the location and view is the best in Rabat. The team is super friendly, accommodating and everyday were checking for feedback and offering smiles and hospitality. A very calm facility with great ambiance at the pool & restaurants. Thumbs up for the hotel management & front desk management as well

some balconies are a bit close to other rooms, not a main issue unless you wish to sit out long hours. The room was spacious , clean and more than accommodating however more lamps, artwork or furniture would make even better

the hotel was amazing with their assistance about urgent decorating the room for a new couple marriage and how they manage it to keep as surprise to them. me and others members of my family they like the view, yes it's all about their amazing view that you can not even imagine. the breakfast was also very good, we like it. it's very very very calm. Wait for us, seems we find our new home in sale :)

The Dawliz is a beautiful and classy hotel with a superb art collection and a breathtaking view on Rabat's landmark Hassan Tower and national theater accross the soothing river that separates Salé from Rabat. Sitting for breakfast or for a drink in front of this dreamlike scenery made our stay special and unforgettable.

Although this is a five-star hotel, it sometimes falls short of what you would expect from this category. The carpet in the hallways is full of stains and should have been replaced a long time ago. There is no guest book in the room, so you need to find out everything yourself. The gym has neither water nor towels.

The location and staff were nice.

The room didn't have a good view. Also, the bathroom shower head was not fully functional and was making a mess as the jets were spraying water all over, causing mess outside the shower area.. No padee next to the toilet, like other Moroccoan cities.The breakfast buffet selection was very limited and small.

The location and rooms were comfortable. The bathroom was clean with a shower. The view is really what makes this place great, you see a view of the Zaha Hadid and the river, as well as seeing the Mohammed 5th mausoleum.

The staff were fine but could have been more friendly and proactive, wasn’t 5 star standard. At some points it was uncomfortable dealing with them. We were also newlyweds.

River view rooms were wonderful. joined a tour group and put in another room not so great. stick with River view. Beautiful view of the River, Opera House…very nice facility.

being Ramadan we expected some inconvenience dining. we were told we couldn’t dine until 9 then told we couldn’t eat in the restaurant but should go to the bar instead. Others were dining…we were told only children but adults were eating as well . confusion between front desk and restaurant/bar staff but finally let into the bar for drinks and what I’d call a decent meal. Staff just didn’t handle the situation well.

The property is in a very good location next to the Bouregreg river across the beautiful opera house. The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and the staff are hospitable and courteous. Special mention to Sofia in reception who was very helpful.

We came here in mid March and the air conditioning was not yet running. The room was hot but opening the balcony sliding door lets the cool air in

Beautiful hotel, with an excellent service. It’s very clean, has high standards and an outstanding service. The stuff couldn’t do more to make you feel special and welcomed. Special thanks to mrs Deila 🙏🏼 Sure it’s not a cheap hotel but you the price is worth it. I had a amazing room towards the pool and river side with a balcony. The pool is clean and I was almost alone there the whole time. The bar serves excellent drinks. Breakfast is very good for my German standards. Parking infront of the hotel is free and easy.

There is a little construction on the street but didn’t disturbed me at all.

Sofia and Boubkar were very friendly. The room we wanted was taken but they gave us one that was equally nice. Mohammed at the restaurant was very helpful to us. He even offered to get my baby's utensils that we brought home to get them washed. We agreed and left with them cleaned. That was very kind of him.
