Dellarosa Boutique Hotel and Spa

A very nice hotel, in a good location (walking distance from the medina) and with wonderfully helpful staff. They helped me to print off my boarding pass the night before my flight and were more than willing to help with anything we needed. The breakfast pastries were very tasty as well, I looked forward to them every morning!

The hotel could do with a little bit of a renovation. It’s very clean but the facilities are slightly aged.

amazing location. walking distance to main attractions. very safe area too. the pool looks amazing! its good for relaxation or getting some tan. its beside the bar, so I'm guessing you can have drinks beside the pool (unfortunately, i didnt try it). breakfast was good. he restaurant is big and has nice indoor and outdoor sitting areas. the junior suite we were in was so spacious, the toilet is huge. Shower has good water pressure and heat.

the room lighting was not enough. in the junior suite, there is only one light and one lamp, it was a bit dark. the fridge was not plugged and was empty, everywhere in Morocco, they provided free water, even in the smallest stores in a remote place, but Della Rosa does not provide at least 1 bottle of water (I know its a minor thing).

Restaurant was clean Pool was nice Staff were helpful and very kind Location is good and easy to get to shops and transport taxi etc. Air con in room was good Food was good for the family however was a lack of vegan options on breakfast and restaurant didnt do any meals in evening apart from steak/fish etc.

Gym was good however most of the machines didnt work. Needs a upgrade and fixing. Jacuzzi was extra cost and spa but really wasnt worth the money they asked for. Cant take alcohol from shops in your room or food, didnt understand what the issue was but yes.

The facilities are great, we particularly enjoyed the pool and the rooftop bar. The breakfast was excellent as well.

The menu for dinner had limited options for vegetarians.

The Hotel was in great location, close by to Medina market which is very convenient. Have lots of restaurants and supermarkets around.

The hotel is lovely - clean, bright and airy. The rooms are huge and very well appointed. The bed was really comfortable, and the cleaning staff did a great job every day. The staff are excellent, very professional as well as friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. One of the concierges, Jamal, was most welcoming. One of the waiters, Salah, stood out head and shoulders above all the other staff. He was extremely friendly, and nothing was too much trouble to him. He always greeted us with a smile and a word of welcome. Salah is definitely the #1 staff member from our recent trip!

The menu choices for dinner were extremely limited, as were the drink choices in the bar.

The hotel was located in a really good area, right next to a delicious cafe. The bedroom was comfortable and clean with fast wifi reaching all area around the hotel. The hotel itself was quite and very calm which is nice to relax in after a busy day. The best part about the hotel was the welcoming and accommodating staff. Our arrival at the hotel was 2 hours earlier than check in, however the staff managed to check us in straight away which was great after long day of traveling.

The pool was a bit chilly due to sunlight not reaching it all day long

The staff were extremely friendly and helped us set up our sims whilst in Marrakesh. We had a romantic package which gave us access to the Jacuzzi and a lovely decorated room with mocktails on the table on arrival. Room service was quick. We booked the Junior Suite for 5 nights and we loved the home-like feel the room gave us. There are shops close by to the hotel and the breakfast was very delish! I’m very happy with our stay. The property is located in a prime area of the city. I booked 2 bedrooms (rooms 503 &505) and both of them were very spacious, with big en-suites, living rooms and huge terraces. The cleaning lady (Mrs. Fatima) is very nice and professional. All staff members were great, efficient and friendly. Mrs. Hanane helped me book a hammam, a day trip in the city, a dinner in a local restaurant and several taxis, and she provided immediate support.

The restaurant only offers buffet. I think it would be better if they could provide more options to eat.
