From the moment walked in we felt like at home with the smiling and very polite staff. As we were there just before Xmas all was absolutely amazing 🎄 Brilliant location, easy to find by car with huge secure car park and only few stops on public transport to town centre (2 minutes walking distance to the stop). Room was clean, modern, comfortable and spacious! Staff was superb! We will definitely be back!!! Strongly recommend 💝 Happy New Year!

The hotel was close to the metro and tram stations, which was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was very decent, not to mention the bacon strips, which were very bad—bonus points for the wonderful omelets served by the kitchen. The overall experience was fine. The staff was very friendly.

I was informed only upon arrival that there needs to be a 200EUR refundable deposit paid.

it was clean and the room was spacious. there were no standard rooms available when we got there (even though we booked one), so they upgraded us for free to a deluxe one! staff seemed friendly too and it’s easy to reach the city centre by metro. takes around half an hour

Walls were fairly thin, but I guess whether or not that’s a problem depends on your neighbours. smoking inside is prohibited but a lot of people don’t care. we could tell by the amount of smoke detector alarms going off :| (can be quite disturbing if it’s in the middle of the night) food in the hotel itself was pricey as well

Wonderful Stay! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The property is modern, clean, and located in a convenient spot, making it easy to explore the area. The amenities were excellent, particularly the bar, which was a real highlight. The bar staff were amazing, and the drinks and simple food options were delightful. The parking was very handy and made my stay even more hassle-free. While most of the staff were friendly and professional, a special mention goes to Patrick, the manager, who was exceptionally nice and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a great stay, and I would happily return. Highly recommend!

Disappointing Spa Experience We chose this hotel for a relaxing and chilled getaway, hoping to enjoy the spa facilities. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were disappointed to find a notice in the lift advising that parts of the spa were closed due to refurbishment or repairs. This was not mentioned when we booked just a week prior, nor was there any information on the hotel’s website. While the rest of the hotel was pleasant, this lack of transparency about the spa was frustrating and dampened our experience. Better communication regarding facility availability would have made a big difference.

We stayed in a triple room which was lovely and big. My children loved the spa pool (I paid E19 once per stay to use, children didn't need to pay plus E8 for compulsory flipflops). Children are only allowed in until midday but that was plenty of time for us. Metro and Trams were both within walking distance.

The noise from the bar was so loud on the first night that it woke me up but we were moved up 2 floors without question the next day. Some of the breakfast items seem to run out quickly at times. My coffee pods weren't replenished in the room but i was able to get some from reception.

Good mattress, softer pillows upon request, clean, silent rooms, strong hairdryer, good breakfast, friendly staff, nice spa area (with addtl payment), close to Metro station (2 min walk) - so easy to reach any point in the city easily, safe city area

The hotel shall have soft pillows by default, in the room. Not only if you ask for. Bathroom sink hand soap bottle is installed too high and not easy to use. Automatic lighting in the bathroom - not friendly in case you take a longer shower you remain in the dark + iv you go to the bathroom by night, light turns on automatically and your sleep mood takes a hit. Heating in one of the rooms didn't work above 21 degrees Celsius and we had to use an extra electric ventilator heater they provided, all night to stay warm.

The hotel is conveniently located 3 minutes from a train station so there was good access to the city centre. The interiors were nice and modern plus the triple room we stayed in was spacious. Right next to a canal perfect for a nighttime walk. Overall, it was really good for a lower price than similar hotels in Amsterdam.

We booked this hotel because of the spa facilities but later found out it was going to be closed at the time of our stay. I reached out to the hotel via booking.com to confirm this but received no response so booked a spa day elsewhere - upon arrival we were told the pool & sauna were open :/

The service from Claudia (Not sure about her name but she was from Porto and working at reception) was excellent. 10 out of 10. She was very proactive, helpful, with an smile on her face she sorted out all my questions and concerns. The hotel was nice, the minibar is always a plus as allows you to have your own drinks / food in the room. It is very well connected with the possibility of renting a bike. 24 / 7 possibility of buying drinks / snacks from reception. Finally, the SPA. I had the possibility of using it for just €12 for the whole of my stay. Great experience and I will definitely be back next year and will request the exact same room.

Breakfast was very average for the money. The lift was a bit slow sometimes.

The look of the property was very nice, was modern and the facilities were very good The view was also very nice and refreshing, 30 second walk to the metro station was ideal. Being in Amsterdam designated smoking areas was useful due to the no smoking policy within the rooms Overall a modern yet classy hotel very enjoyable time with great staff

We mostly didn’t have any problems with the property other than bigger pillows; but that’s if you are being particularly picky about things.
