Room was well set up and tidy. Yay for air con and heavy drapes as we were right on the road. Beds were comfy and room was well equipped.

Our room was upstairs thru multiple heavy fire doors. it would have been nice to have had a hand with our luggage as no lift. Cleanliness could have been a little better, toe nail on the floor, dust in corner and a dust and hair ball next to vanity but overall it was ok. I booked this accom particularly due to needing 2 single beds but received an email after booking saying I had to call on day of arrival to request the single beds again even tho my booking went thru with the request. Once I got into bed, the bottom sheet didn't cover the whole mattress so I had to remake my bed at 11pm. Just alot of small issues that became annoying.

Location was convenient for city and room was in great condition and very clean. Good basic accommodation for anyone looking for somewhere to sleep and shower.

No reception staff present at hotel while we were there, although were very responsive remotely by phone. Had a room with a skylight window (no other window). If there was a way of controlling this then we didn't figure it out so didn't have any natural light. It opened automatically at 4.30am and then shut a few mins later, waking us up and making room very cold. Wouldn't bother paying extra for the skylight window again.

Convenient location and also it was convenient that it had parking on premises

There was no one at reception and only option was to call over the phone. Being turists we had no phone connection so we had to ask a neighbour to lend us a phone to call the hotel manager for check in access. It would be good to have a whatsapp option instead or send the self check in instructions via booking.com messages for guests that only have data connection (as us, but don’t have an option to call over the phone).

Room was spacious. Near the city centre. 8/10 clean. The contact person was easy to speak with, he was very nice. My booking said I have a room in the ground floor with no window but ended up in the 2nd floor with a window 😃. Overall, it was 8.5/10 experience, will definitely book again.

Lamps didn't have bulbs. It would be nice to have a floor mat and rubbish bin in the bathroom. Electric kettle was dirty.

The hotel is well maintained and has everything we needed for a quick overnight stay. Even though the room is small, but it has everything we needed. Parking is available but very limited.

The hotel has no receptionist waiting for you at the front desk, esp if you come from the parking lot like me, you need to call the number written on the door to get the door opened. This could be an issue esp if you are visiting from overseas without mobile connection established yet. I had to walk around the block to get the front access, but no luck, no one at the front desk. I managed to finally enter when I got to meet another guest with phone connection.

Clean tidy facilities. Excellent location handy to transportation, shopping, Metro mart (luggage storage), Everything is within walking distance or uber for further distances.

After hours. The instructions to get in from back area to be clarified. Maybe post a sign with arrows pointing to the shortest root. Because I felt unsafe walking around dark streets not familiar with the area and it was the longest way around.

We booked a one-night stay with two windowless double rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious. They had decent lighting and en-suite bathrooms (both had heating too, which was a nice touch). The beds were comfy with four pillows and a duvet. The room had tea, coffee, an electric kettle, and a fridge with milk. Our host was extremely friendly and polite. She was easily reachable each time we contacted the hotel.

Nothing particular, but keep in mind that the windowless rooms could feel claustrophobic for some people. The desk chair had some light stains but didn't look particularly dirty.

Check in was a little different from most motels/hotels, but called the number, and they opened up and let me in, then gave me an access card. They let me check in early as the room was ready, and they are also one of the few hotels that I have stayed in that read the request for fresh milk, and they had it in the fridge for me, it was very much appreciated.

Perhaps in the future, the property could improve on the logistics process such as updated contact number in the booking apps and google. Also it would be helpful if customers are informed ahead of the parking details. Otherwise the staff in charge was very responsive on the spot even Ive called a couple of times after 9pm.
