The location is nice, but the room was not very neat. I switched to Swiss Continental Hotel after 1 night staying here. So if you just want to sleep and shower and explore the city, it is perfectly fine

I stayed at the Tempoo Hotel Marrakech on 26 November for one week as a solo female traveller. My first impression of the hotel was very positive, I was impressed with its location, and the appearance of the hotel, and my first impression has left a lasting impression to come back again...but lets continue with my review. On arrival I received a warm welcome, my cases were brought to my room by Hisham who always offered to help with anything. I paid my taxes on arrival which was as I expected. The room where I stayed was as described and detailed in the photos, it was clean, the shower always had hot water, the bed was huge and comfortable, the air con was very powerful, that in some cases I just opened the window - I was located on the first floor and my window view was very much on the side road. Breakfast - I loved the fact that you had until 11am to have breakfast, which meant I did not have to rush in the mornings, and could have a lie in bed. Yassine, Kamoh and Abdllah always had a smile and ready to assist, they knew I had my decaff coffee with me, and all I needed was hot water in a tea pot. Breakfast was standard, pastries, cold cut/cheese etc and additional breakfast stuff. It met my needs and did the job before I began my day. The restaurant area was always clean, and you could also sit outside on the tables which I thought was really nice. Gym - the on site gym looked great, and normally I would pack some gym clothes, but as this trip was slightly different I was unable to visit the gym, but next time I shall, as they've got a good selection of equipment for those keen to work out. Each night when I arrived back at the hotel there was always someone on the reception and also a porter, which from a security stand point I always felt safe. Coupled with the ambience of the hotel it was definitely the best choice I made to stay at the Tempoo Hotel and will come back again for sure, God's willing. My 6th visit to Morrocco from the UK.

The only downside for me was that there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, also the walls are very thin so you can hear practically everything going on in the next room, sad to say!

Anas has been incredibly helpful and professional from the day I arrived, treating me with respect. The other staff members were also exceptional, consistently going above and beyond. A special thanks to the lady who cleaned my room every morning, she did a fantastic job! The room was extremely comfortable, especially the bed, and was always kept clean. I really liked the location, very safe.

The breakfast was quite disappointing, with very few options available. For a 4-star hotel, the quality should be much better. Many of the coffee cups were chipped or not properly cleaned. As a result, I had to have breakfast outside the hotel.

I had an amazing experience at this Riad! It was my best night ever—I travel a lot, and for the first time, I felt truly at home. Staff were friendly and multilingual. They assisted when my booked taxi did not arrive and also helped to book my boarding pass. The location was quiet and safe. Not too far away from taxi ranks and Marrakech stattion. The room was clean and a good size.

Breakfast items were not labelled and as someone with an allergy this was hard to navigate. I wish there were more hot food options. In my room, the door for the fridge cabinet was broken.

- Staff were very friendly. Lamia and Kamal were very helpful and friendly. Helped us book excursions such as quad biking for a very good price. - Room was cleaned everyday day and all toiletries replenished . Cannot fault this aspect at all. - Prime location with plenty of aspects to explore that weren’t a hassle to get to.

The gentleman - Moahssime- in the restaurant was very friendly and very helpful when ordering food in the restaurant. I decided to have it sent to my room and it was a very lovely meal. His spoken English was very good and it helped a lot to be understood.

Arriving just as fast was broken I did not mind waiting for staff to check in guests. I did explain that I am the only guest even though on my reservation it was for 2 people-i tried to change it to 1 whilst making the reservation but the system only allowed for 2 -3-4 people. I also booked a taxi for an airport transfer. I had to pay this in cash. I tried to ask for directions to an ATM- I could not explain to the staff members that my prescription glasses had fallen and broken earlier today and I was unable to see far and asked for directions to an ATM. It was a bit unclear where I was to go. Regardless I found my way and the taxi was paid and reserved for the morning.

Spent 1 week in Tempoo Hotel. Very nice hotel, clean and the staffs are very kind and friendly. Breakfast was very good, everyday something new and more options.

I have just one point and that’s the towels. Towels were very old and most of them seemed not clean.

The staff - It's a very good and friendly place. The staff are very nice. Ayman welcomed us and gave us a tour of the hotel. He's a great guy and highly recommended as a receptionist. HICHAM , Abdalla and Amira , there were all great people and they were very supportive.

Nothing . Liked everything

Staff was very helpful. I remember a few names; Rashid, Ghazala, Abdullah, Yaseen, Saeed, Kamal, Hisham, Bushra...

I requested a single bed, but that was not arranged for the whole week. The swimming pool was not ready to use.
