The bed was really big and comfortable. Good quiet location. The receptionist was very kind. Also swimming pool was nice.

The hotel would need a partial renovation mainly in the bathroom and the towels without holes should be provided to the guests.

From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was warmly welcomed by the exceptional staff, and their genuine hospitality made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. One of the standout aspects of my visit was undoubtedly the impeccable service provided by the hotel's staff members. From the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, everyone was incredibly attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. I wholeheartedly recommend Ibn Batouta Hotel to anyone seeking a remarkable experience in Marrakech, and I am already looking forward to returning to this haven of hospitality on my next visit.

There is a mosque nearby, expect the prayer start early morning. The internet Wifi is very flaky. It switched on and off many times

The staff are all wonderful, friendly and helpful. Everyone including the check in staff, the concierge, breakfast & pool staff and the cleaning staff, they all made this a great place to stay.

It’s great that there are two pools, but the rooftop pool is quite small so it’s a shame that the downstairs pool is not set up better so it can also be used. Breakfast was good overall, but it would have been nice to have more vegetarian & fruit options

Everything! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! definitely more than 3 star hotel. Staff are wonderful. Speak English/Arabic/French. Gave us nice cold water on arrival, it was soo hot. Helped us with early check-in. We were 3hrs early. And also kept our luggage whilst we explored Marrakech on the day of check-out!

Great Stay in Marrakech, good location in the most modern part of the city - a small walk away from the old Medina. Room was confortable, spacy and clean, both bath and bedroom. Staff was always very helpful (as it happened with every Marrocan i've met) - free parking in front of the hotel and a cute terrace for the summer months. Breakfast was simple but good.

Considering we had limited mobile data, Wi-fi was essencial - but the signal was non existent in the room. We gave the restaurant a try, the food was marvelous but it took way too much to be served.

Deserving of all 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 I honestly have nothing negative to say about the hotel. Every member of staff was super friendly, polite and professional throughout the whole trip, from the security guards to the housekeepers, the waiters and front of house. So friendly that one of the members of staff helped us get to the market on their day off because they recognised us whilst we were making our way there. The room was perfect for us! We weren't too far from the market, restaurants or the supermarket to grab extra snacks. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Having two swimming pools was amazing, and we would go for a dip almost every day. But the best thing was the staff who definitely made us feel welcome and at home. Property was clean, located about a 20 minute walk from the medina (we are fast walkers) you walk down a main road to the medina so felt safe every late at night. Located close to a shopping centre with supermarket, easy to get a taxi and felt safe at night. Staff were really friendly apart from a couple on the first day we arrived who were a little bit rude. The guys on the door were super friendly though and helped us with taxis on the first day. Very helpful lady on the front desk on the last night who helped us print our boarding pass as we didn’t realise you needed to have a printed copy for Marrakesh airport.

We were facing the road and there is a mosque which has the call to prayer play and the doors aren’t very sound proof, it didn’t bother us but might if you are a very light sleeper for the morning one or if taking a nap in the afternoon. The room was clean but the shower was cold and hot intermittently with about 5 seconds of water every 20 seconds that was tolerable to wash in so you had to be quick.
