centrally to the city center and plenty of late night bars. the Tram is literally a hop, skip, and a jump from the front doors of the hotel.

1.the property on booking.com offered a tea kettle, coffee maker, hand soap , and other basic room amenities. however when we checked in the first day, the staff relayed that all those things were recently taken out of the rooms due to new management. to me, that is unacceptable. we paid for these rooms under the assumption these basic amenities would be available; however they were not. Tea and coffee were ONLY available at breakfast.

Location was convenient. We were pleasantly surprised to have a deep soaker tub in our bathroom. Room was very clean.

Neighborhood was pretty noisy at night. Our "double room" was really a dorm room, with 2 sets of bunk beds in it, as well as two twin beds pushed together to make a double bed. It would make a great family room, but wasn't the nicest layout for just the two of us. Staff weren't very friendly.

Love the place, it is not far away from the center-center and really close to the train station I used. The personnel was friendly and they helped me with my request! I did not have a charger and the reception man gave me his for the night :) The rooms are comfortable and have everything needed. They are clear, have a lot of space. All beds have USB input charger right on the bed. Price-quality is amazing.

I am satisfied, so nothing.

The location is good. Walking distance to station and city center. For the price you pay, it's a decent accomodation.

There was a mess with regards to my dormitory reservation. However, the staff on duty (Leonardo and a Greek guy whose name I can't remember) were superb. They fixed the issue and all was well. Thanks and well done guys.

I liked the soft bed, probably not for everyone. Location was good enough for the Netherlands (I've discovered that public transport in the Netherlands isn't so great and one always had to walk at least 700m to get to any form of public transport), walkable from Rotterdam central station, but a bit far from dining districts (>1 km). 24/7 reception, lift, large room, bath tub.

Didn't have tea facilities in the room. Room is not soundproof at ALL. Room door and bathroom door were like hospital doors and any sound/talking in the hallway was very loud and obvious, which is a problem if there are late night drunks and/or you sleep lightly.

The staffs were very good, I had a warm welcome, and they attended and assist me when need be and very quickly. at any question ask there is a prompt response from the staff, like Fabio, Hala, Sylvia, and Leonardo, these guys know how to take care of customers. Keep up the good work guys.

the booking system was sometimes messing up, rooms are not corresponding with clients, but it was always fixed after a few minutes, just to say human errors sometime.

Wow! Such a nice place for such a good price: really close to the train station, clean beds, super clean bathroom, friendly staff, place to eat and to have party are 10 minutes away, the zoo is in a walking distance, just as main center

The breakfast, which is optional for an extra 10 euros, it can be better: add some eggs, add some bacon, more fruit, a decent coffee machine, not only bread and butter and ham

The room was quite spacious and it was clean. There were complimentary toileteries in the bathroom as well as a hair dryer. I didn't have breakfast, but the dining room looked fine. There's a room where you can leave your luggage if you arrive before check-in time (3pm) or if you check out in the morning but still have time before you actually have to leave.

The mattress was a little soft for my taste. I'm 60 with a bad back so I need a firm mattress. However, it was not uncomfortable. There were complimentary toileteries, but no shower cap. Check out time is quite early - it's 10am.

The bed was super comfy and room temperature was great. The safe was useful for my passport and barely any noise in the corridor.

The shower stream weakened randomly when you turn the heat up. It took a while to get the what right as it would fluctuate. The thing you pull up to turn the water to the shower also sank so I had to use a toothpaste to wedge it up. Apart from that everything was great

Very pleasant place ! Rooms are big and clean. The staff is helpful and kind. Simple hotel, perfect for a few nights in Rotterdam, close enough to the city center (13min walk), but there are many shops and restaurants close by.

The night staff was not able to book us a taxi from city to the hotel, they were only able to book it from the hotel to anywhere... Maybe need to review the taxi booking process.
