Last minute booking to stay closer to the airport s we had an early flight. Went to check in around 3.30 or so and were told our room wasn't ready. Came back about an hour later, and we could access or studio. Appeared to be recently renovated, there were renovations going on at other parts of the complex Had an on site restaurant which was a bonus, as the traffic later on in the day was a nightmare. Food was lovely. Only around 4 km from rental car return area. Also had specific accommodation for backpackers and a shuttle service to the airport, that ran regularly, The Yellow Bus ?

Room was cheapish. Staff were lovely when we were there. They have a resteraunt on site too which is awesome. Location is nice and not really busy on that side of town and parking is free which is a bonus in Auckland. We stayed at another motel for over double the price and wish we had of stayed here instead our whole trip.

Heat pump/air conditioner didn’t work, toilet was coming off the wall and would bang everytime you sat on it. Walls aren’t too thick so can kind of hear people beside you in the next room but was a problem for us could be for some though.

Friendly Manager- he was very nice Very nice place to stay either on the outside rooms with kitchens or inside the hotel - although there is no lift the rooms are excellent and very clean We will definitely recommend this place

Needed tea towels not face wash for the kitchen with cleaning wipes - the fully functional kitchen Is awesome - a little table and chairs would be nice otherwise worth the money The restaurant could have better food more selection

The accommodation was comfortable and easy access to all places we came to go to. We drove there and parking was available for our car. Beds and rooms were clean and comfortable. Good place for me and my family.

None. Everything I expected was offered and my family had a great two nights. I have nothing to recall that disliked my family's stay there. This place serves the people gently and professionally. No hassle!

Excellent value for money, especially considering I could leave my car there for free while I travelled for work (up to five days I think then a fee). Free shuttle to/from airport. 24 hour reception staff who were very informative & helpful. Excellent meal as a takeaway from the on site restaurant. Comfy bed. Air conditioning & TV worked well & easy to operate. Spacious shower which didn't regulate temperature that well but did the job.

Only things I'd suggest is a new iron and add a couple of wine glasses in the kitchen - only tumblers and mugs available.

Reception staff on check-in was most helpful. Free shuttle to airport was great too. Like that we could keep our vehicles there while overseas. The rooms are basic but comfy and clean.

Only had one towel in our room, even though I’d booked for 3 people. Shower was a bit erratic running hot then cold intermittently.

We had what we needed a bed shower toilet kitchen. Area for the kids to walk around. Carparking was great and convenient. Enjoyed the chef at dinner his meals are absolutely tasty. Price is very reasonable. Internet was so good also. Good size room if you just need some where to stay. If your are a tourist heads up that most of your time will be in the car.

Not enough towels as we had two kids and not enough windows even when we had air con. Maybe install some screen doors so there is fresh air flow coming through. Update some of the brochures. We didn't get an overview handbook of the motel like what the hotel can offer. And there was no sky box which was offered when we booked the place. Did not quite understand the whole payment issue as it said online you only needed to pay for the first but we had to pay for our full stay.

We had an excellent meal in the restaurant and the staff were very friendly. We were treated very kindly and were happy that we were able to keep our bags there for safekeeping prior to book in time.

We did not have wifi access, I am assuming I should have asked for the code. also, the door to the room was a little janky (didn't lock very well)

Even though we stayed for one night and it was a very last minute booking, it exceeded my expectation. On arrival the staff was very helpful, especially as we arrived very late at night so the process was quick and easy. The room was very clean and tidy, the room was small but very comfortable for 4x people. Location was perfect, as we were 3mins away from the airport. And that was important as we were catching a very early morning flight.

There wasn't enough towels. And hot water didn't last long for us or it was just not hot enough for the last two people to have a shower.

Location and airport shuttle are a great bonus. Food was average and staff friendly. Rooms large, clean and tidy. Value for money.

It was confusing as we were directed to the room via the carpark. The key does not fit the door on the carpark side. We thought we had the wrong room until we went for a walk around. There were mosquitoes and ants in the room but we got some bug spray which fixed the problem. The curtains need fixing.
