Great room, very clean and tidy. Very homely and spacious.

The receptionist was very short with his temper. Right from the beginning, his body language and facial expressions were not very welcoming. He looked at me as if to say “what are you doing here?” I felt extremely uncomfortable and became annoyed with him. When requesting my licence, I couldn’t understand him and asked him to repeat himself which he clearly did not like being asked to do. Overall, very poor people skills and in my professional opinion, needs to do some professional learning on how to communicate with customers. I was very reluctant to stay another night here. Thankfully I had only booked one night and went further up the road to Naumi where their customer services was great!

Quicker shuttle from airport

Proximity to Airport and the intended place of my visit, easy to get to the airport early in the morning, the motel is in a resort type set up, which is good for family stay & transit to international.

Ventilation in the toilet is not that good, only a small window with natural air circulation, better if a small ventilation fan is provided. With multiple guest, it becomes a problem obviously. Door and almirah handle have seems to be damaged for ages, not fixed or not maintained properly.

It was a good deal for the few hours we needed to be there, and to be able to catch the very handy and free Shuttle bus to the airport early morning 4.30am... Excellent service and on time. Good sized room and all we needed to eat, shower and sleep.

Unfortunately someone sometime had ripped all bathroom, rails etc from the walls so it looked a bit untidy or unkept but ir was clean enough and everything else worked well ...plenty hot water. Appreciate these damage issues can't be fixed over night. Only comment would be that it was very hard to find our room in the dark ... a little more lighting around the many pathways to the units and a light over the lists of numbers e en would help guide the way!!

Very close to the airport, with a shuttle bus every half hour. The bed was comfy and it was nice to have a doorway out onto a grassed lawn.

My dinner was very ordinary. I had the roast lamb... the meat was obviously reheated so a little tough, the mixed veges were of the frozen packet variety and had been microwaved, and the roast potatoes were tasty, but oily. My partner had the seafood platter and was very satisfied. We had opted for the included breakfast, but when I got to the restaurant, I wasn't informed if it included the hot options which had to be ordered, so I just had the cold buffet. Staff members seem a little distant.

Check in was a breeze and the location was nice and close to the airport and Manawa Bay. The beds were comfy and the room was nice and tidy. We didn't stay long so we weren't able to try the restaurant or the gym

We really enjoyed our overnight stay at this Motel for the price that you pay. There were a couple of downfalls. You can hear everything that is happening in the rooms next door and people outside. The toilet paper was half used when we got in and the bathroom also needs an extractor fan.

Located 5 min drive from airport & parking, & straight across the road from Mangere Lawn cemetery, it was PERFECT after our long flight from Hawaii ❤️ VERY AFFORDABLE, welcoming, parking included, Clean, soft bed with fresh sheets & bedding, hot shower albeit ourdated & complimentary tea & coffee, restuarant, badbadr, central to Mangere shopping centre, all made this accommodation PERFECT!

Burnt pots, no flannels tho towels & hand towels were quality & clean, & middle bedside USB charging port was wet & stuffed my fone.

Close to airport and Bus stops. having a restaurant onsite was a bonus.

When they are down to the last room they double in price. I stayed 2 night on 2 different bookings. I paid double the price for a smaller room on my first night to my second night booking of a bigger room. Family rooms are the same as standard ones just an extra bed. Bathrooms need some love

Last minute booking to stay closer to the airport s we had an early flight. Went to check in around 3.30 or so and were told our room wasn't ready. Came back about an hour later, and we could access or studio. Appeared to be recently renovated, there were renovations going on at other parts of the complex Had an on site restaurant which was a bonus, as the traffic later on in the day was a nightmare. Food was lovely. Only around 4 km from rental car return area. Also had specific accommodation for backpackers and a shuttle service to the airport, that ran regularly, The Yellow Bus ?

Room was cheapish. Staff were lovely when we were there. They have a resteraunt on site too which is awesome. Location is nice and not really busy on that side of town and parking is free which is a bonus in Auckland. We stayed at another motel for over double the price and wish we had of stayed here instead our whole trip.

Heat pump/air conditioner didn’t work, toilet was coming off the wall and would bang everytime you sat on it. Walls aren’t too thick so can kind of hear people beside you in the next room but was a problem for us could be for some though.
