Great location!!! Easy access to sites and food. Mario, the concierge, was very friendly. The room was spacious and had everything you could need for a short or long visit. There was a dish washer and good sized refrigerator. We felt at home. Also, Mario kept in touch as we were arriving and had our room ready early. His hospitality made an impression on our trip.

I have high standards for cleanliness. I would give it an 8/10. I think it was surface level clean, but needed a routine deep clean - especially for the price we paid.

10/10. Everything was amazing, the location, the apartment was fantastic, especially the side access, and all the extra facilities. We have stayed in many places in Amsterdam previously but this was definitely our favourite. The hospitality greeting and booking in was made super easy and friendly, everything explained to us perfectly. Everything was clean and almost everything you could think of was provided, all in one amazing apartment in the perfect location.

To make it 10+ out of 10 If you had a cooling fan in every bedroom as it was a hot weekend and no window access.

The location was perfect-Everything is on the doorstep. There is a magnificent choice of bars and restaurants as soon as you step out of the front door and all the marvellous sights of Amsterdam are within a 20 minute walk. The apartment was beautifully clean and very well equipped. Mario, our host, could not have been more helpful. From our initial welcome and guide to Amsterdam highlights to his booking our 4 am taxi to the airport he was exceptional. We will go back!

Not a complaint at all but be warned that the upstairs apartments have very steep stairs to access -as do all Amsterdam houses

Mario is excellent as a host - welcoming, helpful, and friendly. We stayed in the "penthouse" (top floor) so we did not hear street noise. The terrace was lovely. Air conditioning was fantastic (especially in the main room and one bedroom, other two rooms did not get as much of the air flow, but were still cool). We were a family of 6 and it was the perfect place to stay. Recommend without hesitation!

Since we were on the top floor, it was a lot of stairs - make sure you have everything when you leave for the day because you don't want to do that trip twice, hahahaha.

Perfect location. Check in was fast and easy. Moe was very nice. Apartment had everything we needed.

Two full washrooms for a three bedroom unit would be much better.

Mario was fantastic, the accommodation was very clean, facilities were good , large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining, great for a number of people to stay, not cramped at all.. the balcony a great asset too. The location was accessible to everything.

There stairs were very steep for older [people to use but for us it was fine.. If you are booking and older , ask for a lower ground room..

We had a great time staying in apartment F. The hospitality was incredibly welcoming and Mario assisted with anything we asked for. The apartment was well equipped and super clean, with lots of fresh towel each day. The location is right at the heart of Amsterdam with 6-7 minutes walk to the dam square. Thank you Mario for everything. You were really awesome 👌🏾

A short walk from Central in a vibrant, active neighbourhood. Yet our rooms were quiet, clean - and the neighbourhood was wonderful. Close to everythging - from museums to coffee shops to "other" attractions.

Of course the Dutch love their steep staircases. Do consider there's no elevator access. After dark, the other end of the street gets a but rowdy. Be alert.

The location is great. The apartment is spaceous and the single-beds were pretty comfy. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's even a fair amount of spices. The balcony was a nice addition to the room.

The Wi-Fi is terrible. The living room had curtains that barely prevented light from coming in, which was a bit annoying since we were 5 and I was sleeping in the living room.

Mo is the man!!! Lovely and very accommodating! The rooms are very spacious, the beds are very comfortable. There is complimentary sweets on arrival, a variety of teas and drinks also. Very clean all throughout. We came with family with small children and the place is very well organised with regards to who will be staying for the time. As this place is very good for groups of people drinking and smoking but during our stay, as Mo said he allocated families with children on that timebeing. With that is was a very welcoming stay.

The stairs steps are small and tight. But as long you don't drink too much, you are safe. You can hear people's steps from upper floor.
