The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the staff were really helpful!

One of the staff gave someone a key card to my room, meaning that a stranger walked into my room in the middle of the night. I spoke with reception about it and they apologised.

Room was very clean and our cleaning lady very professional making it clean and pretty every day. Bed was big and comfortable and our room was quiet even when hotel had many quests. Location is also very good. Included breakfast buffet was okay with enough variety to choose from and fresh orange juice very tasty. WiFi works good. Would love to stay here again.

Sometimes had to ask waitress for more spoons, coffee cups, napkins etc. when they often run out from breakfast table... And some mornings long wait for getting a glass of orange juice. Hopefully they pay more attention to this in future. :)

staff were very friendly and accommodating, I was able to check in late around 1am with no issues. The hotel is located outside the medina which can be more relaxing. There is a rooftop pool which is good for sunbathing. The hotel room itself is fine, comfy bed with a nice shower. I’d stay again.

Breakfast was perfectly acceptable with boiled and scrambled eggs, fresh bread and rolls, yogurt, cold meats and salad, juices, tea coffee etc. Pool deck area with cafe was a nice place to relax. Restaurant food was nice and reasonably priced. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat nearby although the restaurant with the water falls/fountains outside nearby is best avoided due to terrible food.

Service a little slow regarding towels for the pool deck. Cleaning could be improved a bit. Lots of street noise at night although this is not the fault of the hotel. No alcohol served but we knew this beforehand. Generally a decent and acceptable hotel for a few days in Marrakesh.

Breakfast was great. Only minor complaint is that it 2 floors below ground. Also the Moroccan tea was lukewarm on both days I was there. THe waiter kindly brought a hot tea tea pot to replace it. the ceilings were low on the floor I was on so might be a problem for very tall people. Otherwise it is a clean and comfortable hotel with very helpful staff. Its toiletries were nice, even down the toilet paper which surprisingly was rather soft exceeding expectations of the typical sandpaper that passes for bog-roll.

Its an excellent budget hotel located in the hivernage district not far from the old medina. Price and location make it a win.

The reception guy was so accommodating, WhatsApp him he came to me abit early than checkin polite respectful. Was large and clean even the towels bedding was clean. With balcony I was top floor Moroccan stairs are exercise lol! Alone young so didn’t mind. Location was great for me Main Street cheap Moroccan outfit and customs jewellery shopping. Many restaurants beach was abit not clean so got cab to cabro negro beach which was lovely a lot going on. Cab on their Uber cabs cheap to get about IDrive recommend download app. Only place went to have alcoholic drink was local hotel omnaya live music and alcohol served. Also there is carrer shop for all that not too far.

No iron or hairdryer - did not take photos but have videos of place will take pics next time of property. I back there today inshallah

Staff was helpful. Hotel Racine in Marrakesh is located so that you can go by feet both to Jardin Majorelle, Yves Sain Laurent museum and Berber museum (buy the combined ticket online!) and to Jemaa-el-Fna square and Medina. Supermarket Carrefour is near - at the Freedom square. Swiming pool is on the roof of the hotel. Restaurant is in the hotel. You have 24h room sevice - Mint tee was tasteful. Breakfast was good, with wide choice. Room was good with a big bed and big window. Hotel provided Airport shuttle - to and from the airport. Thank you! I enjoed the time in the hotel and I'll return there again.

Cofee (express) in breakfast was like coloured water.

The location was perfect, and most of the staff were good , i would stay again next time

The women who worked in restaurant wasnt good with customer service at all, very stroppy didnt want to committ by giving extra tea bag to make it strong, she said i had to pay twice , i told her i was drinking tea everyday without any problems , until the manageress sorted for me,

Location was ideal for everything we needed (not too close to the souks). Our room was very comfortable and spacious, especially the bathroom with it's walk-in shower. We were really impressed by the rooftop pool and dining area which offered the service of bringing food up from the restaurant via the lift. On our final evening, the man at reception was extremely helpful by accessing our boarding passes from my fone and printing them out in preparation for the airport.

Service at the restaurant on the second of our 2 visits was quite slow but not problematic as we had no other engagements on this occasion.

Layout of the room was great and bathroom was a good size. Ac worked well and TV was fine but a bit hard to find decent uk channels. Breakfast was generally the same foods everyday but a decent variety. Location was really good with everything (mosque, market and supermarkets) all closer than expected. Lovely beds which feel like a super king size. Loads of room to move around. Staff were very accommodating and printed my boarding passes and reheated some food for me quite late in the night

Asked to be places on the quieter side of the road which unfortunately couldn't be accommodated for. Rooms could be slightly cleaner, e.g the floor and rugs need hoovering and was unsure if the cleaners just remade our beds or changed the sheets for fresh ones.
