The room was nice and spacious. The service was good. There was well equipped gym. Ample indoor space for the leisure time. The restaurant was good and the menu was good. The front desk team was always making good effort to help the guests.

Although the breakfast was very nice, i found that was fixed. May be they can add make some change to it for those staying long. Even they can introduce some indian/ asian cusisine on some day of a week if not more. Of couse this will depend on the guest visting the hotel. But I being Indian will like to see some Indian cuisine added to their breakfast menu.

The hotel is beautiful, the room was big and fashionable. the staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant in the hotel was really good too.

The cleanliness of the room and hallways were not so good (dust in the room, papers in the Holloway, toilet was not so clean from previous guests), they didn’t make our bad or cleaned the room every day -I needed to ask). Also, the service in the restaurant was slow and tables were not always prepared for the next customer.

The room was incredibly comfortable with a cozy mattress and pillows, blackout curtains, stylish decor, and a bathtub (we specifically requested a bathtub over a shower). In January, the room was overall warm (for wearing flannel pajamas). I liked the breakfasts; there were plenty of options to choose from, but the selection for vegans was very limited. The location is ideal – just a 2-minute walk to the metro, and then a 10-minute ride to the city center. I've stayed in the heart of Amsterdam before, and it was much less enjoyable due to the crowds, but this hotel offers the perfect balance.

I would suggest asking more options for vegans at breakfast. I mean hot ones, not just yogurt and cereals

The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the metro which gives access to the city centre in a very short time. The hotel itself isn’t just a simple hotel, it’s a complete lively community, made up of students, tourists and visitors of all kinds. There are always new daily activities, there are many different spots where you can chill out and spend some time by yourself or with friends, including study rooms. All of that with a restaurant, bar and snacks shop access too. Gym and laundry included. The room was very spacious, almost like a little studio of its own. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was equipped for people with disabilities. I had the chance to interact with the staff on multiple occasions and I always found them very friendly and helpful.

I would just add more and more events! Other than that, I don’t think there’s any major negative point for this hotel.

I’ve already stayed here for a few weeks so this is to confirm my previous experiences. You will find big and spacious common areas for studying or relaxing, always available staff and a very convenient bar-restaurant too. At the entrance you will find a chalkboard with the weekly events! During this stay I’ve stayed in a smaller room with a friend, it had all of the amenities necessary for a short brief stay and it was really clean. If you plan on more than 3-4 days I recommend getting the bigger room.

Very friendly staff, The location is amazing, 10 minutes by metro from the station to the hotel, the Metro is next to the hotel. If you don't want to go there, there's a tram stop. Walking distance to the Heiniken experience is about 30 minutes, if you like to walk, then you can walk around everything, the location is excellent

Very soft satras and uncomfortable pillows, but it is tolerable. You need to make the bed better, it's unpleasant to find someone else's hair on the first day in bed. Shower! Put up a fence so that the water does not flow out. It's not that simple.

The Location: Situated in a great area with lots of restaurants, supermarkets and most importantly a Metro station connected to the main line to Amsterdam Centraal - This was my daily commute into the city that literally took 15minutes. The Room: I have stayed at The Social Hubs in other cities and the standard is consistent across the board. A comfortably sized room with everything you need. The Staff: One of the greatest assets of this hotel - they literally go above and beyond to assist wherever they can, there is always someone at reception, even at midnight to attend to your needs. From the day I arrived up until the day I left, every member of staff that was available assisted me in some way or another - I'm truly grateful for that.

The price per night isn't exactly cheap but there certainly is a lot of value in terms of transportation access, comfort and of course the wonderful staff that work here - they are the true gems of this place.

We booked a room at the Social Hub for 4 days to visit Amsterdam as the location is very close to the metro station (not even 5 mins walk) so it was quite easy and fast to get to the city centre and even to other places like the airport (approx. 40 mins between metro and train). Our room was nice and warm with a beautiful view and modern decor. We enjoyed the presence of a coffe machine and a kettle, so we could make coffee and tea in the room. You can also have breakfast in the hotel and if you book that in advance you should get some discounts. The accomodation is truly a social hub, where you can see students, workers and tourists, there are many common spaces even for playing table tennis and billiard, many events and activities are also organized every month.

The ceiling of our room was not exactly decent, it wasn’t painted at all, and we only had a nightstand next to the bed and this was very unconfortable for us. As for the pillows, we found them too small, square-shaped like the ones you see on a sofa. We suggest paying attention to these details in order to to solve them, especially about the nightstand as they are necessary.

One of the best hotels I have visited, clean, excellent price—quality ratio, services such as laundry, restaurant, work areas. The rooms get a 100. And not to mention the staff, always friendly and willing to help. I LOVED IT.

I think the elevators have a certain odor, which could be avoided. But in itself nothing to dislike.
