Love the hospitality of the staff. I was happy with my stay overall, as the room, bed, and overall vibes felt comfortable and relaxing. The location being beside the medical centre which we had to go to was really helpful for us too.

My only issue to be honest is the horrible internet connection. I had a difficult time connecting and had to use up most of my mobile data credits in order to do my tasks for those days. While my partner was watching Netflix, the internet connection wasn't holding up properly and often times was intermittent so the viewing experience wasn't so good either.

Everything went so smoothly. Owners were so friendly and understanding. The room was perfect and was very clean. It was a freezing evening and the room was warm when I got there. Cherry on top was they gave us late check-in and late check-out option which made our schedule easy. Found a favorite motel for our future visits. My wife is very picky when it comes to comfort and is super crazy about cleanliness and hygiene, and after a long time, she approved the room was perfect and she enjoyed the stay. Thank you, Bellano Motel. You guys nailed it. 👏

There is nothing to dislike in this motel. Everything was great.

The staff are always gracious and warm and whenever I stay I feel welcome and at home. Always my first go to option in Christchurch when I need somewhere that I know is reliable, comfortable, warm and clean

My only complaint would be the noise the extractor fan makes in the bathroom. Because it isn't separate from the light switch the fan comes on when it is not needed and the noise that it makes is extremely loud. As far as complaints go this is only a minor issue, perhaps something to be considered though.

I always stay at the Bellano when I'm in Christchurch. The rooms are clean and the bath is perfect for relaxing in. One of the reasons I stay there is that I know exactly what to expect. The staff are super friendly and helpful

I used to consider it a 5 star motel but as the years have passed they haven't really updated much at all. It would be nice to see new bedspreads and throws. The mattresses are a bit worn as is the couch. Nothing is desperately wrong but maybe its time to invest some money on the furnishings in the rooms. These days I rate it as a 4 star.

I enjoyed the spa was very nice. close to town and takeaway shops which was handy TV was great with all channels

There was blood on the sheets of the fold out couch that my son slept on and we found it in the morning and also we found popcorn kernels so I don't think the sheets got changed and also in the spa 2 of the metal plates flew off so they weren't properly glued on and it flinged on my back.

It was actually really nice. Bit of disappointment due to booking.com having the reviews for the entire facility rather than room specific, as stated in reviews about the bath being lovely i automatically assumed the room i was booking had a bath but i was not disappointed with the shower. It was absolutely amazing. The hotel was luxurious, stylish and very comfortable! Thankyou so much for a lovely stay!

The not having a bath, also there wasn't enough milk for the both of us && we could have had more coffee ect but all in all still very happy

Beautiful room with everything you would need. Warm and comfortable. Convenient location close to the city, although the carpark was a little cramped but overall, excellent value for money with friendly and understanding staff. The bed was huge, the spa bath was one of the best we've had. Thanks so much!

No spare toilet paper lol we only had half a roll when we got there. There were tissues in the bathroom tho

Room was a good size. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom size was great and it had a spa bath in it. Great location (close to CBD etc).

The unit I was in was the closest to the Bealey Ave - a bit of noise from street racers who use Bealey Ave as a race track etc - if you need a quiet unit I'd make sure to ask for one at the rear of the property. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Our host was super friendly and kind, allowing us an early check in which was appreciated after flying in. Room was great although was woken a couple of very early mornings due to poor soundproofing. Nice warm room. Absolutely loved the spa bath. A easy walk to town. Would definitely return.

Soundproofing was only issue, everything else was wonderful.

would have been good to have a rollaway bed rather than using the sofa bed. the windows and window sill was very wet in the morning ‘crying windows’, this I didn’t think was healthy and leads to dampness, an hrv system or something similar would have been good for this.
