Amazing service and friendly staff. Khaled helped with all our needs and was super kind. The bedroom was lovely and the restraunt had very tasty food. Foud, the excursion agent who is part of the hotel was very helpful and we booked our excursions. All excursions were excellent and fairly priced, would definitely recommend using this service. Also, the spa service is new and was amazing. However, it was a shame the swimming pool was not available.

Breakfast selection was very limited and swimming pool out of order.

Many staff not wearing masks. Breakfast seems to have tried too hard, served on a fine dining style black tile plate, but taste so-so. The omelette was fried with too much butter Hotel asking for a higher rate in MAD, about 5% higher than internet exchange rate, saying booking.com charges them exchange charges. They said it happens in all other hotels in Morocco, but having stayed in around 7 other hotels on the trip, I never experienced this big of a difference, usually the local rate is even less. After complaining, they agreed to charge at actual exchange rate.

Rooms are very modern, clean, and spacious. Really excellent. Service in general was good. Location is good. About 15min walk from train/bus station. Taxis refuse to use meters in Marrakech, and unless you look and speak like a local, might be faster to just walk it instead of haggling with a bunch of taxis.

The breakfast was Mediterranean and was excellent. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helful

I didn't dislike anything. The hotel ticked all boxes. The staff at reception couldn't be more helpful especially Samira with her lovely smile and Halima also was very friendly. Fred (that's what he told me to call hime) organised all my tours as well as taxi to airpory)

The staff both at reception were absolutely brilliant. We were a group of 13 and they catered for all our needs even at breakfast time.

The receptionist that checked us in charged us a higher exchange rate than normal market rate when we paid in Dirhams and so the cost of the hotel was more than expected (not sure if this was right as he wouldn’t provide a receipt)

We had a great experience in this Hotel. Very good hospitality from all the staff and services (restaurant, spa, tour guide). All the staff made us feel like family and taken care of , when some problems occurred. Special Thank you to Amine (who helped us with setting up a tour guide), to Khalid (who made us feel like family and always showed concern for our stay), to Mohamed (recepcionist who gave us a very nice welcoming) and to Fatima and Samira (receptionists always with a smile, making us feel like home - Thank you for the flowers).

The location was ideal. Away from the hustle and bustle of Jemaa El Fnaa, but still close by to other shops and the Gueliz area. There are also two money exchange shops very close by. Hotel has an onsite Spa and Restaurant. All of which are very well presented and clean. The staff are very helpful, friendly and polite. I was able to book a transfer to and from the airport via the hotel for 150 Dirhams each way for 2 passengers. This made our trip easier.

The shower didn't drain water too well so it would build up and the shower would also leak on to the bathroom floor if too much water built up. Breakfast lacked options.

Fantastic location in a modern part of Marakesh, full of unique and quality restaurants, you can enjoy the night life of Marakesh.. Amazing stuffs in reception and in restaurants who truly care for you

If they offer a free spa on your arrival, take it straight away, its only available for the first 2 days, honestly if its free it should be any of the days, because you have others plans for your visit. They should have facilitirs to make coffee and tea in the room, its a big miss. They should have more English channel from around the world to watch, not just aljazeera news, very important they should have youtube access in their TV, a big miss

We love the location. It's in the new town of Marrakech. Surrounding is not rowdy. Few steps to the main highway. Clean. There are several food places & restaurants nearby. We tried the Patron de la Mar, a restaurant nearby. It was good. They serve amazing lobster and oysters. Hotel is also walking distance to malls with proper walk path, curb. There's also a small store beside the hotel where we can get clean drinking water bottle. There's a tour desk at the lobby. We booked their services for a reasonable price. Safer than getting getting scammed elsewhere. The breakfast in the hotel was good. Staff were friendly. Our bed was made up every day which means that it's done up nicely everytime we arrive from long day outside. Made our evening even more relaxing. It was indeed a superb stay! Oh we almost forgot about the hamam spa experience at the basement. It was unforgettable. We took the full package. Lovely masseuse, relaxing, peaceful, zen-ish, massage was great! Took out our body tensions. We had a great time relaxing by the pool at the basement. Overall the experience in Marrackech with Stars Hotel was superb!

1) Pool is not heated. 2) Highway was extremely traffic. We had to walk to hotel along the highway. Vehicles couldn't move. It was traffic as we are returning to the hotel from day tour in Essaouira. Perhaps that was only a one-time incident as Morocco won the quarter and semi finals for FIFA 2022. 3) Drivers in the airport charge too high for airport to hotel transfer. So we downloaded a local app that can call a cab. It's something like Uber. Instead of paying for 300 dirham, we only paid 100, for a large sized vehicle.

Loved the incredible hospitality of the reception staff here. You will feel like a star! The location is superb and within walking distance to everything as it is just off the main road. The room is spacious with a full window. We had a corner room with a corner balcony that was awesome! The breakfast area was spacious and there was a decent selection of foods. The breakfast staff were pleasant and attentive.

The lighting on the room floor is motion detected and there is a delay so for about 5 seconds, we walked off the elevator to a room or vice versa in the dark. This could be a safety concern.

The Staff in the Stars hotel were exceptional. A hotel is a room, the staff make it a home. Samira, Fatima, Khalid, Amine and Mohammed looked after us like their own family. The proximity of the hotel to shops, restaurants and even amenities (Supermarket, Laundry, Tabac's) is excellent. The main Souk market is only a 5-8 minute taxi ride away (or a walk if not in 45 degree heat!)

For our part, the ladder in the pool is not fixed at the bottom, so it wobbles. We have come to understand that this is quiet common, and experienced it at other hotels in our trip, but it would be great to see that not wobbly.
