host was very helpful over messages , room was a good size, clean and very nicely decorated good tv also , good location and there was a mini fridge + microwave

the toilet is shared with the rest of the floor which wasn’t clearly stated and the balcony was also shared which was not stated, mattress was not the best

A beautiful apartment in a fantastic location, what more could you ask for. Comfy bed, well it has that too, perfect for resting on after a busy day in this beautiful city. Simon was the perfect host, available for assistance or recommendations at anytime during our stay. Thank you for making our stay in Amsterdam a special one, we will be back.

The only slight negative is that it is a shared toilet with another room on that floor. However, whilst we were apprehensive before arriving it was absolutely no issue at all whilst we were there and the cleanliness of the facilty is excellent.

Nice place, clean, and up to date. Location is central to a lot of things and you can get around the city pretty easily with the trams in the square nearby. Lots of great restaurants in the area and the host is really communicative and helpful with recommendations. Bed is comfortable and a fan is available if it’s hot.

Shared toilet was a little awkward. A little annoyed with the bathroom lighting, bathroom seems to be split to a in-suite attached to the room and a shower in the hallway across from the toilet that other guests seem to share. When they turn their light in this turns the rooms bathroom light on as well, this was annoying especially trying to get to sleep for an early flight and another guest wants to shower late at night/early morning. Which leads me to another issue others should be aware of. On a weekend night expect to hear the music from the bar downstairs until around 3am. It is loud and it’s all bass. As a light sleeper this was rough for me even when I like the music playing.

Simon was fantastic, the room was spotless, fantastic service and decor- great location.

The only Issue I had and it is a small one, is to have to leave your room to shower and go to the loo, however, I am aware that every room cannot have an En Suite, the description of private bathroom was confusing when booking the room, seeing people on the landing after a shower isn’t the most ideal situation. However, I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location! Steps from Amsterdam nightlife and the museum district. Bicycle rental is right around the corner. The bed is super comfortable (queen) and the staff is responsive. I enjoyed the rainfall shower. A lot of natural light when it wasn't cloudy.

I was there for an academic meeting and had to bring a suit and a few changes of clothes (shirts, sportscoats, slacks). Having a hanger hook or pole next to the mini wardrobe/dresser would be nice. I improvised.

I liked a lot of things about the property, it was very spacious, bed was large, water temperature and pressure excellent, very clean, comfortable and brilliant location!

we didn’t not like anything about the property, only thing we might have changed but wasn’t a big issue was to have the toilet in the en-suit bathroom with main bedroom.

A very clean and lovely apartment in a great location. Simon was always there on hand and provided excellent instructions on how to gain access/where to leave my suitcase upon checkout. Very comfy bed lead to a great night's sleep, and the coffee machine and balcony were great as well.

The shower was separate to my room (I thought that the shower at least was en suite) and the light went out halfway through me being in there!

The apartment is located near the center, easy to reach by metro and/or tram. Walking distance from the Art Museum. Room is a good size, there is a refrigerator and coffee machine. The balcony is good for smoking but not much else as it situated at the back of the restaurant and there is a big fan from the resto kitchen.

Unfortunately the toilet is shared with guests from other rooms. It is clean but I did not appreciate sharing a toilet with strangers. The restaurant below can be noisy.
