Great location, modern building, clean, easy to find.

Booking.com stated that parking was included in room price however when I arrived at reception I was told that it wasnt and that parking was an additional $30 overnight. It takes the pleasure out of a special stay. I was annoyed, but what can you do when you are in the CBD with a car that needs to be parked somewhere? Its not good enough.

Amazing location. Literally next door to Spark Arena. Within walking distance to britomart, commercial bay, viaduct. Very close to woolworths a convenience store and places to eat. The 2 bedroom (actually 3) family apartments are good size and had all the basic necessities you would need for cooking/eating meals. It's great to have laundry facilities in the room as well. We stayed as we did Around the Bays, and it was great, as it is close to the start line, and the shuttle buses back dropped us off literally out the front. Parking is close $35 a night with unlimited entry/exit, but you have to go to reception every time you want to leave to get a card.

Could be rather noisy due to traffic, etc, but the apartment we had was at the top, so it didn't bother us at much as it probably would for the ground floor apartments. The door in our room didn't shut properly, but it didn't bother us that much as we slept with it open anyway. I'm not sure if the TV's had freeview, but it would have been good to be able to watch TV rather than YouTube etc. Seemed a little pricey but made up for it with location and size of apartment. Could probably do with a little spruceup and deep clean in parts.

I like the convenience to my daughter, who lives very locally. It’s also great for visiting around Auckland and has convenient access to transport links.

I felt the house keeping standards had dropped a bit since my last day. Corridors needed vacuum cleaning and I had to ask for toilet roll at reception on at least 2 occasions. Also despite using my cups everyday, I resorted to washing them in the sink because they weren’t replaced. Finally, in other hotels, towels are usually replaced when they’re left on the floor, to help the environment and reduce costs. I ended up with 5 bath towels, despite single occupancy.

The apartment was roomy and had all the things we needed (washing machine, drier, dishwasher, kitchen facilities and utensils, pots & pans etc). Washing powder, dishwashing liquid, & some toiletries (shampoo, cond, wash, moisturiser) were available. We were able to get into our room early as it happened to be ready which was awesome after getting off the cruise ship early on the morning. Location awesome. Woolworths & fast food outlets within walking distance, as well as rental car companies.

We stayed 4 nights so our rubbish wasn't collected. Room servicing occurred for 5+ night stays. Collecting rubbish more frequently (esp in large units like our 3 bedroom/5 person one) would be good.

We always stay at OHTEL, SO or MSocial but we wanted to stay closer to Parnell end and heard about Nesuto - was skeptical of the negative reviews but thought we'd judge it ourselves and im glad we did because the place was brilliant...Easy to find, parking was brilliant and spacious, easy access from parking to the building as the car park is to the back of the hotel, customer service is fantastic, room was amazing clean and bed was amazingly comfy, we had a standard room and it was great, we walked to the viaduct which was really close...we stayed only the one night and the breakfast was delicious, juice selectuins were amazing, coffee machine, hot food, cold food, toast, cereal, fruit, sweet savories etc - this place is a must stay just absolutely brilliant...

That we didn't stay longer.

This hotel had everything we needed. Room was spacious. Good location: 10-15 mins walk to shops and restaurant. You can also book parking with this hotel which I don't think is all that easy in Auckland. I don't recall how much it was, but relatively cheap compared to other hotels. It offered me an option to include this when booking. You park at the neighbouring public parking. You can drive in and out during your stay, you'll just need to validate the ticket each time with reception.

Breakfast was quite basic. While rooms have everything you need, they feel a bit bare. That's just aesthetics though. Only place where functionality was affected was that the showerhead holder was a bit lose and not gripping shower firmly.

The location was easy access to the grocery store, nice restaurants , buses and the ferry system. The staff was helpful if we needed something( milk, tea bags, sugar, towels etc) we asked and they brought it up or just handed it to us. loved the city❤️ the washer and dryer ran quietly so we were able to use them at night. Was a great place to spend a week in.

There could have been a few more dishes. & silverware. We had to keep washing them after each meal. Really it didn’t cause any anguish but it would be all I could say for what I didn’t like.

Nice clean property. Breakfast was basic, but nicely set out. 1bedroom unit was spacious,

Staff on reception on both days were not welcoming. Woman on arrival had no idea about our booking. Had to ask for the website offered upgrade. She had no personality and it was hard to hear her as there were a noisy group holding a meeting in the foyer, as there was no other room to do this in. Reception staff next day on checkout, was different, but again - no conversation etc. Why oh why do they only provide 1 tube of shower soap when it is a double room??? Milk was only provided for 1 cup of tea each!! No biscuits. Restaurant was closed for dinner. Parking was provided in our booking, it was down and around the corner, took a bit of working out to find it, and our way back to the hotel back entrance.

The room was warm and spacious. Very nice finishes. Very good soundproofing within the apartment Slept so well even for city centre

•Very basic room features etc for the price. •Tv/internet streaming from built in Chromecast wasn't available on devices for whole 5 day stay. • 1 full service for a 5 day 4 night stay wasn't enough. Had to go to reception for coffee etc replenishment daily and had to ask for service 3 days in a row. Until it was done as we ran out of rubbish bags, toilet paper before our service (2 rolls for 4 days between 3 people wasn't enough) and ended up having to buy own coffee, milk and sugar as was told "service tomorrow" every time I rang... but wasn't done.

Always enjoy being here. It's a great location and the rooms are well appointed and clean

Sadly this time our room had a very bad ashy smell in it- probs from a previous guest having an accident with the oven? It was so bad that we had to switch rooms after one night, which meant paying extra for an upgrade. The new room was technically a 2 bdrm, but the same floor area as the previous one (which also had two bedrooms but was called a 1 bdrm..). But had no choice other than to pay the extra which was a bit of a bummer. This is the only time I've ever stayed there when things didn't go perfectly
