Amazing location!! The room was spotless, also had a balcony room which was very spacious compared to my mum and dads room which was rather small. Hotel is quite quiet considering it is on as busier square, perfect for families!

Certain staff members were very rude and dismissive! My parents, me and my sister all stayed in this hotel together. My parents had got there a few days earlier and only got charged a tourism fee as told on booking.com which was fine, however when me and my sister arrived 2 days later one of the staff informed us that we had to pay a €100 deposit for the room! Which in other cases I completely understand but as stated before my parents didn’t get charged this, we tried to explain this to the staff member and he was very cruel and didn’t seem to care much about us or our problem! However we did have a lovely experience with one staff member, I’m not sure of her name but she had blonde hair and helped out when me and my sister didn’t have an adaptor, so she managed to find us one!

Location was excellent. The hotel is located in a square with a tram running very close so easy access to the main train station. Restaurant downstairs in the hotel and other restaurants located within the square. Our friends lived in rather expensive accommodation and after seeing our location said they wished they had booked here. A more lively atmosphere.

we chose a room for 2 but should have chosen a bigger size as the room was too small for 2 people and suitcases. The headboard was in the walkway so we should have upgraded to a bigger size room.

Arrived a few hours earlier than check in time. Reception kindly offered a free room upgrade to a larger room with a balcony, as this was ready before our standard room would be. Very impressed, second time staying here and even on previous visit the smaller room was lovely. Great location for some of the LGBT bars too.

Odd that kettle was on a side table, but were no sockets anywhere nearby. Had to move to the telephone stand next to the only socket. Minor gripe.

First two days, chef was absent so breakfast was very basic and no discount offered. Third day chef was back and breakfast was great! We had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was excellent!

The elevator was very small (4 persons max). Waits for it were sometimes long. It was also smelly at times. Having said that, we would not have stayed there without an elevator.

Location, quality of room and price were excellent, the staff were also friendly and check in/out process quick.

There was a slight smell coming from the drain the the shower (room 103) which went away once you had a shower but when we came back to the room it had come back.

Breakfast was amazing lots of choice and good quality, the location is perfect for the nightlife and a short walk (no more than 20 minutes) to all attractions

When booking a double bedroom it comes as 2 single beds pushed together which was funny at first but couldn’t have done more than 2 nights with that sleeping arrangement

Bed was very comfortable, Nice walk in shower and lovely balcony. Location is excellent for bar scene and coffee shops, and not far from large shopping streets.

English TV channels very lacking and half of them just didn’t have any signal, one of my bedside lamps was not working. but other than that, excellent room.
