Good location, Room was clean, tidy and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful and cafe onsite is a bonus.

It was a little tired and it was quite noisy. Alot of people standing around outside our room talking at normal levels but it sounded like they were in the room. As the compound area is situated around the rooms it did create an echo effect. Might pay to look at double glazing the windows. Carpark was a little tight as well.

A firm, family favourite when we visit Dunedin. Great location - short walk to town, and close to supermarket and food outlets. Rooms exceptionally clean, a good size and very well equipped. Heated bathroom floor much appreciated. Hosts professional, friendly and always happy to help. Laundry facilities available on site if required.

Pete is always easy to deal with and super helpful. Communication is easy as we always arrive late due to work commitments. The property is always clean and tidy, warm and the beds are comfortable.

Have always enjoyed the cafe next door but was bitterly disappointed with the service, value and food on offer. I know this is not something you can influence but for other guests I would be suggesting sending them somewhere else.

Comfortable room and tv channels

There was no rubbish bags in the bins, probably forgot and its Dunedin, if you are brown then you'd stand out like a beaken. The locals can stare with demanding eyes as to why we were in their town. Unwelcoming but who can blame the town folks, stare till your neck sprains, am here on business and am back to Auckland. Anywho, the Motel staff were nice and so is every retail business.

Location was brilliant and closed to everything(Garden, University, Octagon, theatres, supermarkets, etc). Our room was serviced and cleaned everyday for the 2 weeks that we were there, and the owners are so kind and welcoming. Cannot fault anything. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will book again next time we come down from AKL. Thanks again!

Perfect location - easy access to downtown and to the Otago peninsula - the patrons were lovely and hospitable with fantastic recommendations - it was the perfect stay.

A very comfortable and well equipped room. All beautifully clean. Lovely modern bathroom. The shower was powerful and easy to use. I particularly liked the nightlight in the bathroom, a nice touch.

The view - it was meant to be of the garden, but actually it was overlooking the carpark.

It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and perfect for me for my 3 nights. It had a carpark and the location was close to town which ticked all my requirements 😊

That I could hear the guy in the next room snoring but that was only the first night

Great location, we were able to walk almost everywhere. Close to lots of food options, even on public holidays. The room was super clean, bathroom was immaculate and the shower in particular was excellent. Our room was warm and the bed comfy. Lots of utensils and stuff in the kitchenette too if you need them.

Clean, tidy, modern place to stay with a nice comfortable bed. There is a cafe right next time that has great food, as well as being close by to some good restaurants & take out places. The guys at front reception were super helpful, friendly & very welcoming which added to a really positive experience all round.
