I recently had a fantastic stay at Pullman Airport Hotel. The room was beautifully appointed, featuring super dark curtains, a Nespresso machine, and a comfortable bed with plush pillows. The highlight was the bathroom, which boasted an excellent overhead rain shower. The bar and dining area were incredible, and the early opening buffet breakfast was both yummy and convenient (starts at 5 am!). The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Parking, it's worth noting that valet parking comes with a $69 cost.

Arriving in the early hours from Australia it’s conveniently located right next to the airport
Lack of staff experience. At this point the hotel has only been open a week so hopefully it improves. Simple things like where is Avis could not be answered by the night staff. Also no tea / coffee / sugar in room despite there being a coffee machine and milk in the fridge. Expected more for $400+ for one night

The location was brilliant for the night before a flight as we could walk to the terminal in just a few minutes. Despite the proximity to the airport the room was beautifully quiet. The staff were friendly and we had a lovely meal in the restaurant. The coffee shop area was also great for a low key breakfast (fantastic and exotic croissants).
The public toilet area by the coffee shop was not well cleaned when we were there - it may have been a one off but someone had managed to get copious amounts of liquid soap all over the toilet seats (at least I hope that is what it was as it was not noticeable until you sat down!)

New hotel, very convenient if you need to get to airport the next day quickly. My husband and I booked 1 night because our domestic flight arrived at night, and we had an international flight the next morning. The room was so spacious, very new and modern and everything was well designed. I also like the facilities, the gym is well equipped. Restaurant was quite good too. A bit pricier but definitely good value. All in all, I enjoyed the night stay thoroughly and we were well-rested before our long flight back home!
Everything was great. Maybe the only thing is that location is only near to airport. So it certainly would not be my accomodation of choice if I was going to be touring around Auckland or need to be near the city.

Arrived early evening with friendly welcome & speedy check-in. Decided to try the restaurant for dinner & had fabulous capable server Yasmin who elevated the experience by going above & beyond for us. Thank you. Took some time to figure the tea & coffee were kept in sliding drawer hidden above fridge! Housekeeping very kind sorting out! Very quiet. Comfy bed. View of next hotel.
Maybe a handle on tea, coffee drawer above fridge so people like me know it’s a drawer to be pulled out

Great brand new hotel. 2 min walk from airport departures. So easy when arriving late and departing early for flight out. Rooms lovely and perfect for us with 2 queen/king beds so perfect for 2 adults and grown teenagers. Ate at restaurant and honestly had one of the best meals I have ever had in my life. All 4 meals amazing and could easily have been served in a high end Sydney restaurant. To eat this quality of meal in an airport hotel blew me away. five stars Pullman - amazing!!!
nothing to fault

Location to the airport can't be beat. Rooms are of high quality and brand new. very comfortable bed & pillows. Airport views from the restaurant / bar give a good atmosphere
Generally too Expensive all round - in particular as the service in some areas didn't live up to expectations 4 star not 5 at this stage. Had dinner at the restaurant and food/drinks that when they finally arrived was of good/very good quality however some requests promised were forgotten and it was clear that the number of staff verses number of guests could not all easily be catered for - we were thankful that we arrived early evening as there were a lot of stressful tables/people about when we left indicating they had been waiting for food for over 45 mins.

Great location for an early or late flight. It’s only been open a few months so everything is nice and new
The check-in staff - PLEASE teach them how to be more courteous to guests - it costs nothing and goes a very long way and from reading other reviews thus has been raised before but obviously nothing had been done about it. Personally I think it’s the ‘culture’ of the staff that were on duty when we checked IN and OUT but different staff members. Everything is expensive from the room minibar to the restaurant so if you can, bring snacks and your own bottle of wine for your overnight stay

It is nice to have the Pullman at the airport now so there is real choice, and the Pullman is really well set up, nice and fresh, comfortable rooms, great service at check in through to the restaurant and room service. Prices are what you would expect at the airport, but looking past that, it's as competitive as the other offering there. Really enjoyed the meals, friendly and efficient service and general atmosphere. Also liked the cultural references to Maori and the local iwi around the hotel.
Prices could be a little lower, but it is a reflection on how pricing seems to work at the airport.

The breakfast was AMAZING. The beds were also super comfortable and it was great to have a few snacks from the minibar free of charge. We were met with excellent service and had all of our questions answered. The location is great for an overnight at the airport.
The lighting in the bathroom could have been better and we found a few rubbish pieces on the floor in our room (well, our kids did because they are at that lower level and can find anything left behind on the floor...). Also, it would be excellent to have a small kids space in the lobby (like the Novotel) to break up the travel/hotel room experience for young kids. That is the only reason I would consider selecting Novotel over your hotel in future.
