Hotel Location is amazing (20 min walking to the historical center, 10 min to the museums). Breakfast is stunning. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel lobby is very stylish and cozy.

Room set up doesn't match the description and pictures on Booking. It's very simple and quite inconvenient: beds are on the wheels and move when turn, small wardrobe, lightning is very poor (most probably there was a chandelier on the seiling, however now the wires are covered by something that looks like a sock), one bedside table for 2 beds. Bathroom is quite small and has only a bathtub which makes it a bit dangerous to get out of it due to the slippery tiles. It was very noisy in the room (there is a tram nearby). Cleaning is quite poor.

Location is fantastic. Excellent breakfast, definitely worth incuding in package.

Bedrooms need to be freshened up, paint work very scuffed, lamp shade missing, mould on bathroom tiles. Cannot open window as seem to be screwed shut, so very stuffy. Would have expected a higher standard for the price.

The breakfast was exceptional! A wonderful variety with fresh lox, dark bread and pastries as well as choices of cheese, cereal and juice were terrific.They also offered waffles with fresh whipped cream!’

The phone didn’t work but they were able to hook me up to the front desk with what’s app! It was a great solution.

The hotel is perfectly located - right next to all the museums, and great shopping and a short walk to some very good restaurants.. The front desk team are excellent, very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping could be more diligent; the carpet under the bed wasn't clean when I checked in, and on the second day they removed the contents from my trash can and left them on the sink (I guess they forgot to take the trash out?)

We had a room facing the canal on the higher floor. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had the room rate including breakfast that had an excellent selection from the buffet or order from the menu. The Momo restaurant offers great pan-Asian menu for dinner but on the pricey side. The hotel is located in a very convenient location. Rijksmuseum is literally a less than five minutes walk away. There are many restaurants and bars to select across the canal. The Blue Boat Company is in front of the hotel. Vondel Park is also beside the hotel and a perfect place for a walk.

The room on the Canal side can be a bit noise due to the traffic. I found the room temperature a bit too hot and dry. Somehow the thermostat did seem to be working.

Very helpful staff and amazing services like after care for your luggage to pick up later. For breakfast I would love to see more meat, but that's just me loving meat and less carbohydrates. Room was a very nice fresh temperature at arrival during summer.

I would love to see the bartenders working a little faster in serving drinks at the bar. Though I know it was a very busy day with events at the hotel, still I think it could have been done faster and also getting the ticket to pay takes a long time at the computer and think this could be faster.

the pool game in the lobby, the last two days with a better room with canal view, the Bluetooth speaker in the new room, and the helpful staff, thanks to the manger Igor, who gave me a better room after complaint, and helped me to move to the new room in moving the heavy luggage by himself personally, appreciated! 🙏

worn out facilities in the old room, too small closet , not enough storage and clothes hanging facilities, water leaking fm the shower hose, and shower water easily run out of the shower stands cos no shower stand door in the old and new room

Great location. Nice Room. Superb Breakfast.

With this price range, we expect a bit more than average service. We stayed for 4 nights and requested the parking. None of the response informed us that we need to reserve parking via Vicky App. Room cleaning is quite late. We came back to rest around 4pm and the cleaning maid requested us not entering the room. The bath mat was missing. We called to request it but it never came. No filling for amenities like cotton buds. No bathroom fans to flow the air out, when we shower and hot air from shower just stucked in the bathroom.

All staff were professional, welcoming, and extremely helpful especially supporting questions related to city and inter-city modes of transportation and schedules. Housekeeping staff kept rooms clean and fresh. Best location for the museum district with 20-30 minute walk to most landmark locations. Hot showers with very good water pressure and good clean drinking water right from the tap.

Frequent city trams can cause some unwelcome noise if not accustomed to busy city sounds, but a white noise app on your phone can help with sleep.
