Location is terrific for catching early flight, the restaurant was nice which is important given the limited eating options around the airport, wifi was good, communication beforehand about the disruptions due to construction in area was also good. We appreciated there being enough parking space out the front for us to park the hire car, take luggage to room then drop car back to the rental place.

The bed was very comfortable but it would have been nice to have some pillow options. Most good hotels provide several in your room of varying thicknesses but we seemed to only have really thick ones.

Fantastic beds - location to walk directly from the terminal is perfect after a long flight. Lovely restaurant with great food. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Great bathroom & amenities. Extra bedding beautifully and hygenically presented if required. Ease of check out was 👍🏼

Bit disappointed at first that the restaurant no longer did the evening buffet choice. Perhaps a few more options on the menu to suit all ages and diets could be better but to be fair, everything we ordered and ate was delicious. We didn't experience breakfast as we had to leave for our flight before it was open.

We had an early start in the morning flying back to Gold Coast. We just returned our hire car, loaded up a luggage cart and walked it into the hotel, booked in, took the cart up to our 6th floor room. We then went down to the restaurant, which was a bit of a disappointment, both in its lay out and the service. We had overnight bags and so in the morning early we just wheel the luggage into the lift, and straight out into the airport. Departures was directly across the road.

A word of warning, and this is not the fault of the hotel, however the airport is a vast building site. So temporarily it is not as easy as it should be to get from car hire returns to the foyer, but this will eventually improve. It took us 10 minutes from leaving our room to entering the departure hall.

Property was super Luxe & affordable! Room was amazing, I bet the views will be so much better once all the constructions are gone. The staff were super helpful & cheerful. Great location - A great idea to stay there the night before our flight as we didn’t feel rushed/ stressed as the airport is literally straight across the road! So was super convenient especially with our 3 kids. Will definitely come back. Oh, the restaurant was good too and having 24/7 room service was awesome! Loved our stay.

Hmm, only fault was the buffet breakfast, the hot food options were on the warm/ coldish side and a bit unpleasant to eat but their buffet had a good selection and variety of everything from cereal to pastries etc So there’s something for everyone at breakfast time. I think maybe we needed to get to the restaurant earlier when breakfast is made fresh but yeah… everything else was good. Especially the coffee fix!

As to be expected, it was close to the airport. This was great seeing as I had a very early morning departure. The property itself was nice, clean, and had good bathroom products. Water temp and pressure were enjoyable, as was the comfortable bed. They had a very nice fitness center that had what most people would need (numerous cardio machines, weights, etc.). The internet was strong and staff friendly.

I cannot think of too much, the only thing that really comes to mind is that there were times when there was a wait for the elevator. Due to location being on the airport property the dining options are also somewhat limited.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable which was just what we needed after a long day travelling. The staff were very friendly and helpful at the reception desk which put my partner and I at ease since it was our first time booking anything ever haha! Location was extra handy being right across the road from the airport and the fast checkout made everything so much easier for us. The restaurant had a delicious selection and the service from the bar was excellent! It took a while to get a hold of room service in the evening but that was only because they were extremely busy, the meal came very quickly after being ordered though which I was grateful for. Overall it was a terrific experience, will definitely be staying again on our next travels.

Hotel was great location for traveling in and out of the airport. Room was nice, comfortable and large. It was nice having a dining facility on premises. We asked to play cards at a table and were not 'allowed" to because the restaurant was closing. Hmmmmm???? We couldn't use a conference room either.

A tiny bit expensive. Asked for two beds and got one king size. They did fix. I had it in writing that my request was received and the front staff said they didn't get a message about that. I showed it to them from 2 months earlier. Problem solved!

The location was excellent as we were flying to the Gold Coast on an early flight and we were within walking distance from the International Airport. We just had to walk across the road and we were there.The shops and food courts were also within walking distance too so if we required or needed anything this was an extra bonus.No hassles with having to drive or worry about parking, carrying or pushing heavy luggage too far as the International Airport was literally right at your doorstep.

It took us a while to workout access to our floor and room but an employee was very helpful and showed us what we needed to do.We noticed there was a draft above our heads when we were going to sleep and not sure if it was the aircon setting but because we were there overnight and the beds were so comfy we were asleep once our heads touched the pillows it wasn't a problem.The only problem was we were only there overnight otherwise we would've used all the other great facilities available too!

I'm being a bit picky perhaps, but you do ask! So couple of things that you might might to look at: - I know it was a Saturday evening, but the check-in was very slow - a queue of people waiting to check-in and others i think trying to retrieve packages. 2 staff - one occupied for a while with what seemed too be non-check-in activities - I ordered the "tempura fish" meal from the room service menu. What I received was heaviiy battered, and nothing like what one would expect with "tempura" batter which ia every light and airy batter - so i ended up removing fish from the batter! If the item had been described as "battered fish" or "beer batted" fish - I wouldn't have ordered it Hope helpful!
