I really like the concept of this hotel chain, it was cool to read their book where they explain their vision and journey The room was quite large, with a nice bed and large bathroom The staff was friendly and it was nice to get a drink and play fussball downstairs The free (!) washers and dryers were a nice perk The hotel was located very central next to bus/train and walking distance to city centre

The breakfast wasn't good value for money, we tried it once but not again There was only one elevator and we often had to wait for it The shower was sometimes hot and cold

The hotel is comfortable and clean and has wonderfully arranged social space. In your spare time, you can sit and have a look at interesting books available for the guests. You can also go to the gym, play foosball or table tennis. Laundry is an additional plus :-). It's a perfect place to stay with family. Breakfast was very nice and good value for money (for kids it was for free ). And there is always smiling staff around to help :-). We'll be definitely looking for the Social Hub hotels in other locations!

The room had black-out curtains and comfy beds so I slept amazingly well. The building is clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Located near bus/train. Quiet at night. Great restaurants and bike rental within walking distance. Free laundry, decent work-out room. Very nice common spaces.

The building is big and has a confusing layout. There were no features in the hallway to help trigger my memory for which way I had to go to get to my room. I always just had to guess which door to open or which hallway to take. My kids were on another floor, so I had two room locations to memorize. It felt like a labyrinth and a bit overwhelming at times, especially if I was in a hurry.

The Social Hub Delft exceeded all my expectations, providing an exceptional experience that I'll cherish. The ambiance is inviting, with modern and comfortable décor that encourages relaxation and socializing. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my visit. Furthermore, the Hub's commitment to sustainability, evident in their eco-friendly practices, adds an extra touch of appreciation. From the delightful food to the warm atmosphere, The Social Hub Delft is undoubtedly a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable time.

To further enhance the experience, I would suggest enriching the breakfast offerings with a wider selection of delectable choices and perhaps some regional specialties.

Location and view of Delft from 10th floor room.

The complementary sparkling wine was limited to the first night only. If a patron spends several nights, the same privilege should apply. The discount meal offered for students only. If a patron pays for a room, the benefit should be offered to them also. [There is no such thing as a free lunch, paying patrons are subsidizing the beneficiaries of a discount offered to others.] Suggestion - offer a benefit - like free coffee in the hotel cafe - to multi-night patrons who decline room cleaning services. You could give them a low cost reusable coffee cup as the token that entitles them to free help-yourself coffee.

Everything was great. Perfect location. Literally just opposite the train station. Close to all amenities: tram stops, supermarket. The staff were young professions, very friendly and helpful. Good teamwork and effort to make a quest feel very welcome. Great choices/varieties of breakfast. The place itself looks pretty cool, modern and, obviously, clean. The room was in a good size with comfy bed, clean linen. TV works well. Toilet is clean. Best of all, it's value for money. Will definitely go back to stay there again whenever I am in Delft.

Nothing.

Situated right next to the station, but rooms are quiet. Compact, but cleverly designed. Loved the social area - very funky with some interesting books. Really cleverly laid out so you can choose areas to socialise, work or relax. They played nice music at a volume that did not impede on conversations so you could have a work call without issue with background noise. Not a huge range of food, but very good and vegan / vegetarian options available. Great coffee and super helpful staff. Bike rentals available.

I would like a secured wifi option.

To be perfectly honest, I did not know what to expect from The Social Hub. When I got there I was greeted by a couple of youngsters, who are sort of part of the management team. I was registered on a tablet, which made me think "this is going to be a hipster hotel". Well, no. It's a very nice hotel and I would strongly recommend it to anybody who visits Delft. It's literally outside the train station, and about half a block from IHE Delft. I would very much recommend this hotel because it is clean, the bed is comfortable, they provide you with everything, and the breakfast was great too. I was quite ok with the free wifi but the paid one is even better.

To be perfectly honest I cannot think of something that they might have fixed for me, perhaps the temperature setting could have been slightly higher, but that's because I freeze all the time, but overall a fantastic stay. Great value for money .

Excellent location right next to train station. We had a 8th floor room of good size and with fabulous views towards Delft old town (north and east.) Peaceful nights in clean room. Nice breakfast personnel.

Room temperature was a bit warmer than comfortable, AC unit adjusted the temperature only on screen. We learned that due to ESG objectives temperature was not adjustable. A "Temperature is not adjustable" sticker or similar would have helped a lot. WiFi in the room was not good enough. We missed a fridge.

We had a corner room on the 10th floor and the view was INCREDIBLE! The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the whole building was really neat. Plus, the location was literally right across from the train station so it was an easy walk. They also stored our luggage for a few hours after check out so we could stick around Delft and explore for a few more hours!

I sent a message through Booking with a question the day before we checked-in and the hotel never responded. The lack of communication was frustrating, but the staff was incredible once we arrived.
