Clean, Convenient for airport access, Nice staff. Charming decor throughout the hotel. Extra blankets and pillows in the room, nice lighting, plenty of outlets and shower was hot with great pressure! good wifi. Would recommend and I would stay again.

Not so much "didn't like" these are jut little critiques. My view. The room faced a sort of enclosed dome inside a crawl space(?). it could be beautiful and sun filled but it felt a little neglected. To be fair, I likely would not have reviewed at all (the survey asks specifically about the view) and my friend's room had a balcony (cute table and chairs) facing the lively street so I happen to have a lot to compare. Also please have water in the rooms. My AC did it's best but it was nearly 100 degrees at night, water would have helped. Again, not really "dislikes", I'd stay again it was quite pleasant.

Second time visiting this hotel and did not disappoint again. Rooms were ready straight away and reception always helpful as always. Heard some stuff recently about theft in rooms but we, as a group of 6 did not experience this. Maids actually folded my clothes for me the night before we left and put them all together making it easier to pack. Grateful for this.

Taxi drivers have no idea where this hotel is when ordering from Jemaa el-Fnaa. Tell them to drop you off at Red hotel or Train station and walk 2 mins.

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfy and the bathroom was excellent. Samir was so nice and helpful with letting us know the area and getting us anything we needed for our stay. Samir is the best, excellent front desk host. Taxi to the the Madina isn't expensive and the bus ride back was only 4 dirrhams. Also very close to the CTM Bus station and train station! We loved staying in riads in 7 cities, but this was a treat to settle in and get things ready for our trip home.

The salad is huge and not very light.

Honestly was one of the best rooms i've had in my whole time in Morocco. It was amazing to find a place that had a bathtub, and they were so nice to me that when i found out that i had booked a basic room without the bathtub, and was unsatisfied with my mistake, they kindly and generously upgraded me so i could have my much needed bath. so i am eternally grateful ! highly highly recomend this place!

Hotel located in few kms from the Medina and nearby the train station. You can drive, get on the bus or walk about half an hour to the old town. Was staying in a single room with double bed. It is good for one person. Mattress was comfortable enough. There is a TV and air conditioner in the room. Restaurant downstairs offers medium price local and European dishes.

WiFi was good enough to check emails only.

Clean. Comfortable. Location next to train station and 10 minutes by taxi to the old town. Fridge in the room. Elevator. Restaurant and cafe on the ground floor.

Saftey deposit box didn't work. The key card wasn't working every time I come back to the hotel and the receptionist wasn't happy when I told him for the second time it wasn't working and treated me as it was my fault.

Really great location for train & bus station. Comfortable, clean & spacious with nice staff. The cafe had lovely food. Great to see the new town to get a balanced view of Marrakech.

It is more of a hassle getting to the medina as the taxi drivers always try to over charge so you have to haggle.

The rooms are nice and clean … in a nice location close to the main touristic spots . The room was organised by the house keepers every morning thank you . The little restaurant that they have by the reception had decent food and drinks for a good price.

No swimming pool .. it would do great with having these facilities

The receptionist was very fast and professional, the room and especially the bathroom sparkling clean, bedsheets were clean and fresh. The only problem is that you can hear absolutely everything that your hotel neighbors say or do. Ours were moving furniture for some reason after 20 every evening ( at least it sounded like that), but these sound issues are all over Morocco. So if you not a light sleeper and external noises don’t bother you, this place is great for you to stay: 3 minutes away from CTM bus station, 5-7 from the train station and the nearest Starbucks, 15 from Gueliz Plaza.

That the walls are so thin that I can hear everything my neighbors do and say

The services were really pretty good and the guys who worked in the reception were very helpful and welcoming. The place was very nice

Some guests check in at night time and they make to much noise and they didn't respect others who were sleeping
