The hotel in general is very nice. Well located and reasonable price. It is still expensive but that's because all is expensive in NL. Check-in and check out super efficient and the staff very kind. The room had everything we needed, including TV, AC, and kettle with coffee and tea. The fact that it is a recognized franchise gives us a lot of confidence, and they make up for their name.

We were told in advance that maybe it wasn't possible to get a double bed, but maybe two singles put together, the problem is they don't remain together and we ended up having to pick one side or the other to sleep.

Friendly and helpful staff, very convenient localisation just opposite to the central train station. Two supermarkets nearby. It is necessary to scan the room key for extra security before being able to enter the elevator and the stair case to the rooms. The garage costs 16€ per night and is just a 5 minute walk away. The room has a very big shower, AC and big windows. Although we had the "do not disturb" sign out one day, we still found a paper bag with fresh towels and cups in front of our door.

Unfortunately fully opening the windows was not possible, only putting it on an angle. The room could provide a second garbage bin, as the bin in the bathroom is very small. A fridge in the room would have been nice, too. Although fully closing the curtains it does get quite bright in the room after sunrise, so please bring a sleeping mask in case you easily wake up from brightness.

The hotel was very well located in the centre of Leiden. It had secure storage for the six bikes belonging to our party and our room was exactly what we booked. Unfortunately, the two twin rooms which were booked for the four guys travelling with us were no longer available when we arrived at the hotel. Apparently there was a problem with the air conditioning so the rooms were taken out of commission. However, this was not really acceptable as it meant the guys were transferred to rooms with a double bed which, to say the least, was awkward for them. I can't understand why the hotel didn't contact us to explain about the changes and we could have taken the opportunity to alter our booking.

The hotel is next to the bus station and very close to the railway station. It functions well. The staff were helpful. My room was very clean and had all the essentials. The bed was comfortable, with a soft mattress. There was an excellent power shower. The external sound proofing was very good. The breakfast was adequate, with cereals, bread, cheese and cooked meats, fruit juice and good coffee.

This was a small, very basic room. Even allowing for the fact that this was a single room, the bed was not very wide. The blackout curtains were too short to block out all the sunlight. The flat screen television was about the size of a computer monitor. Neither of the seats were suitable for relaxing in. In addition, the room was extremely expensive for such basic accommodation. A double room in England (outside London) would have been about 40% cheaper. The breakfast was grossly overpriced.

The location of this hotel is simply fantastic, as it is situated very close to both the city center and the central station. This made it incredibly easy for me to travel via both buses and trains. The hotel room itself was very well-equipped, with a teapot and coffee provided, which was a really nice touch. The view from the window was also quite lovely, as I could see a windmill from it. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. There was a wide variety of options and I was able to find something to my liking. The fresh waffles were definitely a standout and I couldn't resist going back for seconds. Overall, I was very impressed with this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay in the city.

However, my stay was marred by a major issue - the bathroom sounds. I found it difficult to sleep at night due to constant noises coming from the bathroom. This was quite disappointing as it affected the quality of my stay.

Terrific location for train, bus to Keukenhof, the Old Town, and supermarkets. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, while compact was comfortable and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, good shower. The view from the 6th floor over the town was lovely.

The poor soundproofing between rooms and from doors of adjoining rooms being opened and noisily closed, caused some disturbance. This was a big problem late one night especially, but hopefully was a one off. Obviously not the staffs fault, and in hindsight we should have contacted them to investigate.

The Hotel is very well located and even if it's in the train station area it is quite quiet. The room was large enough and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and they accommodated our request to have a more quiet room.

Breakfast wasn't very rich or special, even if it had everything one could need in the end. I was expecting a bit of a more local touch as well, with some local specialties maybe, such as cheese for example.

The room was very functional, the shower was a good size. The bed was comfortable. Even though it is across from the main railway station, the room was very quiet. There was very little noise generally and the air-conditioning unit was quiet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We took advantage of the left luggage room on our last day. We had breakfast in the hotel on the last day, there was a good selection of food.

One of the lifts was out of order over the weekend, there was a long wait for the other as a consequence.

The location was perfect, just in front of the train and bus station, and at a short walking distance from the city center. Breakfast was really good, not with a huge variety (not necessary at all), but the quality was very good. The checkout at 12 is also quite late compared to usual time. The room was quite and silent, I didn't hear my neighbors or other noises (this happens to me very often and it's not pleasant...).

The room was very small, I could barely move inside, although it had everything I needed. The sink and the shower drainpipes were clogged. Also, the room was very cold when I arrived, and there was only one blanket. I just solved this with the heating although it took a while to heat the room. But maybe adding an additional blanket in case people are cold wouldn't hurt.

Fantastic location, its a 3 minute walk to the train station and a 3 min walk to the center of town in the other direction where all the canals, restaurants and shopping are, one cant get a better location if u want to enjoy Leiden city. A room can hold three, very good for small families or three friends, saves money rather than have to book extra room.

rooms are rather small, but in all fairness, its what was indicated before the bookings. if one is going out rather than staying in, it wont matter.
