wish there were more hot food options. In my room, the door for the fridge cabinet was broken.

- Staff were very friendly. Lamia and Kamal were very helpful and friendly. Helped us book excursions such as quad biking for a very good price. - Room was cleaned everyday day and all toiletries replenished . Cannot fault this aspect at all. - Prime location with plenty of aspects to explore that weren’t a hassle to get to.

The gentleman - Moahssime- in the restaurant was very friendly and very helpful when ordering food in the restaurant. I decided to have it sent to my room and it was a very lovely meal. His spoken English was very good and it helped a lot to be understood.

Arriving just as fast was broken I did not mind waiting for staff to check in guests. I did explain that I am the only guest even though on my reservation it was for 2 people-i tried to change it to 1 whilst making the reservation but the system only allowed for 2 -3-4 people. I also booked a taxi for an airport transfer. I had to pay this in cash. I tried to ask for directions to an ATM- I could not explain to the staff members that my prescription glasses had fallen and broken earlier today and I was unable to see far and asked for directions to an ATM. It was a bit unclear where I was to go. Regardless I found my way and the taxi was paid and reserved for the morning.

I loved the friendly and attentive staff, the clean and comfortable rooms, the convenient location with easy access to major attractions, and the delicious breakfast with a great variety of options.

There was nothing I didn’t like, It was perfect

I liked the friendly staff (Lamiaa, Kamal, Mohsen, Hanan, Chef Mahdy, Idriss, Hamza, Boshra, Mona, Sofia, Elisht, Zahra and Sofia). The food was nice in the breakfast. The location is very good and close to the mall.

Nothing specifically but over all the cleanings must be more carefully made but it is acceptable. The lights are lower than expected.

Nice place to stay in. The stuff is very professional and friendly. A big hat off to the wonderful lady Lamia a very friendly and helpful person.

The only minor issue I encountered was the touch button on the lift, sometimes it doesn't work instantly, so you have to keep pressing a couple times.

The staff is the best and friendliest i have met in all of morocco. Hamza, Abderizak and Amira has been the most helpfull people we have met in all our stay. I 100% recomend this hotel to everyone. We were only going to stay here for one week, but because of the stff we extended our stay one more week. You will not find a hotel with more friendly and helpull staff. They really fo everything to make you feel at home and safe. Just ask and you will get.

The swimming pool was a waste of time ! The solarium was a complete mess ! Artificial grass all over the place and dangerous to walk around ! No shade at all as ALL of the sun umbrellas and gazebo were broken 😡 it was very dissapointed ! Definitely NOT a 4star hotel
