The location was great and the rooms were very spacious. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Great service!

The only downside to the stay were the bathrooms inside the rooms. The bathrooms have no privacy. This could be an essy thing to solve by simply having frosted glass over the glass door and pane. You have absolutely no privacy when going to the bathroom and someone else is in the room. They can see and hear everything. For the shower, maybe they should add a glass door which would prevent water from pouring all over the floor. But the extreme necessity would be the bathroom privacy.

The room was clean, and comfortable, breakfast was good.

The carpet on the corridor should be removed, it has so many stains all over the place.

No complimentary mock-tail or at least bottled water on arrival. this would have been a nice welcoming gesture. The Junior suite, there was no privacy when showering and using the toilet due to open shower and complete visibility of the toilet cubicle. No compliment bottle water (nothing in fridge or room except coffee/tea)The pool area was disappointing, too small, not enough sun beds, no drinks bar or food facilities within pool area ( had to order with waiter and wait long periods just for drinks that came from downstairs. No music within pool area, it definitely needs something to give it a nicer chill vibe.

I have been visiting the Pestana hotel in Marrakech for years, and each time, it feels like returning home. What stands out most to me is the familiar ambiance that envelops me upon arrival. The hotel and its surroundings possess a unique charm that I've yet to find elsewhere. The neighborhood around the hotel is absolutely stunning, offering an inviting and inspiring atmosphere. However, what truly elevates my experience to exceptional levels is the staff. Each and every one of them are genuine stars. Their attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism make every visit memorable. It's the blend of these elements – the comforting environment, the beautiful neighborhood, and most importantly, the outstanding staff – that makes the Pestana hotel so special to me. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Honestly, the only disappointment I faced was the realization that I couldn't stay forever! Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations, leaving me with nothing but fond memories and the eager anticipation for my next visit. It's not every day you find a place that makes leaving the hardest part of your trip.

Hotel is great. Rooms are good. Breakfast is really good , lots of variety. The hotel is located in a close street , so there is no trafic with cars , its good if you have kids, you have a lot of café/restaurants to have breakfast/lunch/dinner etc. Away from the noise of the Medina, you can catch a táxi close by , it takes 5min to central el-fna. And then is just a mater of exploring the souks. For me its the best location ! Hotel is super nice Pool facilities are really good

Breakfast was good and location is really amazing! Beds & pillows are so comfortable and what i liked the most is the quietness of the hotel we felt like we are the only one in the haul floor!! I will definitely go back again!

The cleanliness of the towels some of them were smelly and i could see that it’s not clean! Also i requested for an adaptor and they told me to buy it from Virgin Store! I did not appreciate the answer from the front desk receptionist!

My stay there was great, the property is clean and new. But most of it, it was the amazing customer service of OMAR who took care of us as group in a wonderful manner. Omar does his job with professionalism and extreme passion and made our stay at the Pestana feeling like at home. His mixology cocktails are to die for, and his expertise in liaising with different personalities and cultures is evident in his work. Always respectful and extremely helpful, when we had a problem and went above and beyond his job competencies.

The gym is terrible .

Booked very-last-minute due to problems with a different property, but the booking price was good for what appears to be an excellent hotel. Staff when we got there couldn't have been more helpful, even upgrading our booking of two twin rooms to adjoining/linked suites. Absolutely outstanding service. The bar for (very late) dinner was great, with fabulous burgers. They missed our order for one of the burgers, but promptly sorted it and gave me a free beer. Again, excellent service. Hôtel itself seems lovely, clean, warm, inviting. Unfortunately we weren't there long enough to see much of it due to early morning flight the next day. Maybe next time ...

We were only there briefly and in quite an emotional state, so forgive me if some of this is incorrect ....But none of these are big deals and shouldn't put anyone off going here! Location is awkward to get to by car, if you don't know where to go. Directions/instructions would be very useful with the booking confirmation. It's in a "glitzy" area - which is good - but doesn't really feel to have much Marrakech flavour. Shame, since you've come to Marrakech!! Breakfast is only served at 7, which is a little later than preferred if you have an early morning flight!

Clean spacious modern rooms. Bathrobe and slippers provided. Has the most comfortable beds ever. Located in up-market area with easy access to other areas as taxis are available every minute. High-end shopping is right at the doorstep of the hotel. My son was over the moon with the Cristiano Ronaldo theme i.e. pictures and autographed soccer shirt and boots. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Loved that a microwave was available should one have needed to use it.

No dustbin in the bedroom area. No teaspoons for use with coffee cup.
