Location and facilities! Can pretty much walk everywhere from there. The two bedroom was quiet and spacious. Beds were so comfy. Room service was amazing - checked everyday if we needed fresh towels, kitchen and bathroom provisions. We know where to stay when we come to Christchurch now.

The car park allocated to our room kept on being used by other guests. You might need a road cone to prevent this from happening when you go out during the day. On our last night a huge campervan was parked in it when we returned late. The motel owners rectified the situation really quickly, so all was good in the end.

The location was perfect for all my purposes; from appointments to dining arrangements. Handy to the busses when required. Parking was not a problem in a busy area. Facilities were sufficient.

The pool and spa were slightly unavailable and was not exactly clear what was possible on that score. I found the pool and of course swimming in the rain is not so much fun except that it was not really cold and then swimming in the rain could be fun...

The room was clean and tidy. There were enough towels, toilet paper, coffee & tea provided. The location is close to Merivale mall and bars and restaurants in Merivale. It is a short uber or taxi ride into the CBD and Northlands mall. The price was exceptional for Merivale.

The motel is older and dated. It is fine for a night or 2 but you probably wouldn't want to stay here if you were planning to relax in the motel and not venture out. It is really just a place to sleep.

The lady at the front desk was so lovely! Very friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was very clean.

Unfortunately the room was quite cold and did take quite some time for the heating to warm up but there was spare blankets for extra comfort. The internet dropped quite often but overall we were happy

Very clean, very comfortable, and very handy to Merivale Mall and other places we wanted we to visit. The bus stop was just a few metres along the street. Three of us stayed for six nights and found our unit to be easy living for three adults. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this Motel.

I had a studio room upgraded to 2brm unit, much appreciated as I stayed a week. Daily housekeeping was great. Location was very handy to shopping and buses.

Not very soundproof when neighbours were noisy.

Me my partner and my dad stayed there Tuesday 16th in room 13 and for the money we paid was definitely worth it. Beds are so comfortable had an awesome sleep had my favourite hot chocolate and tea warm heaters in all rooms. Definitely will recommend this motel and definitely will stay again thank you again

Great Location, and the Staff were so friendly and helpful with all my needs being very flexible with Check in times, also great communication with txt messages keeping Me updated which I really appreciated making my stay a very pleasant stress free Stay, and I would Highly Recommend this Motel to anyone ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nothing, Everything was Great

Wendy was a lovely host. Very caring of our family bereavement. We stayed 13 nights. Fresh flower in our unit each time. Facilities were as advertised 3 star. Beds comfortable. Swimming pool.

Manoeuvring the car around the poles holding up the awning. Squeaky doors in room 16.

Great hosts, super comfy beds, great facilities, perfect location. Family friendly, clean tidy and welcoming. Will definately stay again.

Trampoline was broken but is a work in progress to a great outdoor space!
