Once transferred to an East facing room, looking over Ponsonby Road, it was good.

The location on Ponsonby Road is great. The back rooms face a block wall and are not good, especially for longer stays - but the rooms facing Ponsonby Road and Western Park are really good. I had a spacious one bed room apartment with laundry facilities. Ditty at reception is really helpful and super nice. They didn't charge for internet, which was a pretty good speed.

Location, one of the best beds and pillows ever! And an amazing shower 😁.

There are no dressers or drawers for clothes. Only one large and one small closet with a total of 5 hangers. Wall hooks would have helped. Also, Teflon frying pans would have been nice out er wise the kitchen was stocked nicely. Loved coming back to a very clean apartment with fresh towels (also fabulous) at the end of the day. The manager, Dhee was engaging, helpful, and delightful!

The rooms had all the amenities needed and save cost having to buy food when you can cook or heat up own food. Everything was great. Handy to supermarket. Apart from a few minors, an excellent facility overall., Staff fab, rooms very clean and just loved all the amenities, so handy. Thank you for having us. Would strongly recommend this to family, friends

The lifts not working so not ideal for people with leg injury or elderly folk. Room 215 had a shower leak to under the sink basin when had a shower. Notified Reception when we left. The electric kettle you also had to hold down the button to heat up. The bed in room 215 was not as comfortable as room 315. Also, noise from outside more prominent than room 315.

The communication with the reception was excellent. The location was handy to everything we needed to do and options for meals and meetings were great. The access to the room was easy and there was carparking available. The rooms are serviced and the kitchenette and facilities were great.

All in all, this is a great option for work and some leisure time. It is handy to many conveniences. It was a bit noisy at night. To be expected in the city but not sound proof.

A great city location - handy to restaurants, buses, shops and the arts. own parking area which was a blessing. Room was serviced every day.

Our room felt like being in a box as quite small and no outside vista. - windows tightly shut and shuttered which meant no natural light. wardrobe doors impossible to use - so stiff and out of alignment.

A great apartment for our 8 night stay in Auckland. Perfect location - Ponsonby is a fab area with lots of independent shops, a Countdown around the corner and loads of places to eat....unless it's a Sunday/Monday/Tuesday....!

The details specify there is a sofa bed with this apartment. There was, but it could not be used as a bed. We were not offered an alternate room or any other help, despite advising reception that we really needed the separate bed. This was frustrating.

When we arrived it took 15 mins to get someone to come & let us in.. we called and called them I finally sent a message through the app and someone called to say the duty manager would be down shortly. We waited another ten minutes for her to come. When we went to pay the eft facility wasn’t working properly so we couldn’t tap our card which we have done the whole way through our holiday. We were then told there was an atm machine around the corner. We had to withdraw $500 for a ‘bond’ and $175 (for which I’m not sure as the room was listed as $143). Were from Australia therefore lost almost $100 when Changing our money back to AUD! To say we aren’t happy is an understatement… regards Jacqui Casey

Terrific location, comfortable bed and sofa, good space, surprisingly private and quiet, easy parking, great shower. Very helpful front desk and housekeeping staff. Proximity to a superb supermarket and many excellent cafes was also a bonus.

As a local I didn’t need it, but the lack of up to date info on public transport and services/restaurants in the in-room information book would have been frustrating for a visitor who didn’t know that part of Auckland. Only a tiny thing though!

The location was brilliant and the Apartment had everything and was very spacious. Using Uber to get to and from places in City was mint!

Road noise at night was loud and also people noise on Ponsonby Rd after hours. The water in bath did not drain away and could have done with hand rail on basin. Being advised on arrival that underground roller door works on sensor would have been good to know in advance. Other than that staff were very helpful and friendly.

Location was perfect for my needs. The ‘apartment’ was perfect for my five night stay and the facilities were everything I needed. It was not luxury but it was priced accordingly. The reception staff were terrific. I arrived at 01:30am and although the reception was closed, I was able to easily get access and the keys were waiting for me. I was very happy staying here.

Nothing. For the rate I paid it was perfect.
